Halfway through a week during which Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-NY) was forced to disclose embarrassing Internet affairs, and field a media anxious for more gossip about his antics, it seems there may another pending public pronouncement (and a bombshell at that) on the horizon.
The New York Times’ City Blog is reporting that Huma Abedin, Weiner’s 35-year-old wife, is pregnant:
Ms. Abedin…is in the early stages of pregnancy, according to three people with knowledge of the situation.
The pregnancy, which the couple has disclosed to close friends and family, adds a new dimension to questions about the future of their marriage.
Some are already speculating about how the new development will impact the couple’s marriage. Business Insider writes:
Abedin has been mostly out of sight this week during Weiner’s very public career meltdown, though the State Dept publicly stated on her behalf that she is dedicated to her marriage.
In light of this news that position makes somewhat more sense — though obviously marriages are complicated and private things.
This news adds yet another twist into the winding road that is Weinergate.

I AGREE, he is a sick little man, and if the progressives don't dump him, its shows they are just as disgraceful holding office to condom his behavior, even sicker he did after his marriage and knowing his wife was pregnant with their 1st child. What is more disgusting the progressive women holding offices are not voicing their disgust at the jerk, and demanding he resign.
And he's about as kosher as they come. Par for the course!!

Being both a mother & a widow i can only have compassion for Huma Abedin & for the situation which she finds herself in. It has to be devastating to her to have found out about Anthony Weiner's on line escapades with other women & being with child by him. It would not be easy for any woman to deny her future child of their biological father. Additionally if she is truly in love with Anthony it makes it even more difficult to end the marriage. I guess if it were me i would have to way just how severe the shame factor would be to remain in the marriage.
