The LA Times cannot help but drip with condescension has they announce the verdict of the 9th Court of Appeals in the case brought by Alan Keyes and other plaintiffs about Obama’s lack of eligibility to as president.
Key paragraphs for us in this article, exposes this and every court as unwilling to ever rule on this issue. The LA Times wrote:
The judges noted at the hearing as well as in their ruling Thursday that, aside from the plaintiffs’ lack of standing, the challenge of Obama’s legitimacy to serve as president is a political question beyond any federal court’s power to decide.
Only Congress can impeach a president, and any citizen petition for a common-law writ to initiate an inquiry into the legitimacy of the president would have to be brought through the federal court in Washington, D.C., the 9th Circuit panel noted.

The “supreme”Court again abdicating any responsibility!! They have repeatedly declined to even hear the case, they know full well Obama is NOT eligible, so they do the “side step” Congress has to know it also, but we have so many communists and socialists in congress, they too will do nothing!! He has commited multiple felonies in office, and they “look the other way” Our only hope of keeping our freedoms now rides on Ron Paul, and I intensly dislike him, but will vote for him out of necessity!! I detest that our freedoms are being taken away from us by Congress!! Congress has decided the Constitution is no longer viable…I thought the Constitution could only be changed by a majority of States…Hmmm I must have thought wrong!!
