Despite what Chris Matthews, Bill O’Reilly and Glenn Beck say, so-called “birthers” aren’t crazy.
In fact, they represent the clear majority of the American people – not some fringe element of society.
It wasn’t that long ago that Matthews and O’Reilly were waving copies of Barack Obama’s certification of live birth, claiming it was a birth certificate that answered all the questions anyone needs to have answered regarding his constitutional eligibility. They went even further, ridiculing anyone who demanded to see actual detailed and unquestionable documentation of Obama’s birth in Hawaii in the form of an actual birth certificate with a doctor’s signature, name of delivering hospital, etc.
Now that new Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie says he wants to release more documentation to answer the festering doubts of the American people, some of the most die-hard critics of “birthers” are now calling on Obama to release his real birth certificate.
Of course, they don’t admit so-called “birthers” have been right all along in demanding to see actual documentation. They apparently just think Americans should accept at face value whatever public officials and TV personalities tell them without question.
In other words, we now have two opposing camps on the eligibility issue:
the so-called “birthers,” who have steadfastly and consistently called for one thing from the beginning – the release of Obama’s original, long-form birth certificate so this issue can be settled once and for all; and
the self-proclaimed “enemies” of the “birthers,” like Matthews, who now call for Obama to release his original, long-form birth certificate so this issue can be settled once and for all.
We now have consensus.

Look its not crazy to ask for a simple piece of paper, if he came to me for a job he had better produce far more than just a "Birth Certificate," such as a single Social Security number ~ not 16 of them.
His School records, his past employment records, lots of Referances, that date back to when he was a kid.
And not fight me when I ask for such. Barry after all works for all of US, yet he feels we should not only pay to protect his records from us, but not allow us to see them for any reason.

I got a kick out of the new Gov. of Hawaii…by golly he would show the birthers the original birth certificate….then fell MUM…Why?? There is none!!! He was born in Kenya!! His grandmother claims to have witnessed his birth…and I believe her!!! She tells the truth…Obaba probably wants her now to lie!! but I bet she won't!!! Now even the opposition is asking for his birth certificate, to really show upp those "birtherss"!!! But…he don't have one…for anywhere other than Kenya…that's why it has not been shown…The Truth comes out!!!

Again its not crazy and you know what every state in the Union who's Governor failed to Vet him should be thrown out of office, You all do grasp that if just this step were taken he would not have been on any states ballots thus he would never have gotten a single vote. Hows that for a stack of crap from your own state.
But so to should each and every member of Congress who also failed to do their jobs and Vet Barry Soetoro. Whats that say about the CONGRESS? They seem to think they work for someone else, and NOT you the People of the United States of America. How bloody wrong is that?????????
O'Reilly and Matthews can mouth off all they want about their "Belief" that Barry is a American citizen but the law says that Barry has to produce a BC in order to hold his job and the fact that he was elected does not exclude the fact that he has to obey the law. If anyone is crazy it's these two clowns who think that disobeying the law in order to fulfill the results of a dubious election will satisfy the law, that's nuts and these two wingnuts need a psychiatric exam as well as a history test.

The birth certificate is just the proper starting point in assessing eligibilty. It will only answer where he was born and to whom. It won't address anything else and the constitution doesn't say he has to have been born in the US. Yes, those words were in use at that time and would have been quite sufficient had the protection of the office from foreign influence negated that simple set of words. The highest office was protected with even a higher standard than any other office requires and rationally so. It is a fantasy to assert a person with dual allegiances at birth would be legitimately serving this nations best interests and given Obama's book detailing his following of his father, the founders wisdom is proved.

I know that O'Reilly and Beck think their word is gospel but they are so wrong and stubborn. Even if Obama shows a birth cert. that he was born in the USA, the constitution says he must be born of parents that were American citizens. At no time was his father an American.
On another subject O'Reilly talks like he knows all about the Muslims and Islam. He knows nothing about the laws of Islam. He says that if they would just say they were sorry for all the innocent people killed on 9/11 then he and Beck would help build their Mosque. The Qu' ran states that only Muslims are innocent. Their religion says that any country that a Mosque id built becomes a Muslim country. I wish he would shut his mouth about things he knows nothing about and I sent him an e-mail and told him so. Sharia 7th century law was written to preserve Islam. They are one and the same.

There is a name for what that is, political pandering or what we call bribery.
I searched and it seems there are three kinds of resolutions: Joint, Concurrent, and Simple. HR 593 is a "Simple" resolution and is not a law of the land. I'm sure if I have that wrong, someone will tell me about it. I do not doubt that some in Congress would pass a law stating that Obama is a legal, naturalized citizen of the U.S. if they could. I won't be surprised if some do not try it before the 2012 elections.

In fact they are claiming it as law simply by relying on the courts stating the eligibility issue is political and they point to congress to address it, which you just saw they did. It is a slick move designed to circumvent constitutional supremacy. Do you see the scam? Every last congressman of the 111th was responsible for reading laws they pass including resolutions that are used by the other branches of government to alter the constitutional authority of any branch or of the law itself. They are all guilty of violating the constitution and those who were a part of that act can not be a part of the investigation. They weren't accountavble in the 111th and they certainly won't investigate their own past dirty deeds. Then you can explain that to Darrel Issa who refuses to investigate himself based on that act I just showed you.
Determining a place of birth would require proof. Congress has no proof and so it by fiat created it for the sole purpose of allowing federal judges to have a fall back for denying standing by calling eligibility a political question that was settled already. Get it?
I'm of the opinion that the courts are the true cowards in this issue. The eligibility of someone to serve as president is NOT political in nature, but plainly Constitutional. As it is the courts' responsibility to interpret the Constitution, the eligibility requirements issue sit squarely on the shoulders of the Judiciary. It is this gamesmanship with the Constitution that is going to cause a crisis of confidence in our government, and that could have disastrous consequences down the road. If, through word-craft, one can bend the meaning of the Constitution as he/she/they see fit, what is to prevent another, different opinion from being created out of the same terms and phrases. Over-parsing the text of the Constitution is how SCOTUS was able to rule on Roe v. Wade when they clearly had no authority to do so.
The courts are treasonous not cowards. If you read the constitution the law it represents is the peoples supreme law and the only interpreter of that law is the people. The SC interprets all other law according to the constitution. That is clearly stated. The failure here is not one branch but all branches of government have colluded to usurp the peoples law. Read Federalist 28. I believe it is paragraph six.
The supreme court has long been activist when it saw fit. They go by "ordered liberty" not expressly the constitution as intended. Then they hide behind stare decisis to protect bad precedent. The cure? Start every suit with a mandate that no court construct that violates privacy, property or personal responsibility be allowed to stand and get them damn progressives off the bench!
I'll grant you that the courts are treasonous, but it doesn't make them any less cowardly. Obviously, the courts don't always fall back on settled law; John Paul Stevens voted to overturn his own decision on at least one occasion. The problem is the wide latitude that the courts take. The 9th Circus regularly attempts to create law from the bench, and SCOTUS isn't above doing the same thing. Between "ordered liberty" and stare decisis there is a huge gray area that the courts work within that manages to keep settled law unsettled. This is why the courts constantly re-visit the same constitutional grounds in regard to the death penalty, and why that punishment is suffering the death of a thousand cuts. At least that's how I see it. I absolutely agree with your solution. Judicial activism is torturing the Constitution.
Every native born American citizen can go to his or her local city Hall and get proper and certifiable documentation of their births. If Obama cannot, he is not eligible, PERIOD The questions surrounding his Right to RUN for the office based on questionable eligibility were asked by the MAJORITY for MONTHS before the election and Obama's right to run let alone hold the office, should

From what I have been able to gather there is a power other than Obama, himself, that promoted his run for offidce and this power knew he could not pass the eligibility test, If he could he would have and since he hasn't he doesn't. Regardless of Stanley Ann's age it is highly doubtful that she had a good grasp of what being an American is. We have several natural born representatives and senators that are not American but owe their allegiance to something else. Today we need to look at the birth certificate and then also the spirit. Just being natural born alone is not enough. The thought behind being natural born is having a reverent understanding of our Constitution and the American way it engendered.

Exactly, Ron. I grew up watching those shows also. The age of Innocence. Do you remember having these drills in school, where you'd have to crawl under your desk and put your arms over your neck, or up against a solid wall and everyone was lined up, doing the same thing? I never understood what it was all about. It wasn't a fire drill, but later was told it was for an air attack. We were so innocent and everything we were exposed to was wholesome. We pretended and found things to do to intertain ourselves, no video games (until Pong came out) and our parent didn't have to buy us to behave.
We are now in the Twilight Zone and I can hear the theme song with Rod Serling announcing the next show. Only Rod won't show up with a cigarette in his hand and we are now living the scariest episode ever. We need "Billy" to send Barry into the cornfield.

The word used on the COLB produced by Huffington Post was "African" for the race of the Father. I was 18 in 1961 and none of the guys I went thru boot camp with as "African". It just proves how stupid these people who produced this fake document were / are!

You remember incorrectly–and Beyond BPD is just making things up.
James you are somewhat correct. But there was a resolution in the Senate during the 2008 campaign that Barry was one of the sponsors. It was something about John being born in the Panama canal zone where his father was stationed and if he was eligible to be President. The resolution passed and he was proven to be eligible. There was also a resolution that never made it to the floor about Barry, and a similar question being ask (something about one parent not being a American citizen thing) . What was the most interesting thing was even some on the right did not support Barry's resolution to get to the floor. I do believe Barry used what ever citizenship he wished to get what he wanted though out his life. One Example was funding to go to collage in California and maybe New York. I think the big hide here is just that. He got a free education with the using a foreign student grant of sorts. At that time he was just doing what he needed to get a education as many have, he never knew it would lead him to where he is. I also still would like to know where he got his walking around money during the collage years. There are many speculation that they were less than honorable and may have broken a few laws. I also have reservations about the SSN story and if that has something to do with how he supported himself while going to school. These are not crazy or just making things up, they are questions that should be answered. He is saying many different things now that he is President than he stated during his campaign. He voted against the upping the Debt in 2006 and didn't even vote in 2007 or 2008 when he was running for office about upping the debt. In fact I don't think he even showed up for to many votes while running for office for two years. If I took two years off from my job to get a new one and expect ed to be paid, that would be a reason to call me crazy. And I repeat I am not a "So called Birthier". I don't actually know how it works, and had honestly never noticed the number until someone else here complained when it went over 90. Hawaiian officials said they had seen his birth certificate, but they never stated that it was a Hawaiian certificate. Did he actually show them his birth certificate or are they just saying what they were told to say? He was vetted in Hawaii and failed (no certificate on record) according to one very credible source.

The Governor of Hawaii said he wanted to produce Obama's birth certificate even if Obama didn't want him to to disprove the Birthers. I agree with those who say Obama has no long-form Hawaii BC….which explains why he has not released it. Though a fake one could be produced, when you start putting actual hospital names, Drs. name and signature, the names of other witnesses to the birth, (nurse or attendant) and signatures, parents occupation, names and signatures of the local and state registrar, etc., it gets really hard to make all the traceable elements follow in a believeable way. That is why there will be no fake Hawaii long-form BC, and it is why the only thing they released, the fake COLB, contains zero, nada traceable information. Obviously the records are needed to determine which of the three scenarios Obama falls into but Congress, the Electoral College, the SCOTUS and 50 states' attorneys general have failed their constitutional duties to protect and defend the Constitution.
Even if a legitimate birth certificate were produced that said he was born in Hawaii, we would still need to question if his step father, Lolo Soetoro, adopted him. That would have made him an Indonesian citizen and Indonesia did not recognize dual citizenship at the time. So, he would still be ineligible.
Don't forget, he isn't eligible even if he was born in Hawaii because his father was never an America citizen. I agree there are also problems with him having his citizenship listed as "Indonesian" on the only school record he didn't manage to hide. And when I applied for many business Licences – I also had to produce a LFBC. When I lived in Arizonia years ago I had to produce a LFBC to get a Drivers Licence.

I have read that the Obama regime has spent over $2 million to not show his birth certificate, I don't know whether or not that is true, but I do know that we have not seen it. I have also read that when Obama was running for the state senate in Illinois, his opponent said that he wasn't even born in the U.S., and Obamas' reaction to that man wasn't denial of that statement, but it was "so what, I'm not running for the President of the U.S." I do know that this question needs to be cleared up.
