Hawaii state Sen. Will Espero, a Democrat, has confirmed plans to introduce legislation through which the state’s lawmakers would force the public disclosure of all President Obama’s birth documents held by the Hawaii Department of Health, including President Obama’s long-form original birth certificate.
Espero told WND his bill is aimed at “giving citizens access to birth records” under a standard of government transparency which would permit journalists to request in writing the public disclosure of vital birth records including long-form birth certificates of all persons born in Hawaii. He said it would include the release of birth records on those previously born in Hawaii.
“My decision to file the legislation was primarily a result of the fuss over President Obama’s birth records and the lingering questions,” Espero said.
Espero told WND that he believes President Obama was born in Hawaii.

if chairman obama was born in this country and has nothing to hide why has he spent millions to keep all his records and his Birth certifacate sealed …it stands to reason he has something to hide ..maybe like he was born in Kenya? the chairman promised an OPEN administration but this was just another lie told by the muslim in the W/H
What is it that it seems no one understands? Obama AKA Barry Soetoro's grandmomother, his wife, the cheif records clerk in Hawaii the president of Kenya, and several other people in the know have all stated that he was born in Kenya.. If no one can understand that, you have no business commenting.There is a conspiracy among the democrats to hide any and every record of Hussein's birth. Every one of them should be thrown out of office bodily.
You are right. Why can't anyone understand? His wife said he was born in Kenya and his grandmother during the inauguration slipped and said the US now has an African born pres.

If he was born in America , how come a Kenyan leader said he was born there and was in awe of the fact that Obama had had a big achievment to become the President of the United States when he was not even born in the US ? How come Michelle,my bell said to a live audience that her husband had gone to his homeland KENYA ? Money paid by SOROS and other wealthy world bankers put him in office to push their agenda on America. Congress should be held accountable,PELOSI, for not making him produce the birth certificate,or course she is part of the GLOBAL ELITIST so she is covering him.If any Judge refuses to make OBAMA show his certificate ,then they are corrupt as well .Past presidents have been packing our court systems for years to further the PROGRESSIVE MOVEMENT. OBAMA is continuing this,one day he will have our supreme court packed with Liberals.The Republicans have been holding up confirmations in the lower courts to prevent Obama from packing them with Liberals that will work against the people.Nov.2010 the Republicans will turn it around,if we make it that far.I believe something bad is going to happen,a major attack, or massive insurrection,then OBAMA will implement MARTIAL LAW suspending elections.If this happens I suppose it will get very nasty .

I have been telling my family and friends for quite some time now that obama and his cronies will come up with something (maybe a staged attack on one of our cities claimg it was terrorist) just so he can inact martial law to stop the elections. I just dont belive that obama and the world elites are going to just let the republicans take back control just by simply voting. Things ARE about to get ugly in the great ol USA.. They are not building all these concentration camps for nothing.. Also it is so funny to hear someone like FlamingLibElitist say "go take your meds" because there are more and more folks starting to feel and think the same way we are. Everything in your post is dead-on correct. This has been the Progressives goal for decades. Obama and the Progressive Parasites want to Destroy Christianity and remove GOD from everything in America, which will surely be the end of America. Without GOD, we are doomed to fail. The grandfarther of Obama told me his daughter was in Africa and she had a new baby, US government was not allowing her to enter US with her baby. Next time grandfather said his daughter

Spring 1962 met Obamas mother and father entered US with the baby. The mother and father and grandfather had much hate for US government.
Obama's grandather was barred from military bases in Hawaii. He sold base car insurance and rented furniture to many military families. Some would take his forms for base insurance around to places on the base. We also knew him as Stanley the Queer. There also was a black panther named Marshal who was with them when they held rallies around the island. The socialist rants at these rallies never got much support from the locals, or the ones they held on the football field at U of Hawaii.

The Senator from Hawaii (Democrat) is pretending to propose this legislation. He knows there is NO Hawaian Birth Certificate. but the state lawmakers (IF THEY ARE DEMOCRATS) will have time to phony up some records. Everyone in Congress, The courts, The Media, all ignore the real Kenyan Birth Certificate, & the U-Tube Videos where Obama, his wife, his grandmother, & a Kenyan Official ALL said the Anti-American, Muslim, lying Conartist, Illegal was in fact born in Kenya.
