Asked about the drunk driving arrest of President Obama’s uncle over the weekend in Framingham, Mass., Napolitano said she could not comment on the case, and she demurred when asked whether the Kenyan would be deported.
Obama Onyango, 67, is the subject of a long-standing deportation order but has had a valid Massachusetts driver’s license and Social Security number for at least 19 years, according to local news reports.
“I really don’t know about it. I know in general that his uncle has been picked up,” Napolitano said.
This case has put in the spotlight the glaring problems that our immigration policy has and it’s inability to keep illegal immigrants out of the country.

Why would anyone even bother asking Napolitano the question? She's a drone, a waste of time and tax payor money. If there's a lower job-rating than "putrid" for her, please advise.

Nothing will be done about Obama Onyango. He WILL NOT be deported, and just like Barack's Auntie Zaituni, the deportation order will be recinded and he will be allowed to stay and get free housing, food stamps, medical care, etc.

Well, maybe Representative King from Iowa will now take action. Obozo has been going against the Constitution with every decision he makes without Congress' vote or approval. Here is a quote from Rep King where he specifically stated: "Congress writes the laws and the Executive Branch enforces them. For the president to have his subordinates declare and announce they're not going to enforce the law is de facto amnesty. It's essentially a de facto repealing of immigration laws; it's a lawless decision, and I am very offended by it – and we must take action."
