I guess the lesson to draw from Anderson Cooper’s hostile interrogation of Texas state Rep. Leo Berman is that the Old Media, which mishandled the eligibility story from the beginning, is now determined to ensure America never learns the truth at their expense.
Berman’s offense was introducing a bill into the Texas Legislature that would require any candidate for president or vice president to provide a birth certificate to the Texas secretary of state to ensure constitutional eligibility before getting on the ballot.
It’s a perfectly logical and reasonable and commendable action. It should involve no controversy whatsoever – unless you believe Barack Obama is above the law, as apparently CNN’s Anderson Cooper does.
Cooper demonstrated his complete ignorance of the facts by beginning: “There’s a certificate of live birth, which is what the state of Hawaii sends out. Why isn’t that good enough?”
Berman started out strong, explaining that “it’s not an original birth certificate.” But here’s what he should have responded: “The document you are referring to, Anderson, is called a ‘certification of live birth,’ and it fails the test of proving Obama was born in Hawaii. There were and are several ways these documents can be obtained without a birth actually taking place in Hawaii. In addition, Hawaii has never released even the certification of live birth to anyone. The state refuses to do so. All we have in the way of a reputed certification of live birth is what the Obama campaign provided to select and privileged websites and journalists. Hawaii has never even confirmed that document that we’ve all seen on the Internet is an official, state-issued release. So clearly that is wholly inadequate for any state determined to ensure ballot integrity.”
Berman went on to say we know for a fact Obama’s father was a Kenyan. However, we know nothing of the kind without a legitimate, original birth certificate. All we know is what is on the questionable document provided by the campaign. I, for one, have grave doubts that Obama’s biological father was a Kenyan. We certainly can never know if Obama continues to conceal the most innocent, non-secretive document any American holds – one all of us are asked to produce routinely throughout our lives. The digital document the Obama campaign released is not even suitable for obtaining a passport because it is so easily fabricated.

There is only one legal reference book mentioned by name in the Constitution – The Law of Nations. Further, we know for a fact that several copies of that book were used by the founding fathers during their deliberations thanks to a letter written by Ben Franklin to a friend in France who had sent them. The Law of Nations defines a natural born citizen as a person born on the soil of parents who were citizens. There is reasonable evidence that Obummer was not born on the soil and that his father was not a U.S. citizen. That leaves but one question:

The term "natural born citizen" subsumes "citizen". You can't be a natural born citizen if you're not a citizen at all, even if you were a natural born citizen at the time of your birth.
The courts having largely crapped out, investigations by Congress and state legislatures would seem to be called for. The people should press their elected representatives to find the facts by subpoena and testimony, and take appropriate action.
The problem is that Barry probably lost U.S. citizenship. The leading cause would seem to be the acquisition of Indonesian citizenship.
News reporters get their information on Obama not from the government, Hospital, or eye witness but from Obama himself.

From 2006 farther back Obama tells the press he was born in “Kenya”
Reporters never went to Kenya or Queens or Kapiolani to ask if Obama was born in these places. These places came off the lips of Obama himself.
If you think about it any reporter writing a story on Obama would think Obama was born in Hawaii just because he was raise their most of his life. So the notion of this man born in Kenya came from Obama.
So Cooper why is Obama telling three places of his birth?
The fact that the press does not want to know the truth about Obama's birth place, refuses to do any investigating on their own, and ridicules anyone who does is all scary stuff. I applaud TEXAS for enacting a law requiring a certified birth certificate from anybody running for the American Presidency. I wish all 50 states would enact such a law. There are three ways to get a Hawaii Birth Certificate or a Certificate of Live Birth. 1. Be born in Hawaii at a Hospital. The physician files the report. 2. Be born at home and have someone file a form to that effect. 3. Be born anywhere else, but have the parents attest that they were living in Hawaii for the year prior to birth. In other words, you can be born in a foreign country but still be issued a Certificate of Live birth claiming that you were born in Hawaii. The question is which form is on file at the Hawaii Department of Health that the Director says "are in order?" Considering that Obama has spent a reported 2 million dollars to date, paying three legal firms to fight the release of his original birth record, anyone with a brain can conclude which birth record is in his Hawaii file. Again, go read Hawaii Statute 338-17.8.
Out of curiosity, I requested a copy of my birth record. The Hawaii Dept or Health sent me one of those green computerized forms. I called them back to complain that I didn't receive what I requested? The woman on the phone said, "Oh, we don't make photo copies anymore. As of 2001, we only do the computerized form." I then asked," So what happened to my birth record?" Her answer was, "Oh, we store all birth records in our basement, but we no longer do the photo copies." One would assume that if the President of the United States wanted a copy of his birth record, that the Hawaii Department of Health would go to the basement, pull the original copy, scan it and print out a copy to give to the President. That's a logical assumption, isn't it? But yet the Obama handlers say that they cannot obtain a copy because the Hawaii Department of Health no longer makes copies. Now that is the perfect example of a poor excuse that anyone can imagine.

The vital records of Hawai'i may be expected to include an original birth certificate showing actual birth parents and an amended birth certificate showing adoptive parents Stanley Ann Dunham and Barack Hussein Obama an alien Luo tribesman. Genetic analysis will probably rule out a ringer. Barry has refrained from releasing the original birth certificate because it will show neither of his actual birth parents is of recent African origin. Hence he can pretend to be black, making a racial appeal for votes and denigrating opponents as racists. Also, focusing on his status at birth, which he can prove, distracts attention from his real problem, his probable loss of U.S. citizenship.
The proof that Barry was a natural born U.S. citizen at birth will signify that exhaustive investigations into his life history are necessary to determine his current citizenship. For example, as a minimum all records so far known to have been withheld by Barry must be subpoenaed from their custodians. They could very well contain relevant and material representations as to Barry's intent to disclaim or renounce U.S. citizenship, or clues to official records of alien citizenship that have been purged, forged or altered.
Such investigations should also delve into separate but related matters such as illicit campaign contributions from foreign sources such as Indonesia and enormous bribes at U.S. governmental and national security expense as consideration for foreign officials' purging, forging and altering records of Barry's alien citizenship inconsistent with his U.S. citizenship, and other high crimes and misdemeanors.
It's been gone over again and again even before Obama was sworn into office. If you have paid attention there were 5 different ways to obtain a "Certificate of Live Birth" in Hawaii in 1961, many which never required a Dr. or Midwife to certify to the actual birth within Hawaii. This is why a "COLB" is NOT the same as a "Birth Certificate". Obama is owned lock, stock & barrel by Soros. Imagine what would happen if in fact Obama was required to produce a birth certificate and it was discovered he was not a "Natural Born Citizen"? Some high ranking people would have an awful lot of explaining to do, and unless I miss my guess many of them would be facing prison. The Founding fathers wrote that clause into the U.S. Constitution expressly for the purpose of ensuring something like this didn't happen and so what would Pelosi, Reid, etc etc do if the truth comes out? Personally I believe it eventually will the question is will it be too late. As far as States writing laws to vet Presidential candidates isn't that kind of like "closing the barn door after the horse is out?"
This is all irrelevant if, as seems likely, the original birth certificate and any necessary genetic analyses prove Barry to have been a natural born U.S. citizen at the time of his birth, which makes it urgent that exhaustive official investigations be launched to ascertain whether Barry has lost U.S. citizenship altogether and is an illegal alien. This might not be true, but bears investigation by agencies with subpoena power.
I suspect that Indonesian officials destroyed, to the extent they could, records of Barry's Indonesian citizenship and funneled huge illegal campaign contributions to him. Barry, my suspicion runs, is paying them off with huge space contracts and other consideration in perhaps the biggest bribe in the history of the world. For cooper to be even talking about this is news. It should be brought to the US House and handed to Boehner. Only then would we have redress under the law as simply having congress review what the law is currently would end the secrecy.
The states have jurisdiction under the Constitution. Art. II Sec. 1 provides that each state appoints presidential electors as its legislature determines. Hence the states determine who goes on the ballot.
Unfortunately, Hon Berman's bill is hung up on natural born status at birth, which Barry can probably prove conclusively.
The real problem is Barry's probable loss of U.S. citizenship, which Hon. Berman's bill does not address.
The answer to your first point is Federalist 10, concerning faction. One or two or even a dozen states could violate the constitution but the republic as intended would survive the misguided act. "Probaly" qualify isn't any law.

Thanks for a learned and useful comment. The people and their officials may interpret the Constitution without awaiting court decision. The final arbiter is the Constitution, not the courts. Court decisions have been accepted (until they reverse themselves) as a practical matter and on the strength of the courts' reasoning. As the courts become more evasive and unreasonable, their actions and inactions carry less weight. They are becoming increasingly frothy. If a court rules that a state may not exercise its constitutional power and duty to appoint presidential electors as its legislature determines under U.S. Const. Art. II Sec. 1, a state should feel free to do it anyway. If necessary, a legislature may simply repeal its laws permitting popular vote for presidential electors and appoint them directly. There is no constitutional right to vote for the electors. For many years after adoption of the Constitution, some state legislatures appointed presidential electors without putting them to popular vote (Bush v. Gore).
By way of clarification, I hope, let me point out I'm not saying the states should violate the Constitution. On general contractual principles, a state should be free to exercise powers otherwise prohibited to it and exceed limits otherwise imposed on it when the federal government fails to obey mutually conditional contractual obligations imposed upon it. The states are not violating the Constitution, they are complying with it in light of the federal government's non-compliance, without severing the ties that bind. If, for example, the federal government fails to insure a republican form of government or protect against invasion, the states should be free to wage war against the neighboring nation as it sees fit, including incursions into the neighboring country to arrest criminals, seize contraband (including cash received for drugs), and take such other action as may be necessary for the protection of its citizens, such as disabling facilities used for smuggling drugs by air. I rather relish the prospect of using smugglers' tunnels, appropriately shored up and improved, to inject Gringo raiders into Pancho Villa's old haunts.
It is quite clear how the design was intended to place the people in a position to control their states legislatures where they would have the most effect. The national government was to have no role whatsoever outside the powers enumerated. In fact, as you may know, a military response against the invading force is the right of the state and only a prescribed power of the national government to come to it's aid when asked. The feds claim to now tell the states and their citizens what the definition of invasion is and threaten them should they even assemble to repel it. IMO Charles Bronson pointed out quite well what complacency and reliance on the "state" did to citizens who got lazy and trusted it. After you have become the victim it is impossible to recover. It is best to just be prepared and it lowers the costs and possibilities that an imperfect system create an entire subculture of criminals just to grow itself. I am an american born citizen and I have been notified by the state of Florida that I need to renew my drivers licence before my birthday in February. The documentation that I have to have to RENEW a license I have had for 46 years is so much more than the so called president of this country has had to show to be President! Why are we allowing this man to stay in the White House and continue to destroy this country and what this country stands for! He is an imposter and should be dealt with accordingly!

Most of the news media is either ignorant or censoring the eligibility issue. Anyone reading the title of Obama's birth document will see it reads "Certification" not Certificate of Live Birth. It is therefore not legally a birth certificate. Hawaii has issued both certificates and certifications in the past but the real certificate there is the "Certificate of Live birth" which Obama does NOT have.

Years ago I worked for the Federal Government. In order to get the job I had to submit my birth certificate, and I was finger-printed. Recently I renewed my driver license in Florida. I had to show my birth certificate, my marriage certificate ( to show name change) — two copies of bills to show that my residence was the same as the one on my expiring license,. etc. Without the birth certificate Obama could not get a clerk's job with the government. The job I was looking for was just a clerk"s job. I had no problem submitting the information requested — why? — because I had nothing to hide.
Obama records show that he has 13 Social Security numbers or more — one from Connecticut as you say. How many do you have. Like me — you have one.
Since Anderson Cooper and others feel so strongly that Obama should not be ordered by the courts to show his authentic birth certificate, my question to them is very simple, what are you afraid of? The Supreme Court has elected to not review the case on the eligibility of Obama being born or not born in Hawaii. That being the case, the Supreme Court has lower their importance to that of a common activist judge….something on the level of a pile of dog shit in the park. Anything they rule on

He will contrive to do it confidentially, so as not to disclose that neither birth parent is black. So he will be on the ballot without the dupes who voted for him because he was black being any the wiser, and without an investigation of how this charlatan got away without an investigation of his loss of U.S. citizenship, because fools like Farah assumed he would cave, and that there was no original birth certificate proving he was, at the time of his birth, a natural born U.S. citizen.
Barry is in the catbird’s seat, because fools like Farah stubbornly insisted that his adoptive parents, Stanley Ann Dunham and Obama the alien Luo, were his birth parents, and failed to persuade official investigators to ascertain his real birth parents and subpoena records that would prove his loss of U.S. citizenship and hence eligibility to the Office of President.
Indeed, the “Old Media . . . mishandled the eligibility story from the beginning” and so did Farah and his ilk. They held onto the hoary Kenyan birth myth to the bitter end, and never understood that Stanley Ann and Obama the Luo adopted Barry to cover for Stanley Armour Dunham’s producing a son out of wedlock.
Farah finally has “grave doubts that Obama’s biological father was a Kenyan.” Where has he been? Has he finally obtained Barry’s epithelials or genetic analyses that disclose Barry’s father was Caucasian (Stanley Armour Dunham) and his mother predominantly Polynesian?
What kind of fool is this, that can’t draw a logical inference from the biological father not being Kenyan? If he’s not of that genetic haplogroup, it’s biologically impossible for Barry to be the alien’s son and ineligible to the Office of President on that count.
Farah sounds the death knell of investigative journalism. So busy chasing the chimera of ineligible birth, he has contributed to the caricature of the “birthers” and wholly neglected the real issue of Barry’s loss of citizenship, probably through becoming Indonesian.
Lost in the underbrush of irrelevancy and groundless speculation, Farah has missed the two biggest fraud stories in American history:
- Barry pretending to be black;
- Barry covering up his loss of American citizenship and eligibility.
Donning his deerslayer cap and taking magnifier in hand, Farah has jumped at every false and irrelevant lead, which will make him look stupid indeed when Barry’s original birth certificate shows birth in Hawai’i to U.S. citizen parents. And this at a time when it’s too late to discover Barry’s loss of U.S. citizenship and eligibility, with corrupt bargains of monumental proportions to cover up the loss.
Farah should have been plumping for official inquiries by agencies with subpoena power and access to criminal and intelligence investigative resources, and the power to act on evidence adduced, as by rescinding the appointment of presidential electors, by impeachment, and by criminal prosecution thereafter.
Don’t bet on Barry’s not running, Farah old sport. You’ve paved the way for him.

The lie will not be exposed without subpoenae by official bodies such as Congress and state legislatures to Dr. Fukino to produce the vital records, which I'm about 70% certain will include an original birth certificate showing U.S. citizen parents and an amended birth certificate showing Stanley Ann and the alien Luo as adoptive parents.
I agree it would be political dynamite, though some blithely disagree. Certainly it should not be deemed to resolve eligibility if Barry lost U.S. citizenship thereafter. "Natural born citizen" subsumes "citizen". You can't be a natural born citizen if you're not a citizen at all, even if you were a natural born citizen at birth. The status of natural born citizen may be gained only at birth; but it may be lost thereafter by loss of citizenship.
It would be horribly risky to stop the investigations with a birth certificate that proves natural born U.S. citizenship (subject to genetic analysis to rule out a ringer), at the time of his birth, even though without a black birth parent, upon which he built his whole career. He might be impaired, but not out of action. We're already years behind; a general election two years from now gives the Obama cabal too much time to work its mischief, by importing millions of illegal alien votes and otherwise.
There is ample reason to suspect a later loss of citizenship. This cries out for thorough official investigation, as by congressional and other legislative committees.
The investigators must press on to the real issue of Barry's loss of U.S. citizenship, probably through acquisition of Indonesian citizenship as a lad and confirmation of it as an adult. Records that have been withheld from private requesters but are subject to subpoena could well reveal that Indonesian officials, probably for valuable consideration (bribery) destroyed or concealed evidence of his citizenship.
Evidence of pay-offs for this purpose, and other evidence that exhaustive official investigations might uncover, would probably build a strong case for impeachment and could establish a loss of U.S. citizenship. We're talking billions in money and money's worth from the U.S. government, such as by space contracts posing as Muslim outreach.
It is imperative that the official discovery and marshaling of evidence on ineligibility and impeachment be started immediately. Waiting around for a general election could be disastrous. This is the way to carry the fight to Barry. If the people continue to dither about digging out the evidence of his racial pretending, ineligibility and bribery with U.S. property, he (his cabal) is liable to foment a state of emergency, perhaps by a "Reichstag moment", to create a pretext for rule by decree (which he is already trying to implement). Anybody who doubts this grossly underestimates the power and utter ruthlessness of the Obama cabal.
All patriots should demand investigation and appropriate action by their elected officials. Goethe said, "Es ist nicht genug zu wissen. Mann muss es auch tun." Or words to that effect. It is not enough to know; one must also act.
"Rep. Berman can have the last laugh by pushing his legislation through in Texas," Farrah writes. "It should be interesting to see whether Obama complies in 2012 – or chooses not to run for re-election. I'm betting on the latter."
I'd take that bet. In fact, I suspect Obama will provide nothing more than he already has, and that the Supreme Court–if it gets that far–will toss Berman's fanciful legislative attempt.
If that happens, it will be time for 9th and 10th amendment remedies. If those fail, secession will be our only option.

Barry can probably produce a birth certificate showing actual birth parents, both of whom were citizens at the time of his birth. It would be extremely unfortunate if this is deemed to resolve the issue of eligibility.
The Congress and state legislatures should subpoena Dr. Fukino and Hawai'i's vital records to confirm Barry's status at birth and ascertain whether he lost U.S. citizenship thereafter.
