I wrote recently about Barack Obama’s sneering contempt for both Israel and Great Britain. Further confirmation of this was provided today with new details emerging regarding the President’s appalling reception for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the White House earlier this week. As Adrian Blomfield reports for The Telegraph:
Benjamin Netanyahu was left to stew in a White House meeting room for over an hour after President Barack Obama abruptly walked out of tense talks to have supper with his family, it emerged on Thursday. The snub marked a fresh low in US-Israeli relations and appeared designed to show Mr Netanyahu how low his stock had fallen in Washington after he refused to back down in a row over Jewish construction in east Jerusalem.
… (Mr. Obama) immediately presented Mr Netanyahu with a list of 13 demands designed both to the end the feud with his administration and to build Palestinian confidence ahead of the resumption of peace talks. Key among those demands was a previously-made call to halt all new settlement construction in east Jerusalem.
When the Israeli prime minister stalled, Mr Obama rose from his seat declaring: “I’m going to the residential wing to have dinner with Michelle and the girls.” As he left, Mr Netanyahu was told to consider the error of his ways. “I’m still around,” Mr Obama is quoted by Israel’s Yediot Ahronot newspaper as having said. “Let me know if there is anything new.”
This is no way to treat America’s closest ally in the Middle East, and a true friend of the United States. I very much doubt that even third world tyrants would be received in such a rude fashion by the president. In fact, they would probably be warmly welcomed by the Obama White House as part of its “engagement” strategy, while the leaders of Britain and Israel are frequently met with arrogant disdain.

Jackie Robinson was the first – and the best. He was picked from the Negroe League to break the color line. Every time he went to bat he was ridiculed, insulted, spit on and threatened.
He could not rely bravado, image and worshipful Liberals. But because of his singlemindedness discipline and skill he earned respect and literally changed the game. The problem is not his being black. He is NOT an American – remember, he said he campaigned in all 57 states. The US has 50 states, but there are 57 Islamic states in the world. I can think of several blacks I would not mind in the office of the President – Gen. Colin Powell, Former Sec. of Sate Condi Rice, former ambassador Alan Keyes, Justice Clarence Thomas, to name a few.

Israel's costly mistake was giving any of their land to the Palestinians. i.e. West Bank and Golan Heights. When the U.N. turned the lad over to Israel years ago that should have sealed it once and for all.

Mr Obama not so long ago in one of his speeches overseas "apologized" for America to a foreign audience comprised mostly of Muslims for being dismissive, derisive and arrogant toward other nations in the past. Mr Obama has done just that with a world leader and not just any world leader but one that is THE leader of THE country in the ME that is America's strongest and most loyal ally amidst a den of thieves, despots and barbarians, namely Netanyahu of Israel. Walking out on a world leader in the middle of a meeting, issuing no press release or holding a joint press conference as is the usual procedure, is not something a true leader, the leader of the free world, does regardless of what his personal feelings may be. Nor is bowing to a foreign potentate something a POTUS does but Obama has done it. He has been overly cozy with an enemy of democracy and freedom in the western hemisphere, Hugo Chavez. The man is an embarassment and is a clear fulfillment of the "Peter Principle", i.e. he has been promoted to his level of incompetence.
The Bible also says in Genesis 12:3 that "I will bless those who bless thee and curse those who curse thee" referring to God and Israel respectively. This likely imposter occupying the oval office is exposing us all to the wrath of God and must be driven from office or made a lame duck ASAP lest we find ourselves in Armageddon. By his actions and his words he can only be an encouragement to a nuclear armed Iran attacking Israel with destructive force which will likely precipitate WWIII – Armageddon. Obama has been sitting on a strongly worded sanctions bill against Iran passed by Congress in a bipartisan vote months ago. He will likely have our UN representative abstain from voting against a UN resolution condemning Israel for adding housing construction in their capital city. And he will likely do nothing to stop Iran from launching an attack against Israel nor take any meaningful action/reprisal against them for doing so.
Can you imagine the reaction in this country if we were told by Israel's PM that we should divide up Washington D.C., our nations capital just as Jerusalem is Israel's capital, so that part of it is under the control of Hamas, Al Quaida and the PLO, all terrorists? Could it be that he's planning on defecting to Iran and declaring himself the missing Imam and head of a new Islamic Caliphate when and if Armageddon erupts? It would fit the pattern of his destructive marxist policies that his radical leftist ideology demands in defiance of a majority of the American people whence it seems he is determined to enact as much destructive policy for America as possible in the time he has remaining in office. What is baffling is why so many in the democratic party are complicit to the point of obvious corruption in enacting his agenda. Gays openly serving in our military will perilously weaken its unit cohesiveness, good order and discipline to say nothing of their presence being the cause for many to resign and/or not reenlist and a sharp decline in recruitment in an otherwise all voluntary military service. May I remind everyone that Obama is the president of the United States, and owes his loyalty to the American people. As General Petraeus pointed out, failure to resolve the Israel/Palestine problem places our troops in a dangerous situation and creates a lot of enemies. Israel needs to recognize that without the US they cannot survive and need to learn to behave accordingly. Failure to do so will eventually, if not this time, prove to be a fatal mistake. Israel cannot continue to behave like nazis with impunity.
Israel can and will survive without the United States. When the whole world comes against Israel at Armageddon, GOD HIMSELF will intervene and rescue His chosen people and nation. HOWEVER, the United States cannot survive long without blessing and helping Israel. That is one reason we have been so greatly blessed, because we have blessed God's chosen people, and defended them before the International Community of the Untied Nations. I agree, Debbie, but let's remember that we are called to pray for our leaders, to love our enemies, to bless those that curse, and to pray for those that pitefully use us. and that God sets up one and sets down another. If we, as believers, will humble OURSELVES and pray and seek Gods face, and turn from OUR wicked ways, then God will hear from heaven, forgive our sins, and heal our land.
