Dear Robert,
Thank you for contacting me to express your views on the citizenship of President Obama. It is good to hear from you. To be eligible to run for office, the Constitution requires the President to be a natural-born citizen of the United States. As you may know, the White House has released President Obama’s birth certificate.
I will continue to take the President at his word that he is a natural born citizen of the United States. I have chosen to focus on the policies the administration pursues, and whether those policies are in the best interest of our nation. Ohio and our nation face many critical challenges, as our economy continues to falter and deficits and our national debt are at record levels. On each issue, I will continue to fight for what is best for Ohio, with a focus on how it will impact jobs in Ohio.

Sir, I have no respect for your curt and short reply. I insist as a U.S. citizen and and an Ohio constituent, that voted for you, that you first respond to exactly what the definition of Natural born citizen is, because sir even if in fact the Obama fraudulent birth certificate were real and it certainly is not, in fact his own lawyer just stipulated that in a New Jersey court case: from an article ‘Taking an audacious and shocking angle against the constitutional eligibility mandate, Obama’s lawyer, Alexandra Hill, admitted that the image of Obama’s birth certificate was a forgery and made the absurd claim that, therefore, it cannot be used as evidence to confirm his lack of natural born citizenship status. Therefore, she argued, it is “irrelevant to his placement on the ballot”. A simple soil birth with a Birth certificate does not make anyone Natural Born. Check your facts sir, the birth certificate is a fraud, but back to the main point, regardless of where he was born it’s the fact Obama’s father was a citizen of Kenya and therefore clearly Mr. Obama Jr. cannot possibly be a Natural Born Citizen. These facts are quite clear. Your response that he was born in Hawaii is beneath your office and I hope beneath both of our intelligence. I want a clear answer from you citing any US law that says by proof positive that Mr. Obama is eligible by the means of simple US soil birth including a precise legal description of Natural Born Citizen that you can point to as proof positive that he is eligible as an Article II Section 1 clause 5 Natural Born Citizen. I hired you sir with my vote and I promise that your failure to do your job to uphold your oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution of this nation will get you fired. This Hawaii birth and Natural Born are not connected sir and in fact is a NON answer, doesn’t your response sir guarantee in fact that the birth of a child on U.S. soil, of say Osama Bin Laden would therefore qualify to be President and Commander in Chief? Your standard sir, is clearly NOT, the definition our framers used in the Constitution. If Obama’s father was Idi Amin another contemporary African America hater much like Obama Sr. and all other circumstances were the same, could he be President by your definition Sir? Preposterous, you insult yourself by going along with this completely fraudulent usurper and the RNC playbook. I want answers from you regarding the Natural Born definition and his eligibility according to Article II and I will not relent in this demand. Any thing short of doing your pledged oath in this matter stinks of cowardice and treason and all republicans should hide their heads in shame. Let me also assure you that by these standards you think Marco Rubio is eligible for Vice President, and he sir is clearly not. His parents were naturalized 4 years after his birth, end of argument. I insist sir please obey your oath and fight to end this criminal occupation in the white House and return to the entire Constitution and not just the parts that are convenient. Many of us will not vote for this type of republican performance. Myself for example, never allowed myself to vote for a DeWine, a Voinovich, or a Taft after the first time, pretty much the same way you are headed. I never voted for their opponents but believe me I will vote for a third party if it’s available this election as will many others if republicans sworn to uphold and defend remain in hiding from this issue. Robert, your reply back to your Rep. was one of the most beautiful piece of work that I have ever read referencing President Obama eligibility, it was refreshing. Please keep us informed if you get a response or not, thank’s patriot.
Ohio is my home state and you are a well-informed, patriotic constituent. I wish there were more people like you in every state and then we would have demanded that the Repubs block this fraud from even trying to run for POTUS…Ignoring the obvious, (Obama is not eligible to run for POTUS and therefore is in Our House illegally), is the ‘safe’ thing to do, but ignoring the daily violations of the Constitution by Barry and the gang is heinous! They should have Impeached him over any number of things by now, Obamacare is just one. Fast and furious should be the deal breaker for Congress, yet they continue to sit on their hands with duct tape over their mouths!
One more thing…Barry is not a NBC because the man on his ‘BC’ was a Kenyan and a British subject at the time of Barry’s birth. What if he wasn’t Barry’s, (Bari’s) real daddy, what then?
