Did Bank Of America Drop A Loyal Customer For ‘Political’ Reasons?

Guns SC 300x199 Did Bank of America Drop A Loyal Customer for Political Reasons?

McMillan Group International, a company that manufactures firearms and accessories, is claiming that Bank of America asked them find another bank for “political” reasons.

The company, whose different entities have been doing business with Bank of America for more than twelve years, says it has never made a late payment, and never bounced a check.

On Thursday, the Director of Operations Kelly McMillan explained on McMillan’s Facebook page:

Today Mr. Ray Fox, Senior Vice President, Market Manager, Business Banking, Global Commercial Banking [of Bank of America] came to my office. He scheduled the meeting as an ‘account analysis’ meeting in order to evaluate the two lines of credit we have with them. He spent 5 minutes talking about how McMillan has changed in the last 5 years and have become more of a firearms manufacturer than a supplier of accessories.

At this point I interrupted him and asked, ‘Can I [possibly] save you some time so that you don’t waste your breath? What you are going to tell me is that because we are in the firearms manufacturing business you no longer what my business.’

‘That is correct’ he [said].

  1. Idiot bankers.

  2. I will be closing my account very soon! B of A anti-american pricks

    • I think most have forgotten that Obama has kept B of A alive. Personally I can’t image that they would turn down any commercial customer. What is Obama threatening them with????? No more federal funds????

      • Most likely, yes, Obama is using banks (& mortgage companies) as ‘under-the-radar gun control’, like Fast & Furious. Lean on the banks to cancel all accounts of firearm-owning/making/selling customers; quid pro quo is they get free money from the FED (federal reserve), far in excess of their expected losses. The FED was given the permanent power to print money (inflate the economy) at their own discretion without oversight, and supports the abolition of the 2nd Amendment because they don’t relish the thought of millions of angry Americans dragging them out into the streets for summary justice in a specific caliber.

BTW, let’s not forget that Obamacare will allow the ATF to troll the national HC patient database to pick out people whom they can allege are ‘mental’, for more of that ‘under-the-radar gun control’. The IRS is tasked with – under upcoming legislation – the ability to revoke the travel rights of citizens, which means putting us all on the no-fly list. No-fly = suspected terrorist = no guns. And if that weren’t enough, DHS just bought enough .40 hollowpoint ammo to wage a 7+ year war against Americans on our streets.

        http://www.infowars.com/homeland-security-buys-enough-ammo-for-a-7-year-war-against-the-american-people/

If all that isn’t enough, DOD is presently making secret arrangements with the militaries of other nations around the world, that if needed, they will send troops to the USA for ‘civil unrest suppression’.

Time to buy all the ammo you can, while you can. Time to join your state’s militia and get training!

        • Not really, Homeland security bought 450,000,000 ( 450 million) rounds of pistol ammo, American citizens bought over 14,000,000,000 (14 billion) rounds last year alone, and almost that much in each of the two previous years. The government has only around 2.5 million armed troops? and there are over 200 million armed citizens. The odds do not favor the government.

          • Oh I agree!! Odds clearly in the favor of We The People. However as a govt employee I can attest to the fact that govt agencies often make decisions that fly in the face of common sense, consequences be damned!

BTW the ammo purchase was for HOLLOW-POINT .40, which is but one type. Rifle & shotgun ammo are separate purchases, and it would be interesting to see just how much ammo they bought there. Most military planners figure very roughly on 70 million rounds per year for combat operations on an organized, well-armed enemy. Again I would be very interested in the numbers on rifle ammo.

Bottom line is, citizens enjoy a 28-fold superiority on ammo and at least a 50-to-one advantage on deployable manpower. Many of these people are prior military combat vets, police, or militia that have trained for years – not local yokels who don’t know what to do. If Uncle Sam is that stupid, it won’t end pretty for the jackbooted thugs. The only thing that the govt has going for it is air-power and destructive devices such as artillery, tanks, and so forth… all of which may end up getting captured or brought along by defecting forces.

That said, I still expect some stiff-necked tyrants to attempt the inadvisable.

  3. Its nice that BOA identifies itself as anti-American. Good to know. They aint to big to fail, without a bail that is.

  4. Boycott Bank of Amerika, They are the worst bank I have ever dealt with in over 50 years. I won’t even take a check drawn on Bank of America.

  5. Did Any Loyal Customers Drop Bank Of America For ‘Political’ Reasons?
    If not they will now.

  6. Maybe it would be a good idea if even one who own a gun or has anything to with guns close their accounts with bank of America. It seems Bank of America is always finding ways to screw their customers any way and i pity the poor people who make their home payments to Bank of America since it seems they foreclose on peoples homes who are up to date with their Payments@

  7. When BofA decided to raise rates on credit cards, debit cards etc. they lost a lot customers,
they will loss more after this becomes known. I plan on leaving the bank, and will tell them why.
I hope they have a nice bed side chat with obama as their stock holders see their stocks drop.
