All I can say is that the so called “zoning laws” are unconstitutional since they vilote the first ammendment.
It is not the task of the religious believers to find a way around the aoning laws but it is the duty of the city counsil in Phoenix to come up with zonong laws that do not infringe upon the religious freedom.
The first ammendment existed before the first zoning law was ever concieved and the zonimg laws must therefore complete comply with the first amendment.

We faikled to put our foot down when they bootedm God out of the schools. So now they are getting bolder. Reread 1984! Orwell missed his date by a few years. It will get worse unless we stand up and say NO MORE!! Liberty is not lost in grand and glorious battles. It is chipped away bit by bit.
I certainly agree that it’s ridiculous that this man is being charged for holding a bible study in his own home, but I don’t agree with the “booted God out of schools” comment, assuming that you are talking about public schools. Religion has no place in public schools. If I want my child to have religious influences, I’ll send them to a Christian/Islamic/Buddhist school, whatever my beliefs maybe.
That’s right!! And at the same time, if I want my children to learn about aborting children, Homosexuality, Same Sex Marriage, among other things!! We’ll teach them that at Home also, if we want them to know about it!!

Children need to learn how god and religion played a role in the building of the United States of America. By editing out this part of history, you are no better than those who want to remove it from our currency, schools, courts and now, our homes.
Local zoning laws and others on town/city books are the result of someONE objecting because it did not fit into his agenda. Since U.S. citizens have become so obsessed with not offending anyONE, most laws are re-actions instead of actions. Some lady thought it horrible to spit on the street, so it became against the law. A preacher complained about saloon girls’ activities, so brothels were outlawed. A bus rider did not want to sit next to a Negro, so black’s were banned from public transportation. A black had a relative who was sold into slavery back in the 1800′s and brought suit against today’s government for it; Obama granted black’s farmers free money for their “suffering”. An ILLEGAL immigrant opposed deportation based on his illegal status and he and his extended family (3 generations back) get public aid, free education and their choice of foreclosed homes you and I worked and sweated for. When will this country’s citizens and law makers get a backbone? Starting with the smallest of bergs, their books of laws should be gone thru to eliminate those laws that were made for a minority of the people. All for one and one for All. Not all for me and to hell with you. This jail incident is one of Obama’s divide and conquer tactics and it’s working. Once we are fighting amongst our selves, this country will be easy pickin’ for him and his “brown shirts” to eliminate those who oppose him and the rest will bow down and kiss his feet or hide in the shadows until they die. Wake Up America! Are you a sheep, willing to be lead to slaughter or are you a sheep herder willing to lead the people into battle to crush the tyranny that is upon us? “…and to the Republic, for which it stands, one nation under god, indivisible, for Liberty and Justice for all!”.
It’s not Congress tearing down our Constitutional rights. It’s the imposter-in-chief Muslim and his paramilitary thugs. Congress is just running scared while he takes over. Way back about 500 years ago, the NATIVE Americans were persecuted for practicing their own beliefs. They were “assimilated” or murdered for not conforming. (Sound familiar?) Yep, it was Christians who did it. When you look at all religions, they all look to a higher power, or a god. Just like languages are different, god is referred to in many forms. Even pagans worship Mother Earth. Ultimately, your god exists in your own mind. Just as your opinion is yours and right for you, it does not mean you can force others to believe in your opinion.

If this is true, even AZ is going nutty. the constitution is being broken by the now government, even the state government. Where is the US Congress.? Where is the AZ Congress? They have gone batty. This is in a priavate home. It is not a meth lab. It is not a drug lab, if this is true. A $12,000 fine is no small change but what is really pathetic about this, is sending in a swat team of gun carrying LEOs to make an arrest.

If you haven’t notice, Obama and his circus of czars are systematically dismantling OUR Constitution. Whoever says that the man was fined and jailed JUST FOR HOLDING A BIBLE STUDY IN HIS HOME IS TRYING TO MANIPULATE US- whether that is what actually happened or not!
Was there a limitation on the amount of space that could be used to EXPLAIN EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED.

There are many things that could have gone on at that “Bible Study” that could have FULLY JUSTIFIED arrest, fining, and sentencing. THINGS WHICH WOULD CONVINCE A JURY OF THE ACCUSED’S PEERS.
Is that not a requirement of your law in your country?
If the facts before the jury are not going to be tendered, then in judging the case we are performing the same injustice we are accusing the state of.
1. The meeting could be causing a disturbance. (eg. R.W. Schambach was arrested for “Preaching the Gospel with a loudspeaker.”
2. The topic could have been problematic. Eg. Homosexuality and Transvestivism as Abominations before God.
3. The meeting could violate parole of convicts on probation.
4. Their vehicles could have caused traffic violations.
5. The Bibles or other materials (eg. Software) could be stolen property. (eg. Library materials.)
6. The accused could have resisted arrest, or insulted the Sheriff and court.
7. The accused could have been inciting substance abuse, violence, medical negligence, anti-Semitism, or other things that could disgust a jury.
Has no one else thought of all this, or am I the only one who believes in JOHN 7:24?
Why don’t you request that information from the arresting authority under the Freedom of Information Act?

By law, they have two weeks to respond to a written request for information under the Freedom of Information Act.
Objective – you have a valid point. This lack of ALL the facts could be another “divide & conquer” technique to get us all fighting amongst ourselves. So…who, locally, has the fortitude to discover “The Rest of the Story”.
