Nearly 200,000 American citizens in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties could lose free use of their private lands and property if the proposed Rim of the Valley National Park converting two national parks becomes law!  A continuation of United Nations-sponsored Agenda 21′s aims of shoving American citizens into carefully defined clusters of living space around large urban populations, the Rim of the Valley plan would severely affect personal liberty!  Urgent action is needed to stop this huge new federal land grab threat, says Chuck Cushman of the American Land Right Association.

“It will start with a small scope and gradually increase over time until the Federal Government and the National Park Service take over huge portions of the mountains around Los Angeles.”  The Rim of the Valley consists of parts of the Santa Monica Mountains, the Santa Susanna Mountains, the San Gabriel Mountains, the Verdugo Mountains, the San Rafael Hills, and adjacent connector areas to Los Padres and San Bernardino National Forests, according to Congressman Adam Schiff.

Nearly ½ million acres, over two thirds the size of Yosemite, could be under the control of the US Forest Service. Coffee mugs with the inscription “Forest Circus US Department of Aggravation” being sold in Montana already express disdain for the rapidly expanding federal agency.

Cushman reveals the mind-set of federal official David Hales who allegedly said, “If Congress puts a circle around a land area, we’re going to own it all.”  Such is the aim of Agenda 21, a one world, UN initiative designed to adversely impact private property rights (particularly in the United States) by seeking to cram residents into approximately 900 square feet of “dwelling space” and move them off of wide open land areas and out of suburban sprawl locations.

Additionally, California farmers are very upset about plans by Gov. Jerry Brown to move water from their farmlands through tunnels into drought areas in the Southern part of the state.  “Although portions of the San Gabriel River and its tributaries have been altered for flood protection and water conservation, these urbanized channels still serve as habitat for wildlife and often provide opportunities for recreation,”  maintains the left. For decades, liberals have threatened the existence of farmers by diverting vitally important water resources in order to prevent harm coming to their furry little “endangered” friends! Crops die as progressives consider the needs of a bug more important than those of a man.  Should Rim of the Valley become law, the damage inflicted by these programs of environmental lunacy will increase.

Rim of the Valley will place a Park Service noose around the necks of 169,000 threatened landowners: 158,000 in LA County and 11,000 in Ventura County, says Cushman.  He calls the regulatory costs staggering, with a projected $2 Billion dollar figure for land acquisition alone.  Making the Rim of the Valley National Park the most expensive in American history, this project could drain off needed repair and maintenance funds from other, older parks.

The hypocrites in the Republican Party of Florida are rolling out the snail mail appeals again “to get everyone back on board.”  I sat for a week at the Congressman Allen West debacle in November to watch disappointed Bill Paterson, Chairman of the Republican Executive Committee in St. Lucie County, keep checking his phone calls and Emails.  Are they coming?  Are they on the way yet?  As he said “no” over and over throughout the long sad week, I saw him shrinking from lack of support from the Republican Party of Florida (RPOF) and the attorneys supposedly on their way from Tallahassee (Tally) to oversee the West recount. Nothing! Not one show of support for our brave Colonel West, the only unabashedly vocal spokesman of conservative values in the US House!

I stood in the audience at newly elected Governor Rick Scott’s inaugural celebration when he told conservatives: “If it weren’t for you, I wouldn’t be standing up here now.” “Thank you so much!”  I saw NO members of the RPOF or Republican state lawmakers.   Someone said there was “one around”; but if so, he was certainly not on stage with the Governor.

Scott is drawing $1.00 in annual salary.  He paid for his own campaign. NO help from the Republican Party.  Now get this: “To help the Governor and other Republican candidates defend themselves from the Democrat attack machine, we can’t wait until next January to begin,” says Lenny Curry, State Chairman, RPOF.  Through Curry, the Party hopes to take credit for all Governor Scott is doing, mainly by himself and CERTAINLY without their help!  Curry says, “Thanks to Governor Scott, our Republican State Cabinet, and our Republican legislature, Florida’s success in creating new jobs and enticing businesses to relocate here has made our state the envy of the nation.”  Noteworthy here is the fact that I have seen NO action from the RPOF in St. Lucie County to counter those attacks on the Governor by the liberal-progressives from the Treasure Coast.  In fact, when a typically left-leaning Scripps editorialist called Governor Scott a “LOUT,” I stood alone in calling the man and blasting him. Where was the RPOF?

One eminently qualified, retired, conservative Army colonel from Stuart made a run at RINO Congressman Gayle Harrell’s seat in a primary battle.  The RPOF told the Colonel they would have to deny him funding as they only support incumbents in primaries.  Apparently, this is to reassure the RINO, insider voting base that it needn’t worry; that is, that new blood will be locked out and conservative voices remain unheard!   The Colonel lost his primary bid and didn’t run again.

This is just what the insider cabal in Tallahassee want– same old, same old. Republican Representative Scott Plakon, then head of the House Energy committee, ignored appeals from those of us trying to block the roll out of Obama’s smart meters in Florida.  The congressman had time to appear on Jon Stewart’s Daily Show and to beg me for donations, but he couldn’t respond to even one of my many letters or to the questions I posed in a 50 page report—a report which HE asked me to DO!

No thanks, Lenny Curry.  Your vapid “We need you now more than ever before” appeal has fallen on deaf ears.  I did however retrieve your last unopened request for campaign contributions from my garbage can. You will find my response just as powerful as the odor.

And that’s where the rest of your stuff is going.  When the spirit moves me, I’ll donate directly to each candidate’s campaign, right at their campaign headquarters from now on.  Tally doesn’t rally for me.

As Florida becomes the first state to register one million concealed carry permits and the Illinois’ legislature proposes the nation’s most draconian gun regulations, the US government is quietly using $1.6 billion in borrowed money to amass ammunition for the domestic operations of Homeland Security.

A 91 page standard transaction form filled out by the Department of Homeland Security Training Center in Glynco, GA reveals a staggering amount of ammunition purchased (in unit price in the thousands) by the Department. The .223 Rem Caliber 62/64 Grain JHP was purchased in quantity of 1,100; the .40 S&W Caliber 180 Grain JHP buy quantity was 2,824; 209 9 MM Luger 115 Grain JHP along with even buckshot is on this order form now hard to Google.

The purchase of 1.6 BILLION rounds of ammo and other weaponry, which may or may not include bullets banned by the Geneva Convention,   leaves many Americans wondering why all this heavy stuff is needed inside the United States! For the DHS operates only within the nation’s borders, only on American soil.

The first page of this huge, federal government ammo buy states: “Acceptance of an award certifies that the firm will comply with FAR 52,22-50, combating trafficking in persons, by notifying all employees and subcontractors at all levels.  Period of Performance: 10/01/2012 to 09/30/2017.”  The next item on page 1 states: “Lot 1-base year: date of award and continuing for 12 months (actual 12 month period of performance will be reflected on award document)  This contract is for commercial leaded training ammunition (CLTA) in accordance with this document”

Commercial Leaded Training Ammunition is being acquired upon award of this order, but the period of performance extends out over five years!  This offer due date was made on 08/20/2012 at 1430 ET and extends out to September of 2017.  What is this?  Way into September of 2017, these CLTA ammunition bundles are being acquired for domestic use by Homeland Security. And the Department is buying the stuff with money our country does NOT even have!  Just what is their purpose?  One source even says that “radiation pellets for protection of the thyroid gland” are even included!

Yet just as federal bureaucrats have decided to arm their agencies for a level of action seemingly not anticipated since World War II, State legislators in Illinois are hoping to place legislation on the Governor’s desk next week that will guarantee an outright ban on countless rifles, shotguns, and some 80% of the state’s most widely-owned handgun models. (2)

Why would elected officials prepare the GOVERNMENT for a massive gunfight on U.S. soil while working to disarm the American people it ostensibly serves? Could it be the leftist breed that now dominates the nations’ capitol harbors a greater fear of the American people than of the country’s well-known enemies?

Barack And Michelle Cost FAR More In Upkeep Than Britain’s Royals!

US taxpayers spent a staggering $1.4 Billion (yes, with a B) on the Obamas, according to author Robert Keith Gray in his new book PRESIDENTIAL PERKS GONE ROYAL!

Compare that to only $57.8 million the Brits shelled out for their royals, and you have to ask what is going on with President Obama.  Now word comes that he and first lady Michelle, their two daughters, and Dog Bo will be spending an extended holiday vacation in Hawaii that will cost us taxpayers more than $4 million dollars.  Double whammy, wow, over the top, beyond the pale, way too much vacation time, and much more.

But not to worry about the looming fiscal cliff, high unemployment rates, a constipated Congress, and a confused and hurting electorate.  “The locals and other Americans will be paying for their vacation,” says The Hawaii Reporter.  A large security team including US Secret Service, Coast Guard, Navy Seals, drivers, attendants and God knows who else will command a total of 22 vehicles.  A commenter details the following list of costs:  The US Air Force has listed the cost of travel as high as $181,757 per flight hour for the nine hour trip for a one way total of $1,635,813.  A cargo plane will fly Obama’s 22 vehicles back and forth at another cost of $258,000, and locals are estimating that Oahu’s local security outlay could run as high as $250,000!

Where America’s Royals are staying will involve these vehicles having to wind through narrow one lane roads, further inconveniencing the population.  But no matter: the President doesn’t have to worry about campaign rigors any more, and the first lady can relax after her exhausting, earlier vacations.

Can’t get much better than taking all of those trips on the taxpayer’s dime unless, of course, you happen to BE one of the lowly taxpayers.  Spend now, spend a bunch, and let someone else pick up the tab describes Barack Obama’s idea of retail therapy as the nation stares headlong over the fiscal cliff. And taxpayers can undoubtedly expect big hikes in the coming year.  Each citizen carries $150,000 of indebtedness as a result of Barack and Co’s trillion dollar per year spending spree.  And gee, we can’t even call his holiday a Christmas break anymore.  Kwanza anyone?

Destroying the sovereignty and freedom of United States citizens is well underway with a new doublespeak plan called Seven50, just another euphemism for Globalism through Regionalism.  Flying under the radar, federal bureaucrats and alphabet agencies have joined with local politicians in 7 Florida counties in imposing The Sustainable Communities Initiative (SCI), a United Nations-created plan that divests Americans of Constitutionally guaranteed liberty by introducing social collectivism. Vero Beach County Commissioner Bob Solari warns that the Sustainable Communities Initiative (SCI) being pushed by HUD, the EPA, and the USDOT is part of a culture which believes “government can never be too large,” as the agencies have “borrowed” $150,000,000 to “reshape America.”

Solari addressed a letter to SCI officials Michael Busha and Victor Dover, who are heading up the South Florida, seven county push to force the beautiful coastal region from Miami to Vero Beach into a federally-driven plan that would relieve local citizens of local and county representation for the next fifty years!

Solari is dead-set against that plan, as it represents a concept fraught with all of the dreaded buzz words and phrases like Agenda 21, regionalism, sustainability, and green-anything. Seven50 authors hope to sell their initiative to the American public by emphasizing the term “SMART” (smart meters, smart phones, smart appliances) in their new, politically-correct Work Group Road Show (WGRS).  Beware these new puff words popping up in local governing board agendas; attend their meetings; and oppose, oppose, oppose any efforts to take away your rights!

Solari is speaking out against a HUD, EPA, and USDOT grant to conduct “a comprehensive regional planning study through the national Sustainable Communities Initiative (SCI) grant program.”  Having been manipulated along with other citizens who attended a recent WGRS event, Solari told officials that the meeting had the feel of a “cleverly designed indoctrination session.”

Opponents of SCI are convinced that the true agenda of the initiative is the abrogation of property rights, the authority of local decision makers, and eventually the loss of representative government. “Representative Democracy is not only the form of government established at the founding of our [country], it is the form of government that made American the greatest country in the world,” Solari told the SCI activists.

“Collaborative Partnerships” such as Agenda 21 and its latest embodiment Seven50 represent very real dangers to the continued liberty of the American people as such collectivist initiatives proclaim a new era of “social justice” utterly devoid of personal freedom. For decades, values held dear by the American people have been under assault by statists who wish to impose a global construct of morality and rectitude.

What is going to happen to our 401 (k) accounts and IRA’s after January 1?  Will the retirement accounts for which many Americans have sacrificed so much to accumulate be rolled over into federally issued and guaranteed bonds in order to prop up notoriously under-funded, union pension funds across the country?  Getting an answer will prove to be daunting, especially as media attention seems focused on little but the impending “fiscal cliff.”

Listening to a poignant, impromptu speech given by Linda from St. Lucie County during the Allen West recount makes clear just how hard she worked to raise three daughters on her own. It’s a story that certainly puts a tear in the eye and an ounce of worry into the heart of many listeners.  ”I worked hard to save that money. We went without,” she said, getting more emotional with each word. ”Now, what’s going to happen to 401 (k’s)?” she asked.

My daughter is wondering the same thing as she and her husband will have four boys in college next year. And she sacrificed to save for her retirement when she was a bank employee.  She had a gun put to her head during two separate robberies!

Linda and my daughter both want to know what the Obama administration intends to do after January 1. Is the national media so distracted by fiscal cliff hype that news concerning the potential federal theft of countless trillions from American citizens will not be forthcoming prior to January 1st?

A source in Montana said the feds are hoping to turn 401 (k) and social security funds into federally administered bonds, thereby dumping even more privately-held dollars into the D.C. money pit.  Another source thinks that such a fund may be used to bail out Obama’s union pets, namely the failed pension plans of big labor throughout the United States.

A 2010 letter sent by congressional Republicans to the Secretaries of Labor and the Treasury says: “We write today to express our opposition in the strongest terms to any effort to NATIONALIZE the private 401 (k) system, or any proposal that would dismantle or disfavor the private 401 (k) system in favor of a government-run retirement security regime!”

A 2010 administration report on the Middle Class cites Vice President Joe Biden, who “floated [an] idea called Guaranteed Retirement Accounts’ (GRAs).”  Of course, Big Labor is clearly behind these proposed GRAs, which would include a “bailout of critically under-funded, union pension plans through retirement security options.”

Will all of this result in yet another enormous hedge fund and insurance leverage plot guaranteed to make a massive hole in the private worth of American taxpayers? Rest assured, the D.C. ruling class will stop at NOTHING to obtain the financing necessary for the continued purchase of votes and maintenance of power.

At the end of 2010, there was an estimated 17.5 trillion dollars in United States retirement assets, including 3.1 trillion in 401k’s and 4.7 trillion in IRA’s. The idea that those who thrive on money and power would permit such an alluring trove to go untapped is laughable.

Freedom Threatened By Plan To Federalize Local Government In Florida

A new initiative by the federal government called Seven50, a cousin of Agenda 21, seeks to relieve local governments nationwide of direct representation by and for local citizens in matters of education, infrastructure, and population.

Indian River County Commissioner Bob Solari (772- 226-1442) is putting out an urgent call to attend a special Indian River County Commission meeting concerning this topic on Tuesday, December 18 at 9 a.m. in the Vero Beach County Chambers (1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, FL.)  Though Alabama already has passed legislation to curb the Seven50 agenda, seven southeastern counties along Florida’s coastline from Miami to Vero Beach threaten to place their citizens’ lives under control of HUD and other federal agencies by backing this “diversity” proposal.

Morphing the highly unpopular Security and Prosperity Partnership to Agenda 21 and finally into Seven50, our federal government  is hell-bent on removing any local control and input from average American citizens concerning what they can do with their own land, private property, local schools, and local infrastructures from bridges to meeting houses. “What we want to be when we grow up,” says  Marcelor Camblor-Cutsaimanis in a video interview with Nancy Ferre on PBS as she attempts to explain the benefits of Seven50.  Of course, the public TV host heaps praise upon this blatant attempt by the feds to exercise total control over the lives of Americans.

Whether you live near Southern Florida’s east coast or took part in Alabama’s efforts to rein in this dreadful plan, you must inform your neighbors about the dangers of Seven50.  The UN and the Obama administration have been relentless in their efforts to marginalize our freedoms. A puff piece about this fifty year, UN initiative to destroy local and county governance claims Seven50 is “good” for us given the ”…realization that local governments and civic groups can’t effectively tackle [their] problems and needs in isolation.” Well, just ask the still-suffering inhabitants of ocean front towns along the New Jersey and New York coastlines how they feel about the FEMA response to the destruction of their homes and businesses by Hurricane Sandy.

Counties across the nation are being REGIONALIZED to circumvent the structure and policies of local governance . It is an insidious program operating under the radar. Why didn’t the PBS interviewer ask activist Cutsaimanis about the FEMA performance in Staten Island, where residents are being drowned in federal red tape and frustrated by buck-passing and bureaucratic inefficiency?

So let’s cut to the chase and talk about what’s really going on here.  Was the take-down of Colonel Allen West decided by a Machiavellian cabal in both parties that began with the redrawing of Florida Congressional voting districts, both state and federal?  And was this alleged decision made to move him out of the district controlled by the Democrat Mark Foley called the Chihuahua in high heels?

By insiders cutting a deal to move West up to the Democrat ex pat region of St. Lucie County, he would be folded in between GOP enclaves in both Martin and Indian River Counties.  Now the Democrats couldn’t have that, so a white guy with a rich daddy was plugged in to a district whose election supervisor was a female black activist, and we’re off to the races.   And is the real kicker here a story line circulated through the volunteer re- ount watchers this past week?  Was Allen West removed because operatives in Congress feared he would start up an “Impeach Obama” movement building out of Benghasi-gate becoming known as Fast and Furious on steroids?

A Tea Party Email entitled “Massive Election Fraud” points out that in 59 Philadelphia voting districts, Obama received 100% of the votes with not even a single vote recorded for Mitt Romney, “a mathematical and statistical impossibility.”  The National SEAL Museum, a “polling location in St. Lucie County, FL had a 158%  voter turnout-the highest voter overage in the entire country and second was Palm Beach County, FL with a 141% voter turnout overage.”  And the Email continues: “In Wood County, OH, 106,258 voters were registered to vote in a county with only 98,213 eligible voters.”   Photo ID analysis reveals Obama won “in every state that DID NOT require a Photo ID and lost in every state that DID” require one.

When I told Ft. Pierce black activist Chris Williams that this wasn’t a black-white thing and that it’s a male-female thing, he wholeheartedly agreed.  He tried but failed to get language on the St. Lucie ballot, supervised by Gertrude Walker, to do something about exorbitant utility bills, reportedly upwards of $1,600 a month, being yoked onto impoverished black families. He failed because these petition signatures somehow got lost in some warehouse somewhere.  When black bail bondsman Vince Gaskins was told by Walker that he won before he lost, a white woman with family ties to the utility was announced as the new mayor of Ft. Pierce.

And now we get to Colonel West who famously said “I’d walk through hell with a gasoline can to save my men.”   Was the West take-down cast in the high heels and uber-feminism now taking over this country?

My handyman said the women want power over men.  Is that why the long knives in D.C. came out after the good colonel?  Was Sandra Fluke a harbinger of a matriarchy set to drive America into oblivion by wussyfying our great military, by emasculating our men?  Ernest Hemingway’s “Short Happy Life of Francis Macomber” has the answers for you!

As reports flood the web about massive voter fraud in the presidential election, a statewide appeal  in Florida is going out today to all Tea Party members, conservatives, and independents to contact Governor Rick Scott to urge him to NOT certify election results in tomorrow’s deadline.  Florida’s U.S. 18th Congressional Race is still up for grabs because (reportedly) the Golden Gate Precinct #93, a mobile home park on the border with St. Lucie and Martin counties, had some 900 votes cast with only SEVEN people registered to vote!

An overnight flash Email is stating that “In St. Lucie County, FL, there were 175,574 registered eligible voters but 247,713 votes cast.” Volunteer recount watchers yesterday were upset when the delayed canvassing board recount missed the noon Sunday deadline, and Patrick Murphy was named winner.

Keep in mind that the recount was suspended late Saturday night and started up again with a one hour-plus delay on Sunday morning, almost insuring the missed deadline.  A “run the clock” maneuver that may or may not have been a backroom political game-play just was not being accepted by the volunteers.

A publicly announced “The Alarm goes off” if we continue to count given by election officials didn’t go down well with observers, many of whom traveled hundreds of miles to watch what was going on.

As shouts of “Count the Vote” rang out in the Orange Blossom Mall retab room, volunteers were warned that extra police reinforcements were being called in before anything official could be announced.  But they knew from Twitter and Facebook tweets and postings that the thing was going back to Murphy as the senior member of his legal team smiled broadly in the hall outside of this room.  BTW,  Tod Mowry ( 772-460 1100), canvassing board member, spent last week in Haiti while the critical recount and legal actions were taking place. A stand-in took his place!

Now I just felt that the St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Department men were a little too heavy-handed and rather intimidating with the crowd.  As I pulled up in a handicapped spot, one of them came over immediately to ask “Do you have a handicapped parking card?” “Yes,” I said.  I don’t know what they thought us old people were going to do, impaired gate types that we were.  Sheriff Ken Mascara (772-462-7300), a chiropractor before being re-elected sheriff on an unopposed Democrat ticket, perhaps needs to give his men some community policing seminars to tone down they scary presence, especially with us oldsters.  The media of course were out in full force with camera lens quickly scanning our crowd for wild, out-of-control behavior that never happened.  A lengthy interview with Ft. Pierce utility activist Chris Williams took place, and the audience learned of enormous utility bills (some as high as $1,600 a month) being charged to impoverished black families by a private utility company represented by the brother-in-law of the woman- Gertrude Walker (772-462-1500)-just named new Ft. Pierce mayor, after initially telling the black man he had won!  Williams and his consumers allege that hospitalized elections head Walker misplaced or lost their petition signatures asking for relief from these outrageous charges. They wanted this petition language placed on the November ballots.

A judge mumbled his way through his no-go decision, a county attorney admitted that the canvassing board violated Florida’s sunshine laws, and the RPOF remained in transit from Tallahassee; but Colonel Allen West is still ALL IN.  Election Supervisor Gertrude Walker went to the hospital as a 2-1 decision near midnight on Friday by the canvassing board determined a re-tabulation of ALL early votes  has begun at 9 a.m. this morning.

Going in “for tests,” Walker may not be able to show up or have another presser to answer bourgeoning questions of what she knew and when she knew it about alleged discrepancies that could prevent Colonel West from meeting the automatic trigger of .5% for an automatic recount of ALL votes!

All week long, ordinary Florida citizens gathered in front of her office.  A young man shouting into a white bullhorn led marching in military cadence to “What Do We Want?”  “Recount now,” they shouted back.

“Beaver” from Ft. Lauderdale told me their flags are being flown upside down – an international maritime distress symbol.  “If a ship was in distress, her flag was flown upside down. . .this country is in distress,” he added.

“When does 100% become 140%. . .how does that work?” one protestor asked.  Another woman told me she turned over to the West team evidence of “stick ‘em notes (allegedly) pasted on ballots in a town south of here that said ‘Ignore Allen West!’”  Rumors abound; and with Walker out of commission, we can’t verify whether or not Nancy Pelosi called her (allegedly) to say, “Don’t Let Them Win!”

A beautiful, tall black poodle named Jessie marched with her owner who told me “We’re sending out a message to the country from Palm Beach Gardens.”

Now The Blaze.com is reporting on the supervisor’s overt black activism. “Gertrude Walker was among very few public officials to voice support for fellow black Miriam Oliphant, a disgraced Broward County Supervisor of Elections fired for incompetence.”

The League of Women Voters, Head Start, and a Dr. Martin Luther King Committee have had Walker’s backing.  In office since 1980, she reportedly collects a DROP (deferred retirement option plan) that with her salary could add up to a $17,000/month take-home salary paid for gratis local taxpayers.  Her $110,000 salary continues because she was re-elected unopposed.  She denied having a conflict of interest; even though she appeared on a ballot, she now is supervising a re-count because of its challenged votes!  (Note: The additional DROP income may or may not be exact, but getting reality out of what is going on is a challenge.)

Trembling St. Lucie County Attorney Dan McIntyre looked bad when he told me “The public hearing was not advertised. . .Improper notice. . .no 24 hour notice (was given)” when the Board met to decide on the earlier re- count.  His hands shook as he read case law to the judge.  “Now we are getting sued by both sides.”

An urgent midnight call by a St. Lucie County GOP commenter called for volunteers to show up  9 a.m. for the new recount of ALL early votes at the Orange Blossom Mall on Okeechobee Rd,-Rt. 70 east off of I 95.  Listen for the roars of the marchers.  Call Brittany (970-379-2919) or Nina (772-834-2332), says this post.  A new tabulation of all eight early voting days starts now unless Patrick Murphy’s lawyers can block it!
