First let me say that I do not use, support, or condone the use of drugs. I do not use any drugs, including alcohol and tobacco, except one prescription drug for prostate issues.

That said, with the onslaught of gun regulations to promote sanity, the war on drugs that promotes much of the insane use of guns, and countless amounts of social insanity because of our laws…we are faced with the empirically tested truth that drugs are here to stay no matter what. We can’t even keep drugs out of the prison system. But we pigheadedly refuses to bring about a new way to deal with drugs and those who choose to use them.

Even God gave people Free Will to choose, but man in his infinite wisdom has decided he knows more than even God when it comes to people. How can man know more than the one who created man? Man truly does not have the right to “legalize” anything! What if we started to legislate Religion or which one of the many Gods you can choose to believe in or not believe in? We allow people to gather in groups and drink poison Kool Aid, but those peace-loving stoner hippies have to be stopped at all costs!

Imaginary arguments rage over what will happen if people are allowed to rule and govern themselves with Free Will just as nature provided. Men have been doing that for millions of years and are still here. But the moral majority seems content to live a lie of hypocrisy, believing themselves to be above the law, the “common man,” and God when it comes to control of peoples’ lives. God simply made another error here, and it is up to man to step in and control everyone. All this does is create hate and rebellion enforcing the behavior that the intended laws were trying to stop.

Cars, alcohol, and tobacco have proven themselves to be more offensive and detrimental than anything else, with the exception of malpractice that kills more people than anything else. But we don’t make alcohol, cars, tobacco, and our “legal drug dealer” doctors illegal? This is insanity! Our country has a bigger problem with doctor pushers and legal drugs  than illegal ones!!!

We need to stop the war on drugs, and the place to start is with neutralizing or naturalizing the social use of natural earth-given plants and holistic herbs (specially hemp for industrial use!!!)  It makes no sense that one group’s drugs of choice (prescription and alcohol) should be looked at as legal while another group’s (God-given from the natural earth) is looked at as bad and evil. This is insane. Where is the Freedom in all of this?

Legislate as necessary to protect the citizenship from people who abuse drugs in violent or dangerous ways (just the same as we do with alcohol). But STOP THE WAR, and much of the gun violence AND drug use will simply go away! Take away the money and lifestyle from drugs, and the business of drugs will go away on its own. It’s the adversarial conditioning that feeds much of the insanity, especially with kids.

Those who do fall for addiction can be helped at a fraction of the cost we are now spending on our war on drugs…a war that is truly just a civil war on people all over the world. And people of nonviolent victimless crimes of self-abuse can be assisted much more humanely instead of incarceration.

Attempting to force behavior on people with laws is wrong from the very start, and we now clearly see the horrific, negative ramifications of our actions. As a society, WE are wrong, not the drug users. WE mishandled this one. Education is the key…not legislation. The kids are laughing in the face of our social hypocrisy and blatant stupidity!

I know…this will make too much sense for most people and probably too much sense to be printed here. This is not a left or right issue…this is a humanitarian issue. I don’t want my kids (or yours either for that matter) sitting in federal prison for doing something as benign as smoking weed. And I am tired of the gang violence and drive-by baby killing!

STOP THE WAR!

Why do the constitutional, true Americans of the Right allow the left to demonize and humiliate them? When and where did the term “assault weapon” come to be? It appears that it started quite a while ago by Hitler speaking about his new gun design that he liked so much he called it “sturmgewehr,” or “Storm rifle.” This morphed over the years to assault rifle in military jargon but was never a term used by civilians.

The term is used by the military for training in assault situations. Hence the weapons are intended for assault.

But in the hands of the civilian population whose gun ownership purpose is for sport shooting, hunting, or defense, it is a protection rifle, not a weapon. Referring to civilian rifles (automatic or not) as assault weapons is improper usage of the word “assault”.

Calling gun owners’ protection guns “weapons for assault” infers civilian intent to assault someone. This is an insane idea propagated by the LSM and anti-gun advocates to propagate fear-mongering. Calling peace-loving protectors an assault threat is an assault on us personally. It ever sounds scary to me!

People keep asking why civilians need assault-style weapons. This truly is a moot irrational question. The term “protection” infers resistance to assault or harm. If people are going to attempt to assault you with assault-style weapons…your anti-assault protection plan better be able to stand up against the assault weapons of the enemy or criminal.

In short… fight fire with fire. The civilian population needs to be just as well-armed as anyone else, be it against criminals or an invasion force.

I have guns for protection and hunting. I have a protection anti-assault rifle, not an assault weapon that I want to use to assault people with.

Please gun owners…stop letting the left demonize you as a traitor and a threat because you are willing to keep protection guns and rifles at the ready to protect life and liberty and to enforce the peace.

It is different from a military, which contains trained soldiers who work as soldiers full time. There are numerous different types of citizen militias, ranging from state-organized militias such as the National Guard in the United States to groups of irregular and sometimes dangerous individuals who label themselves “militias” in developing nations. The role of a militia also varies widely, depending on its host nation, with some militias actively assisting their national governments and supplementing their national militaries, while others are actually partisans fighting against their respective governments.

The term “militia” is taken from the Latin “miltes”, for “soldier.” Groups of organized civilians differentiated from professional soldiers have been known as militias since the 17th century. In several countries, including England and the United States, the militia has a long and complex history; and several different legislative acts govern the precise role of the militia. Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States:

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

In the past, protection intent was paramount in legislation. But legislation has taken away the protection intent and legitimacy of the constitutional requirement for the States to be ready to protect themselves and the country claiming it was only for hunting. This of course is as ludicrous as was their Benghazi cover story and Hillary’s concussion.

It is ludicrous to continue to legislate against legal protection by disarming the law abiding citizenship. Soon, there will be pneumatic and ray gun weapons that will make the laws of gun powder weapons obsolete. Weapons will always be a fact of life, and they will be used in many different ways. The world is no safer today than it was in days past, and protection intent is more important than ever.

Education is paramount. But of course, government does not like an educated populous because it interferes with their freedom-stripping legislation. Ignorance is a factor in socialist government to emplace “further” dependency on the people. Self-governing principals do not work in big government programs.

It would be interesting for the States to invent a private owner declaration and agreement to become a State Militia member or charter and to agree to help and render aid to any person under dire threat or to band together in a State or National emergency and only use their weapons for the good or feeding of mankind. I suppose Switzerland already has a document of some kind that may be copied or assisting. If nothing else, it would help owners to understand the full range of protection intent of the law and the criminals to understand that the citizenship is now standing ready to protect itself.
