Jonathan David Mooers is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE, Structural- MA, ME, NH, NY and RI) Fellow-ASCE, MBA, LT (Ret.) US Army Corps of Engineers, who has designed numerous physical structures using wood, steel, concrete, masonry and aluminum since 1972 (including the National Aquarium in Baltimore). He has published Installing Submerged Intake Structures (for power plants), Aluminum Substation Structures and has actively resisted Soetoro-Obama’s counterfeit presidency with numerous blogs on theTeaParty.org-Forum site. Mr. Mooers now optimizes the assemblies of “engineered text” to attempt to solve/end complex social problems through remodeling and unifying responsible (and invisible) frames of mind. He is a descendant of Ann Travis and Edmund Mooers, a carpenter from England who helped settle Newbury, MA in 1638, and Gen. Benjamin Mooers who fought for America in the Revolutionary War and the War of 1812 in Plattsburg, NY, and of his father, John Robert Mooers, who survived 26 missions over Germany-Italy as tail-gunner on B-24 bombers in WWII. He was born in Bangor, Maine on Easter Sunday 1949, raised on a large potato farm in Houlton, Maine, and earned a BS degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine/Orono. Mr. Mooers raised his two children in Boxford, Massachusetts but now resides with his wife of 38 years and visiting grandchildren in Shapleigh, Maine (summers) and Naples, Florida.
