John is an Irish man who has waited nearly 10 years for a US green card and has a life-long dream of becoming an American citizen. Growing up in a heavily socialist country, he understands why government is never the answer to our problems and that we need to follow nature’s law and not man’s law. He volunteers a lot with the poor in Dublin and has witnessed first-hand that not all poverty is financial. Today we have a poverty that government cannot fix – they are a poverty of hope and opportunity and only individuals and God can restore these.

John has many people he admires but Ronald Reagan and George Washington hold a very special place in his heart. John started writing about American politics because America is the last best hope for freedom on this Earth and he believes if America falls for this Utopian paradise, the world as we know it will be over. John has had columns published on Genfringe.com, PatriotUpdate.com, WorldIrish.com and last year he had the honor of speaking at the Abolish the IRS Rally on Capitol Hill.
