Todd Jones is acting just like the Czar he is.
He’s dictating orders that flies in the face of public scrutiny as well as public trust. He’s playing the part of tyrant in order to suppress the truth in order he may continue to carry out unlawful and unconstitutional orders against the American people, all the while reinforcing Obama’s stranglehold on the country. The Whistleblower Protection Act of 1989 is a United States federal law that protects federal whistleblowers who work for the government and report agency misconduct. A federal agency violates the Whistleblower Protection Act if agency authorities take (or threaten to take) retaliatory personnel action against any employee or applicant because of disclosure of information by that employee or applicant. Whistleblowers may file complaints that they believe reasonably evidences a violation of a law, rule or regulation; gross mismanagement; gross waste of funds; an abuse of authority; or a substantial and specific danger to public health or safety.
The ATF’s Director B.Todd Jones is a broken-down illiterate. He should be sacked immediately and given a job cleaning the toilets. His threats are criminal and he is a criminal the stupid jack-ass negre.

Duh, Isn’t that part of the responsibility of the FBI, and maybe even the ATF under certain conditions? Whoever is to enforce this, Obama now has the authority to stop any Federal Agency from doing most anything he doesn’t want. It’s like the proverbial fox guarding the hen house…

The audacity of this bloated idiot amazes me. You are right at the moment, the fox is guarding the henhouse. But we the people are slowly but effectively cleaning the hen house, and starting with the fox at the door. We are also privy to finding out who told, but more importantly, also of ridding the house of those who knew and didn’t tell…
This may come as a surprise, but the people are awake and more join every day. Cleaning house is the best and easiest we know how to do. We may not be as versed in the ways of the elite, but we do know how to clean a house. We remove dust bunnies to toilet rings every day. And we will change the sh*t house we have now to a gleaming castle before we are through.

I think you’re catching on…
However, not trying to rain on your party, but as an independent observer, I wish you to consider this:
There will be NO cleaning of congress, the WH or the courts or anything else pertaining to the government, directly or indirectly. I hate sounding so bad in response to your very well meaning comments, but people MUST have to look at the reality of things. Having hope in cleaning this mess up is an entirely different matter, as we are dealing with reality.
In my posts here and elsewhere I have stated how the many differing groups of people will align themselves pertaining to their own as well as banding together in efforts to form powerful coalitions that will be capable of not only political actions but fighting as well.
As I also stated as a prime example, we know the democrats are wanting illegal aliens here in order to increase their base numbers at the polls, but there is much more to this than simple polls. Every one of those illegal aliens is subject to to banding together and many of them capable of fighting against anyone they deem opponents. Those illegal aliens can make huge differences not only at the polls and in numbers of physical opposition, but they also are LARGE factors concerning “STATISTICAL ANALYSIS”. Their numbers can be used in statistical polls to greatly reinforce efforts to ramrod more unconstitutional laws upon you. And the sad thing is, no one will ever know that these people have been figured in statistically. (Just another reason I do accept statistics as reasonable evidence.)
Combine the illegals with all the other minority groups and the conservative white man’s vote means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING and the SOUTHERN WHITE MAN’S vote means even less than that!
Like I said I’m not trying to rain on your party, but such reasonable questions and statements concerning reality MUST be addressed before one can conclude they have the means to achieve victory over their opponents, either at the polls or on the streets.

Here’s another thought that should be looked into.
RICO act. Well, it looks to me like congress in its entirety and every person that works in it, the white house and every single person that works in it and draws federal paychecks, the justice department and every single person that works directly or indirectly and every single department there-in, and every single employee of the federal government of the United States of America regardless of job description is and has been involved criminal activity as an organization and every member of congress, everybody that works in the white house and the justice department, every single worker for the federal government at every level should be arrested and charged under the RICO act as an ongoing criminal organization. Just like the drug dealers and anybody else that has been charged under that act. There Crimes will start with Treason. They have been lying, stealing and cheating the Natural Born Citizens of the United States of America. I can’t see any difference between them and the Mafia, if there ever was such a thing, or Motorcycle “Gangs”, or Gun Smugglers, Drug Smugglers or any RICO defined organization. When convicted ‘All’ their assets and I mean everything they own should be confiscated and put in the general fund to help the needy Natural Born Citizens of the United States of America. Everything they have was derived from their criminal activity while working in the Criminal Organization we know as the Federal Government. That includes all of their kids’ stuff and of course the wives and mistresses property. Seize; confiscate all property of any description. Freeze all bank accounts. Their sentences after a quick trial and conviction will be Life in, General Population, Prison without the possibility of Parole. Creation of construction jobs for a lot of new prisons for these poor folks. Give the sons and daughters the choice of Prison for life or Front Line Combat Positions. Well. they get a choice. Then we can go after the middlemen that were involved in defense procurement that were instrumental in ripping off the taxpayers for the last 75 years and we can prosecute the dead criminals posthumously.
When just about the entire command structure is corrupt, what else are the agents supposed to do? The “acting director” is way out of line. If there was integrity in the IA office, perhaps the agents who can’t stomach the corruption could go thru chanels without being afraid for their jobs, reputations, careers and maybe even their lives.

Concerning the RICO Act; Just who is gonna enforce the RICO Act against the very government that legislated it? As I said previously above, Obama now has dictatorial powers. He can nullify anything he so desires if he does not want it enforced. And he is also the Commander in Chief, of what I do not know….. duh…… but the military answers to him. Even what used to be the State Guard Units are now under his command.(Another nail in the coffin of States Rights.)
Of course some of you well meaning fellows will say that the military will not obey to which I would say, in 1861 that very exact same situation developed, and you see what happened then! Now is much worse against than then…
Again I’m not trying to rain on ya’lls party. Matter of fact in many ways I wish you was right. But these same thoughts have been around during elections for over the past 100 years and it hasn’t changed yet…. I know you mean well, but you have to also consider the reality of things and save the hope for all else else fails…..(Like pulling a rabbit out of the hat..)
