It seems that Obama’s Department of Justice is refusing Congress’s orders to start legal proceedings against Attorney General Eric Holder, Jr. Holder has been found guilty of both criminal and civil contempt of Congress charges by a vote of the majority of the House of Representatives, including 17 Democrats. In my humble opinion, this is an obstruction of justice. Is the Department of Justice really echoing Obama’s “I will decide which laws to enforce and which ones not to” attitude? Is Obama’s Department of Justice really saying that Holder is ABOVE the law and cannot be touched?
Maybe the remedy to this situation would be to have the United States Marshall Service start arresting Justice Department officials from the top down for obstruction of justice and frog-march them out into the street in front of Justice for all the news media to see. If the news media refuses to go to the rats, we will bring the rats to them. What a deal! The arrests should continue until someone at Justice will comply with Congresse’s order. I, for one, am sick of this Chicago Thugocracy, from Obama on down, thinking they no longer have to answer to anyone! Well, they do just like everyone else in this country. Congress should enact a law against this ridiclous kind of arrogance.
Two Federal agents have died, Brian Terry and Jamie Zapata, along with hundreds of Mexican citizens because of a screwed up plan to set the stage for the abolition of the Second Amendment by the SOCIALIST PROGRESSIVE administration of Barack Hussien Obama and his Thugocracy. Holder then attepted to cover it up and stonewalled Congress for a year and half. Unfortunately for Obama and Holder, a whistleblower, a couple of agents’ murders, and some wiretaps and a paper trail show that they were attempting to keep it from Congress and the public. BUSTED!
One of the most disgraceful displays by the Democrats in my lifetime was when about 100 of them walked out of the House session that was voting to hold the Attorney General accountable for his actions and refusal to cooperate! The SOCIALISTS claimed that this action was an unwarranted “political witch hunt!’ No, actually this has real evidence of wrongdoing by Holder and Obama. The REAL political “witch hunt” took place during the Bush administration’s “Valerie Plame” fiasco!
I have one question for the black community in America who support Obama, Holder, and the like: why, with so many other ethical, upstanding, and honest blacks do you continue to support these Chicago back alley thugs? You have over 14% youth unemployment. Your social status and standard of living have gone down, not up, under this administration. Are the New Black Panthers, Sharpton, Jackson, and “Calypso Louie” Farrakhan really the people who represent your values? Google “black millionaires and billionaires”, and see for yourselves how many blacks have really prospered in this country rather that what the race-peddlers have tried to sell you. Your heroes, and those of your children and grandchildren, should be the 7 black servicemen awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor for their sacrifice in World War II. Or the first black marine unit from this war.
Is America going to let what Dr Martin Luther King, Jr. accomplished for civil rights be erased because these thugs have no character? Wasn’t that how Dr King said a person should be judged, and not by the color of their skin. If your son or daughter was killed in the service of the United States government, wouldn’t you feel that you had a right to know what happened? The Terry and Zapata families almost certainly feel this way, but AG Holder refuses to tell, and Obama shields him behind an unwarranted execution of “executive privilege.”
The questions still remain: who authorized this fiasco and why? Who knew about this program? Who lied to Congress? The answer to these questions, or the failure to obtain the answers, is going to tell the American public whether we are still a Representative Republic or a Banana Republic dictatorship. We still have time to save this country, and November 6, 2012 will be when it it determined whether America lives or dies. Your choice.
By the way, how’s the fact that Obamacare is really just the biggest tax increase in ALL of American history working out for ya? Just thought I’d ask because we are all going to find out what “FREE” really costs! Adieu.

As I have said and this article has stated Send in the US Marshall’s and arrest the Bastard and while they are there pick up the President as well. Nixson is rolling over several time now He did far less than this a hole has.
Noodle, I appreciate your post, and understand that somebody needs to just arrest Eric Holder. The question is, “Who?”
The US Marshals Office is under the Department of Justice, and reports to Eric Holder. This is one of the unforseen circumstances that have come out of putting all, or nearly all, of the Federal law enforcement agents under one umbrella. By this time, much of the executive management structure remaining from past administrations, if not all of it, is likely to have been purged or relegated to duties that render them ineffective in this situation. They’re just waiting for retirement.
The police in the US Capital have jurisdiction only in the Capital Building and the buildings that house congressional offices. What we need is for the Speaker of the House to show he’s got some cajones, and walk down to Eric Holder’s office – with other members of congress including some in the Senate and some Democrats who voted for the contempt charges – and arrest him there as a “Citizen’s Arrest”. Other citizens could do the same thing, I suppose, but would lack the ability to take him into custody. On the other hand, with a fair amount of congressional representation in the posse, and I’m sure there’d be some TV cameras invited along to record the event, there would be means to accomplish it.
However, they would need to have Eric Holder’s schedule in hand. They’d also need to know what possible escape routes he had, and how to cover them. Finally, after leaving the building, they would cross into the jurisdiction of the District of Columbia. That, in itself, could cause problems as DC police might choose to interfere.
Think, man. There are no simple solutions in Washington. Sitting out in our offices and dens we may be able to pontificate as to what should be done, who should do it (myself included) and how it should be done. But the fact is that it is always somebody else who has to do it.
On this Independence Day, I hope and pray that we all take the time to review the Declaration of Independence – preferably with friends and family. If possible, go through it line by line and see if you can get a feeling for the gravity of the event – the signing of the Declaration. They didn’t have “somebody else” to do it. They had to do it themselves – in the knowledge that their lives, families and fortunes were at risk. And many of them made great sacrifices between that day and the surrender at Yorktown, Virginia. Homes were burned. Farms were razed. Families were scattered, and family members died.
We continue to be blessed by the events of that day – and have been for over 235 years. Our families, friends, neighbors, and the world all have been blessed by the brave men who signed the Declaration. But what we need today is for the leadership in Congress to act according to the inheritance of the roles of the members of the Continental Congress that day. They would not have submitted to a prosecutor who opposed them. They would not have bowed to any magistrate appointed by the King of England, or the throne in Buckingham Palace.
And Speaker of the House John Boehner should not bow before the throne in the Oval Office. He should act according to the mandate expressed in the House of Representatives, and take Eric Holder into custody.
But listen to me. “They should do it…” Well, like I said, in Washington, it just isn’t that easy. Hell, I’m 20 miles from the White House, and even with the relatively close proximity, I’m more than willing to leave the action to “Them”.
However, if there were enough others willing to go down to the Department of Justice and join me in arresting Eric Holder, I’d go. I don’t know how many others that would mean. Hell, if we had half a dozen members of Congress willing to take the walk and I knew about it in time, I’d join them for that historic event. I’d love to see a part of history like that.
It’s very easy. Send in the top arresting officers to arrest Eric Holder. Preferably, nice and early from his bed. All they need to do, is to raid his house with a ‘SWAT’ team.
Sorry S&A. All “top arresting officers” report to Holder throught the DoJ reporting structure. It seems that just about any other way could be taken as being treason. Even taking things to a local law enforcement level, how are you going to get DC police to make an arrest? Not gonna happen. Since O is at Camp David for most of this weekend, it seems Maryland might be where you could turn. But Maryland State Police all report to Governor Omally – who is not going to do anything either. Where do you go from there? Well, Obama is the CinC. So you can’t readily turn to the military.
This is is a line that should not be crossed lightly. Careful consideration must be taken, and you can’t just say “Why don’t they…” because anyone who acts put themselves in danger.
Fast and Furious is about mass murder and its cover-up. Under our common law and statutory law, an action demonstrating the callous, reckless or depraved disregard for human life that results in death constitutes second degree murder. Those who give thousands of guns to murderous gangs, knowing many of those guns will be used to commit murder, are also guilty of murder. Holder has already confessed. Obama undoubtedly was involved and hides behind “executive privilege.” As your Congressman, I will work to ensure the guilty are brought to justice, whether they are in or out of office. There is no immunity. In the meantime, Congress must again use its inherent contempt power to arrest Holder, try and convict him on the floor, and jail him in the Capitol Hill jail.

ErnestHuber, Reckless endangerment and depraved disregard are only scratching the surface. I think it is fair to say that the planners of F&F are guilty of mass murder. In most states, that brings a death penalty.
But… we need to be careful that we are not simply trash talking. Congress needs to act.
I am wondering why Congress has been sitting on thier butts for so long every day we read about some law that is broke by Odumbo and Holder, They have not talked about Valerie Jerratt or Clinton but they shoud be looking at them also
When it comes to Holder, there is a substantial amount of evidence, and he has already been cited for Contempt of Congress. Obama, on the other hand, has still managed to keep his nose clean as far as actual evidence is concerned. Lots of speculation, but no meat. Holder is the source of the meat – and his files. Start with Holder and see where it takes us. But don’t wait long. It is not clear how they will use Holder’s arrest to further their own goals – but believe me, they have a contingency plan all ready to execute. The thing is that if Congress doesn’t act, this issue will still be festering by the election. What we’ve got to do is get past the festering and remove the puss so we can see the source of the infection in the Oval Office, and have the evidence in hand.
If this situation were to happen in any other country, the US would be screaming and raising hell. Perhaps obama would even be in the situation room while the Seals were going in to take them all out……………….. Perhaps we should contact the UN to come into the US and do it for us?

Wouldn’t the arrest of obama and Holder make an excellent Fourth of July gift? That would a true Independence Day celebration.
Premature for Obama, I’m afraid. There probably aren’t legal grounds yet – though I’m sure that many will be discovered after the fact. But Holder has been cited. There are grounds for his arrest.
I don’t think the US Marshalls will do anything with Holder either. Don’t they also report to him?
I think the only thing Congress could do is to swear in some “deputies” to do the deed, or to go do a Citizen’s Arrest.
For that matter, is there any good reason that ANYBODY couldn’t perform (not sure if that is the right word) a citizen’s arrest? Should we plan to meet in front of the Justice Department and attempt our own arrest? (I’m not suggesting that we do it. I’m just wondering if it getting to be the time we consider these alternative measures.)
I say arrest them and have them extradicted to Mexico. Let the Mexicans foot the bill for their prosecution and their incarceration. Our D.O.J. isn’t interested in justice, they are interested in “just us”.

There is a positive about the Holder F&F situation.
Holder is being held incontempt of Congress (Criminal & civil)
The election and removal of Obama is close.
The contempt of congress charges do not go away when Obama is removed.
The Obama Adminstration prosecuted CIA aganet after Bush left office.
The Obama Administration set the precedent that prosecution of previous administration members is just fine. Holder can eat the rewards of this strategic Obama move after Obama has been removed and he can no longer pardon him.
All we need is that the timing of the Holder F&F trial will such that the verdict will come in after Jan 21, 2013. (I believe that the plan is for Obama to pardon Holder if he is convicted for anything).
I also belive that Holder will talk and incrimate Obama as soon as he realizes that his escape parachute has a big hole in it.
I think that the President can pardon someone pre-conviction. Ford did so for Nixon. (Wow. I knew there was something he did…)
I don’t know about Holder incriminating Obama. So far, he’s been Obama’s shield.
Trial? I don’t know if that is going to happen. Do you know what the process is? Would it be a trial after Impeachment? If so, the Senate would be the jury, and the Speaker would be the prosecutor. I don’t see that happening before new senators are sworn in after January 1 – unless they want to push it before the elections and use it as a hammer on those who vote to save him. Articles of Impeachment would have to come first.
I’d heard that Contempt of Congress was a misdemeanor – with a max confinement of 90 days? So they’d have to nail him on perjury. That is where years come to play, and any trial would almost definitely not happen until the next congress is seated. Charges might come, but not the trial.
More likely is a law suit brought against the O administration requiring he produce the documents, and it be sent to the Supreme Court. That could happen in a matter of weeks – possibly before the conventions.
I have to say I’d want to be fair about this. It really needs to get to the Supremes before conventions so that, if they choose to, they could require him to turn over documents, and so the Dems (whose convention planning is now imploding) would have a chance to field an alternative candidate. That isn’t to be fair to them, but to be fair to the American people by providing them with a viable choice.
