I was amazed while watching the news conference of Sheriff Joe Arpaio unfold. His Posse took the evidence to its logical conclusion. It was the same conclusion we came to in June of 2009 after our own investigation. If you have the time, you may want to watch the whole news conference here:

The key to understanding this controversy is understanding practices for granting birth certificates in Hawaii in 1961. The media has failed repeatedly to seriously investigate this issue. Mike Zullo finally got to the heart of the issue.
In 1961, forty percent of Hawaiian births were not in hospitals. Natives and Japanese citizens routinely had children at home. After a home birth, all you had to do was send in a form reporting the birth to obtain a birth certificate. You would also get the much heralded birth announcement by sending in this form because the department of health was the source for those announcements.
Routinely in 1961, children born abroad were given Hawaiian birth certificates as a result of these forms. Arpaio has numerous examples of children born in Japan who today have birth certificates attesting to birth in Honolulu. Obama’s grandmother or grandfather could have easily filed this form even if Obama was born in Kenya or anywhere else. It is likely they wanted to protect his American citizenship, which would not have been automatic in 1961.
The truth, despite the news media’s refusal to look at the evidence, is that Obama hasn’t proven he was born in America. Therefore, he hasn’t proven he is eligible to serve as President, and he may have gained the office through fraud. He may be eligible; we just don’t know.
We know fraud has been committed.
I remain embarrassed of the media, the Republicans in Congress, state election officials across America, our judges, and others who have not taken this fraud seriously. It could be the greatest hoax ever foisted on an unsuspecting American public.
I salute the brave Sheriff of Maricopa County, Arizona who has demonstrated real courage in issuing this news release. God Bless you, Sheriff Joe; the Founding Fathers would be proud of you.

As you know, Floyd, if Obama truly had been born in Hawaii and indeed were eligible for the office he holds, the creation of a fraudulent document would not have been necessary. It can be speculated that he has sealed college records and the like out of shame, or the fact that only his race and some influential friends got him into and through those institutions from which he perhaps did not even legitimately graduate.
But a birth record (and Selective Service card)–these are something else entirely. Forgery of these records clearly indicates NEED, not whim. He’s guilty as hell of defrauding the US and the most disgraceful part of the story is not the action of the thug Obama, but of those Republicans and corrupt judges who will do nothing about it.

Right, they should be, but they aren’t. Rather than unite to resolve this issue both parties are running from it without a backward glance.
This issue will be resolved only when BOTH political parties start acting like adults rather than two juveniles trying to hide the busted vase from Mommy. It can be amusing to watch the shenanigans they pull to dodge the problem but it isn’t funny.

When will the media, Congress, and the Judiciary do their jobs? There is ample evidence Obama is involved with forgery and fraud, and certainly many people helped him create and file phony documents which means we also have criminal conspiracy. Yet the media snoozes and Congress is cowardly. There must be a lot of intimidation and threats aimed at anybody who dares bring up the subject. The Republican party also avoids the subject like it was hazardous waste. How disappointing.

Well, it looks to me like congress in its entirety and every person that works in it, the white house and every single person that works in it and draws federal paychecks, the justice department and every single person that works directly or indirectly and every single department there-in, and every single employee of the federal government of the United States of America regardless of job description is and has been involved criminal activity as an organization and every member of congress, everybody that works in the white house and the justice department, every single worker for the federal government at every level should be arrested and charged under the RICO act as an ongoing criminal organization. Just like the drug dealers and anybody else that has been charged under that act. There Crimes will start with Treason. They have been lying, stealing and cheating the Natural Born Citizens of the United States of America. I can’t see any difference between them and the Mafia, if there ever was such a thing, or Motorcycle “Gangs”, or Gun Smugglers, Drug Smugglers or any RICO defined organization. When convicted ‘All’ their assets and I mean everything they own should be confiscated and put in the general fund to help the needy Natural Born Citizens of the United States of America. Everything they have was derived from their criminal activity while working in the Criminal Organization we know as the Federal Government. That includes all of their kids’ stuff and of course the wives and mistresses property. Seize; confiscate all property of any description. Freeze all bank accounts. Their sentences after a quick trial and conviction will be Life in, General Population, Prison without the possibility of Parole. Creation of construction jobs for a lot of new prisons for these poor folks. Give the sons and daughters the choice of Prison for life or Front Line Combat Positions. Well they get a choice. Then we can go after the middlemen that were involved in defense procurement that were instrumental in ripping off the taxpayers for the last 75 years and we can prosecute the dead criminal politicians posthumously.

After seeing the way the Supreme Court ruled on the Arizona law on Citizenship check, I think SB1070. And the way they ruled on the Unaffordable Care Act, especially with John Roberts rewriting the Law for the Congress and Obama, which is totally unlawful and criminal, there is only one rational conclusion… There has already been a coup d etat and the people in power don’t want to start a shooting revolution, just a minor, put the resistors in the FEMA camps and Gas them. Yes, I agree. OUr federal politicians have been blatantly IRRESPONSIBLE, in not looking into the issue of Obamas birth certificate. It’s almost as they already knew he wasnt eligible but didnt want to be the first to express it. They were also immature, and irresponsible in not reading the Obamacare health act and only depending on what people told them was in it. It would be like me siging my husbands tax returns without reading it over, or siging ANY contract without reading it.
