The reality is according to Mike Zullo’s findings any and all birth certificates from Hawaii after 1955 are Prime Facie, meaning that without additional documentation they are worthless to prove citizenship. That is the most important findings since even if the document present by the White House is factual, which I believe that it is not, with our supporting documentation is not sufficient by itself to prove citizenship.
This is the very last time i will comment on this,Obama has committed the largest case of fraud against America that history has ever seen. I read another article in reference to the BC section where it calls for race that was supposively filled out currently that wasn’t required back in the early 1960′s, I think! Why oh why are we having to comb through every bit of this BC when it’s “obviously” a fraudulent form to begin with. Why all the fuss over tedious details? Why drag it out? Why won’t this survive judicial scrutiney? WE HAVE RIGHTS TO QUESTION THIS MAN’S ELIGIBILITY!! IT IS TIME TO CALL THEIR BLUFF…no matter what the consequences are!

Since I know nothing about you, I can’t call you ignorant, and surely you are smart enough to realize BO’s refusal to release ANY documents is not the act of someone who has nothing to hide. If you had taken the time (and had genuine open-mindedness) to READ the evidence showing all of the errors in BO’s “birth certificate”, I am convinced you would see the light. Can you offer any reason for BO’s non-release of his records? I didn’t think so. But, good luck to you, anyway.

Clearly Obama has something to hide in his original birth certificate. Your inability to imagine something other than proof of constitutional ineligibility is due to your inability to imagine.
Judging from Dr. Fukino’s press release of 27 July 2009 on viewing Obama’s “vital records” (original and amended birth certificates) Obama was a natural born American citizen at birth.
If Obama was eligible at birth, why does he not verify that by releasing his original birth certificate? There are at least two reasons. First, his original will show he’s not the son of Barack Hussein Obama the black Luo tribesman. Secondly, withholding the original distracts simpletons from the real cause of Obama’s ineligibility, his loss of American citizenship through Indonesian naturalization as a juvenile, combined with his actions and omissions as a young adult that were wholly consistent with voluntary relinquishment of American citizenship and wholly inconsistent with its retention.
Obama relinquished his American citizenship by becoming a naturalized citizen of Indonesia as a young boy and refusing to register with Selective Service as a young man in 1979. He further confirmed his relinquishment of American citizenship by going to Indonesia in 1981, getting a student visa stamped into his Indonesian passport, and returning to the States on the Indonesian passport with student visa as Barry Soetoro.
We’re all a bit ignorant, because we’ve been kept in the dark. If you want more elaboration, let me know, but I’m concentrating on preparing a letter to the Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee urging him to shed light on the matter by some well-aimed subpoenae. His ranking minority member should join in the subpoenae, because Democrats have an interest in knowing, sooner rather than later, whether their prospective nominee is really black and an American citizen, as he fraudulently claims.
I’m also sending the following aide-memoire to American chief election officials, usually called Secretary of State, with copies to their respective attorneys general. I suggest you do the same. The aide-memoire is not copywrited, but the main point is that nobody can prove Obama’s eligibility without full disclosure, which requires official inquiry. Without verification of eligibility, even when we can expect verification at birth, Obama should not be allowed on the respective presidential ballots.
If we have the definitive evidence – original birth certificate and DNA, complete applications for school admission and student aid and the like – we won’t be so ignorant. Our officials will be better equipped to know what to do. They won’t be quite so craven when they have proof that Obama’s not black.
Indonesian authorities, especially the Corruption Eradication Commission, might be induced to investigate at their end, as Indonesian President SBY probably extracted very valuable consideration (at American taxpayer expense) for his complicity in purging, altering or sequestering official records of Obama’s Indonesian naturalization and citizenship.
What, me ignorant? Even very smart, accomplished people seem to go ignorant and stupid when it comes to Obama. Often willfully so. But we’re liable to lose our Republic if we don’t get to the bottom of this matter, and official investigators with subpoena power, especially Congress and grand juries, need to act.

RE: Verification of Obama Eligibility

There is insufficient publicly available information to prove the constitutional eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama II (“Obama”) to the Office of President. Hence election officials are unable to make a rational determination whether to bar him or allow him onto their respective ballots. Absent competent evidence to verify eligibility, he should be barred from the electoral ballot.
On information and belief, Obama’s original birth certificate shows that he was constitutionally eligible at birth. Until the original is disclosed, however, his eligibility at birth is unverified. The “birth certificate” proffered by Obama on 27 April 2011 is based on a picture of his amended birth certificate, essentially a certificate of adoption, showing adoptive parents.
On information and belief, Obama was naturalized an Indonesian citizen in the 1960s. An adult Obama in 1979 confirmed his voluntary and intentional relinquishment of American citizenship by refraining from registration with the American Selective Service System, and in 1981 he further confirmed such relinquishment by entering the United States on an Indonesian passport with a student visa. He has conspired to conceal evidence of his Indonesian citizenship. Not earlier than 2008, a fraudulently backdated registration was slipped into Selective Service files, to falsify Obama’s compliance with the registration requirement, and fabricate evidence that American citizenship was retained in the face of Indonesian naturalization. Unless grave doubts about Obama’s American citizenship are resolved by exhaustive investigation and factual disclosure, his eligibility is unverified, and he should be barred from the electoral ballot.
An election official who admits a candidate of unverified eligibility to the ballot is derelict in official duty and subject to removal from office and criminal prosecution. Moreover, the listing of an ineligible candidate, who is an enemy agent and is subsequently elected, causes permanent injury to the nation, gives aid and comfort to its enemies, and puts its independence and survival at risk.
Election officials should join in a demand for exhaustive investigation of Obama by Congress, and all other authorities with jurisdiction, to elicit evidence by which such officials can make rational, fully informed decisions on Obama’s constitutional eligibility to the Office of President, and initiate or assist such proceedings against Obama himself as the evidence might warrant.

OK, so I’m a new bee here, but does not the required documentation have to be submitted prior to taking office, or rather prior to nomination to run? Therefore, if not proven eligibility the election was illegal regardless of what documents are produced after the fact. So, has not the office of President been vacant all these years???? Therefore all the documents which required the Presidents signature are now false documents?

Is he National debt in fact illegal, and unconstitutional due to imposters in office at the time of the passing and signing? Yep, I’m talking about Congressmen, Senators, etc. who have violated their oath of office therefore vacating such office or rather continuing the facade of holding office and operating under a false occupancy of office?? Just a few things to think about. That being said, what is the obligation of the American people to hold to and or support such institution or law? Should we not be holding elections to fill ALL the vacated offices immediately? Maybe we should be replacing some of the folks who are in jail for traffic violations with those who are really a danger to us, those who have tried to over-throw our Government by violation of Oath of office, violation of constitutional law, placing personal gain ahead of our country’s well-being, selling us out to the enemy, putting rules in affect that drive our jobs outside the US, allowing foreign ownership of American soil and assets, pumping our wealth, food crops, natural minerals, refined products, etc out of the country, all the while watching the health, well being, even survival of our low income, homeless, jobless, diminish. I have said enough. Will not be back until my fellow Americans are ready to stand up and fight once again for our freedom which our forefathers had fought and died to preserve for us. Where is Captain America when you need him?
There should be a government office where presidential candidates have to submit hard-copy proof of qualification.

I agree with you. My one thought is: where is Sheriff Arpaio going to find an unbiased judge to take the case. Obama will have the case thrown out of court. Just like he had the charges dropped against those Black Panther guys that were outside the polling stations in Philadelphia intimidating the voters. He had the charges dropped. They should have been arrested and put in jail for a long time.
With all the evidence stacking up against Obama, why isn’t something being done? Why isn’t someone moving on this? Why is Obama still occupying the White House? Who’s in charge here?

docpco, the reasons are many why nothing is being done to get Obama out of the White House, but it mostly boils down to anyone who has the authority to do anything are either a Democrat, are afraid to do anything because they do not want to be labeled “a racist” or they like Obama (the US Supreme Court – especially John Roberts). Of course, when someone files a law suit against Obama, the judge simply declares “the defendent has no status” and dismisses the suit. Remember most judges are ex lawyers and thus are Democrats. The Republicans in the House will not do anything because they have no gonads and they do not want to upset the Senate – who will do nothing anyway. Liberalism is a mental disorder!
I can list a handful of the real racists here and now. Start with Jesse Jackson jr., Al Sharpton, Van Jones, Jeromy Wright, and the kind of racism in this country Barack Husein Obama. Can we trust the Supreme Court to rule on this matter? I don’t. The Supreme Court gets too political about everything they do. They would give us some garbage like the fact that they want to preserve the sanctity of the office of the president. And the liberals on the court would do one thing, where the conservatives would do something else. We just have to take the matter into our own hands and vote these criminals out of office. I sincerely hope you are wrong about your predicting Obama will be re-elected. Americans should have learned by now that Obama knows nothing about running a country such as ours. He only gives away our tax money to people and countries that he hopes will help him get re-elected.
