Maverick Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio says his “Cold Case Posse” investigating Barack Obama’s presidential eligibility will release a preliminary report in February of its findings, which he expects to be “controversial.”
“This is a serious law enforcement investigation, and our findings are going to be controversial but based in facts,” the Maricopa County sheriff told WND. Arpaio said a comprehensive report will be issued shortly after the February preliminary report.
“The investigators on the Cold Case Posse are doing a great job,” Arpaio told WND. “They are all law enforcement professionals, and they are all volunteers putting in a lot of hours at no taxpayer expense.”
Arpaio confirmed that the Obama investigation has broadened beyond an examination of whether or not the birth certificate made public by the White House on April 27 is an authentic document. The probe, he said, is examining Obama’s history in regard to his eligibility to be president under Article 2, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution.
“We are not taking the Obama investigation lightly,” Arpaio said. “The Cold Case Posse is actively tracking down all leads received, because the people deserve to know the truth.”

It appears when Joe proves the posse's results showing o was always ineligible to begin with that Congress has to get o out of there as soon as possible and undue a horrendous amount of the damage which o has caused. What can one say? Sheriff Arpaio, as usual, is doing the right thing. Yet we all know that our sitting President seems to be above the law, untouchable. As long as the so-called mainstream media refuse to be objective about Obama, all disclosures about him will fall flat. It's as if our nation is in a trance, half out of hero worship for this fraud of a President and the other half too afraid to confront the non-presidential behaviors and beliefs of this person.

I have personally collected a large volume of evidence regarding the "Birth Certificate" and can say that, because Obama was pushed into the final disclosure, the quality of the final production is an amateur forgery job. Under US law if parents move to another country and become citizens of that country then any minor children automatically lose their US citizenship. However, a child who loses US citizenship in that manner can reclaim US citizenship, including natural born status, IF that person returns to the US by a certain age, lives here a specified number of years, and then applies to have citizenship reinstated.

I don't believe that Obama is a "natural born citizen" and never have, but what is anyone going to do about it? I wrote a letter to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court prior to Obama's inaugeration, and requested, begged him, to check/verify on Obama's birth place and birth certificate prior to swearing him in. It was ignored, as it has been by the entire media and all authorities in Washington D.C. Who is going to prosecute Obama for fraud and misrepresentation against America? The Justice Department? Who is going to impeach him? The Congress? No, they will villify and continue to demonize Sheriff Joe, and nothing will be done. Corruption runs deep in Washington D.C. Hawaii, and Illinois.
Even if the Cold Posse proves that obama is ineligible, little, if anything, will be done about it. Liberals will not turn on one of their own, REGARDLESS (Wiener was just a token sacrificial lamb). Republicans simply do not have the courage to address the issue.
If Liberals sense this issue could cause them to lose their power they will get obama to resign from office. Once Biden is president he will issue an immediate pardon for obama, just as Ford did for Nixon back in 1974.
