This is great news, and an important step in our quest for justice. To keep Barack Obama off the ballot because he is ineligible to be President of the United States would help expose the series of frauds he has committed.

Let’s all hope Ken Bennett has the guts to enforce the Law! Someone has to finally stand up for the Constitution – and maybe, just maybe, Ken Bennett is the guy to go down in history as “that Real American from Arizona who brought down the biggest fraud in American History”!

Ken Bennett, you are the Man, and I hope you do not cave in this endeavor. This madness should have been stopped by the Congress long ago. However the dumbocrats have leaders like Harry Reid, and Nancy Pelosi, and Barney Frank etc. and the Republicans have BOEHNER who has turned out to be a complete flop as Speaker of the House. You have to wonder if he has been bought off.
What s despicable group of back stabbing, cowardly, complicit and treasonous pieces of republican dog s**t. These establishment republicans who have all been treated like the crap they apparently are by Obama are exactly what every other elected republican is: cowards. The best thing we can do is rid ourselves of these traitors. I myself will never vote for any incumbent republican this election. Incumbency is the problem. These people know Ken Bennett while knowing absolutely nothing whatsoever about the truth of Obama, they betray their fellow republican and side with an ineligible communist. This is all the truth we need about the establishment republicans. They are poisonous snakes waiting for us in our slippers. Vote them all out. If your republican congressman or senator is a silent incumbent then or a jerk off traitor like McCain vote against them for an independent or skip voting for that office. It is completely OK to skip a race when voting. Do it and preserve your sacred honor. To bad McCain isn’t up for reelection.
Mr. Bennet you will now be a target for this dangerous administration. Please be careful, yet please please have the strength and fortitude to take this imposter off of the ballot. It will open the door to other states that are under pressure by the Obama regime not to do so. I will pray that the truth wins out!!
We’ve all watched as virtually every eligibility suit has been thrown out of courts across the US due to “lack of standing” by cowardly or corrupt members of the American judiciary. And the one suit to actually be tried on the merits–in Georgia–was decided in Obama’s favor by a judge who ignored Supreme Court precedent and misrepresented the findings and statements of other courts.
So, as the judiciary has become thoroughly corrupt, Americans have to depend on a few patriots with guts. Maybe this Secy of State is one of those people.
This birther label is foolish. I’ve become a birther. I hope he has every person running on the ballot produce their birth certificate. That would be fair. I imagine that he would give up any ambitions of the Governship if he could help the country get rid of this Toxic Sham of a president.
I am insulted by being called a fringe person. I am not even a Tea party member. I am what they used to call a right wing religious nut job, clinging to my Bible. After all, it was the Bible from which the Pilgrims constructed their colony laws and these went on to build the Constitution and the Bill of rights.
This is off subject. If i were Romney I would call a “rescue summit” of all the candidates that he was running against and have them bring their most important parts of their platforms—then i would find a way to put them in the mix to help get those things done. We have a Hell of Lot of “crap” to get done. We have to rescue this country quickly.
As an Arizonan, I too hope Ken Bennett will follow through and prevent Obama from appearing on the election ballot.
The real problem, however, is that Bennett’s request for confirmation of a Hawaiian BC is not enough to prove Obama U.S. citizenship–and, of course, Obama still does not qualify for the Presidency as he is not a natural born Citizen.
There have been a few articles lately on how Arizona is standing up to the federal government. Unfortunately they were premature. Although AZ Gov. Brewer signed SB 1070 (AZ Immigration Law), last year she failed to sign an elections eligibility law that had significant bi-partisan support because ‘she felt it gave too much responsibility and power to a state elections official and last week she failed to sign a bill that would exempt Arizona from allowing enforcement of AZ Sen. John McCain’s NDAA act that gives Obama the power to decide if a U.S. citizen is a threat to government (Obama) and arrest and detain then without regard for a citizen’s constitutional right.
It appears that both Brewer and Bennett either do not understand the U.S. Constitution or have both decided they have little use for it, or for upholding their Oath to support the Constitution.
Please sign the Petition to Congress asking for articles of impeachment of Mr. Obama and an impeachment trial by the Senate. Mr. Obama has committed treasonous actions in adhering to our enemies during a time of war besides being ineligible to be President per the U.S. Constitution.

It has come to light that when we cast our votes in elections in the United States, the votes are electronically counted by SOE Software, dba Clarityelections.org (See http://www.soesoftware.com/). SOE was recently bought out by SCYTL, a company in Spain whose CEO is a major supporter of Mr. Obama, is funded by Mr. Soros via Balderton Capital Investment, and is run by a board of directors with ties to Goldman Sachs (See http://www.balderton.com/team) and a task force under Tony Blair. Therefore, United States election votes are counted by a foreign corporation with vested interests in the outcomes of the elections. How much further from the intentions of the Founding Fathers in the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution could such United States elections be placed? The United States needs laws regarding the counting of votes in United States elections to ensure that votes are accurately and impartially counted in a domestic, verifiable, publicly-accountable, and independent manner. That is your job. Stop United States elections from foreign takeover and secure the means of vote counting which not only effects Presidential elections but Congressional elections as well.
I liked Brewer until she vetoed the bill Arizona Legislature passed to require all candidates for President provide proof of eligibility. What a coward she turned out to be. Then she shakes her finger in his face. Reminds me of a used, then unpaid Whore.
There has been so many inconsistencies and cover up of this President’s background and history, that had many people asking for proofs! But, so far, all we’ve seen is an electronic copy of a birth certificate, which was determined to have been doctored on a personal computer in Hawaii! Now, Ken Bennett, Arizona Secretary of State, has asked the State of Hawaii for a certified document copy of Obama’s birth certificate. So far, his office has been stonewalled by the officials in Hawaii. Why? If the releasing and birth certifcates is common practice during Presidential election, why do they need to stall? Simple! Because Obama is NOT a Natural Born US citizen! And, the media and the DNC are trying to cover it up and sweep it under the rug! Not this time! We, the people are demanding answers!
If Obama is a fraud and was not fully investigated, then he needs to be removed from office and tried for treason! And, other people who knew about this fraud, but chose to gamble (ie Nancy Pelosi) should also be arrested and tried for Treason! This fraudulent act underminds our Constitution and foundation of America! We, the people, will not stand for it and the issue will be fully vetted–one way or another!
