Texas Congressman Louie Gohmert has admitted what most Republican voters have known for a very long time—that the Republican Party leadership is more concerned with the dictates of political correctness and scorn from the liberal press corps than with fighting for the rights of the American people.
Though Gohmert maintains Republican big-wigs like John Boehner and Mitch McConnell really are committed to the defeat of Barack Hussein Obama, he stated in a January interview with Rush Limbaugh that Party elders believe that the only way to accomplish it is “by being nice.”
That’s why Republicans were told to “handle [Nancy Pelosi] with kid gloves,” said Gohmert. “She’s the first female Speaker of the House,” he and other Republican congressmen were warned by the Republican leadership. So, naturally, she had to be above criticism and insulated from rebuke in SPITE of her Marxist leanings, lavish spending of taxpayer dollars, and ludicrous treatment of Air Force personnel (who were ordered to have all of her favorite liquors on the many jets made available at her beck and call.)
And as for Barack Obama, courageous Party elders were quite unconcerned with his deliberate trampling of the Constitution, destruction of the economy or trading billions of tax dollars for campaign kickbacks. “Look, if you go after the president, you’re going to be called a racist,” said the Mitch McConnells and John Boehners of the Party.
Gohmert tells of 2005 Republican leaders John Boehner and Dennis Hastert informing House Republicans that the eagerly anticipated tax reform bill would not be taken up. Afraid the majority might be lost in 2006, Boehner told his devastated troops, “look guys, there’s a chance we might not win the majority next November so we changed our minds. We just want to try to get through this year as best we can…”
Of course, it was because Party leaders avoided what was important while spending like Democrats in the interim that they lost the House in 2008. But don’t tell that to John Boehner. He was doing the SMART thing…“playing it SAFE!”
From advising members of an eager, conservative incoming 2010 freshman Republican class to “be a team player” and “just play along” to putting the skids on any hope of filing criminal charges against Attorney General Eric Holder for his many Fast and Furious misdeeds, John Boehner and the rest of the Republican hierarchy have done everything in their power to destroy the spirit of a Republican majority whose duty should be the exposure and removal of a criminal Administration.
But Louie Gohmert has not lost hope. “When somebody is destroying the country that you’re sworn to protect…it’s time to stand up no matter who gets offended,” he told Rush.
Congressman Gohmert and many young Republicans are doing just that. Voters must help them by removing the spineless Republican elders who stand in their way.

VOTE all of congress out. I thought I had a couple of decent local congressmen but they play dumb, too, when it comes to Obama.
stevor: so right. If we don’t dump them all at every election (they aren’t all up for re-election at the same time) until all who now are in — are out — things never will change. And thereafter, one term only, and then out, never to return!
Also must make “lobbying” a treasonable offense, and treason means death, quick and certain, no fooling around. This may seem harsh, but change has to start somewhere, sometime. Why not now?
Stevor..I said from the very outset when the Republicans captured the house in 2010 that when they made John Boehner the Speaker, it was a HUGE mistake. He is spineless and a “go along to get along” politician. Sure, they all want to unseat Obama, but they will never do it by playing nice. And don’t think Obama doesn’t know this. He has surrounded himself with cutthroats like Eric Holder, David
Axelrod etc and Boehner and McConnel are not match for them. And with Pelosi still as minority leader in the House, nothing will get done. She will undermine anything the Republicans try.
“Being nice”? Yeah, kinda like Neville Chamberlain–let’s be nice to Hitler and maybe he won’t kick our ass. Let’s be nice to the Kenyan mus Marxist and maybe he won’t destroy our country. Gutless pond scum.

But if we make it treason to defy and undermine the Constitution, that would be a start to change we can all believe in.
Of course the RINO element of the Republican party is always scared of their own precious shadow and considers questioning the libs in open public forum a crime on their own imposed formality but now we are looking down the gun barrel and this country is in dire straits from all angles including major treason by the communist Jackass Party. The need to bombard the public with evidence is now critical and had better be irrefutable to force the DOJ and the courts to bow to public concensus . Start slow with hard fact and move in with even more evidence of wrong doing like the rape of the tax payers and the secret schemes to enrich those who participated in this hoax, the more investigation the more exposure and look out for gunfire because these folks are thuggs and they run a thugg army….

It would be so nice to see Allen West as Speaker and Rand Paul as minority (hopefully soon to be majority) leader in the Senate. I can dream can’t I? These are principled men who love the truth more than popularity and decorum and wouldn’t put up with the crap Boehner and McConnell accept. These two panty-wastes are continuously being played by the Democrats, and fear the press to the point of paralysis. I’m sick of it. If the Republicans continue their love of fitting in in D.C. at the expense of America then it’s time for a new party (not a third party) to replace the Republicans. Either that or split the country in two: the New United States of America for us and …New Zimbabwe for Obama, Pelosi, Reid and their ilk. I’m willing to relocate.

This is a shame to have grown men, trying to look/act like gentlemen while in the mean time, they are kicking their asshiney, and at the same time, making those republicans in congress & senate look bad after the whoopin they are constantly getting for being nice guys. Hell guys, we conservatives surely don’t want anyone to say bad things or blame our congress persons & senators for anything going wrong in our America, do we? Now I know why I don’t ever get a response when I contact Boehner by email, and let him know how I personally feel about the President & the issues, then ask him why he is not doing anything about the issue’s.I guess writing kind of angry didn’t go over well with him. I am sure that Boehner whole purpose for being the nice guy is, because Boehner wants us to be the mean guys so that He & McConnell play the good cop. Is it working?

Congressman Gohmert, I would like you to prove many here wrong, and begin an investigation into Joe Arpaios findings, and Demand obama produce correct accurate real records….or resign, or face impeachment , it may take a Republican senate, but I ask you to MAN Up, and get this ball rolling,….

But if they had the guts to subpoena Obama’s original birth certificate, they would find that he’s the racist. He claimed his adoptive parents as his birth parents to pretend to be half Negro, to appeal for support on a racial basis and wrap himself with immunity from official inquiry.
By allowing him to keep his guilty secrets about his race, his probable relinquishment of his U.S. citizenship in becoming a naturalized citizen of Indonesia, and his probable recruitment as an enemy agent before or early after he became an adult, RINOs have thrown the 2012 election and will be complicit in Obama’s subversion, subjugation and destruction of the United States.
