Three judges on the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals are beginning to review a case that alleges Barack Obama is not eligible to be president – in fact, he may not even be American.
Obama's citizenship is being challenged in court
The federal court case was brought by attorney Mario Apuzzo on behalf of plaintiffs Charles Kerchner and others, and had been dismissed at the district court level.
Arguments earlier had been scheduled for June 29 in the dispute, but a court order recently cancelled the hearing and instead announced the case would be decided based on the merits of the legal briefs submitted by attorneys.
A document from court clerk Marcia Waldron said the case will be decided by Judge Dolores Sloviter, who was appointed by Jimmy Carter; Maryanne Trump Barry, who was appointed by Bill Clinton; and Thomas Hardiman, who was appointed by George W. Bush.

I understand the press, networks and the rest of the democrats not wanting to bring this up, but why are the Republicans not shouting about it?
We have to find a judge that cannot be frightened into submission! It happens every time! The case is either not heard or just tossed out!

Obama could admit that he is not an American Citizen, and the Liberal Courts will still say case has no merits. Hopfully this one will not turn out that way. A District Court Judge in Ca., Judge Carter was to hear the case late last yr. he said it had merit and should be heard. All of a sudden Judge dismissed the case. Just so happens that Judge Carter hired a new Law Clerk from the same firm that is handling all the cases about his elegibility. Firm is Perkins-Cole. Robert Bauer, Anita Dunn's husband came to the WH from that same firm. This firm as received almost $ 2 Million to keep fighting to keep all of Obama's records sealed. Has to be something to spend all that money, must be hiding something. Only hope its not taxpayers money funding this.

The case of Obama, the illegal alien and usurper, rather epitomizes the true State of the Union, in that people no longer have any idea of the corrupted system of injustice created by those in the legal and political fields of endeavor. In fact, most are unaware that judges may not dictate law, nor do any more than state exactly what law says. To leave a controversy of this magnitude to some judge is the most ignorant, asinine action conceivable. It should be decided by a jury of our peers that are given every fact possible without manipulation by judges, attorneys, government spokespeople, special interest groups, corporations, the foreign bankers of the Federal Reserve System, or any other individuals or groups.
In this land, justice is in the realm of the people, not the government, and no government entitiy, elected/appointed/hired has any authority to change the law of the land, including with bogus treaties, public policy, the vote, or any other means of subterfuge now practiced openly by alleged – but fallacious – courts of justice.
Oh, and by the way, a judge is not "court". Court is a process. Just another of the mighty myths that have aided greatly in converting America to Ameri-Ka.

My understanding is that the courts don't have legal authority to hear such cases, "we the people" don't have "standing",, the fawning MSM is purposely ignoring the issue, SCOTUS can't muster the 4 votes needed to hear the case, and now 3 judges, 2 of whom are lib appointees, are suddenly going to review the substance of the eligibility suit? Don't hold your breath.
This court action will be squashed also, for their are no true patriots left that want to make sure the truth stands above all else, to bad for us and this country. The issue in the case is simply whether the plaintiffs had standing to sue.
By the way, Obama has already proven that he was born in Hawaii with the official birth certificate of Hawaii. His Kenyan grandmother NEVER said that he was born in Kenya. She said repeatedly that he was born in Hawaii, and in another interview, she said that the first that she had heard of Obama's birth was in a letter from Hawaii.

What would happen with all the laws he has put into place and all the executive orders he has issued? More importantly, what of all the appointments he has made including Supreme Court justices? Would all of it become "null and void"?
