An appeals court has indicated it is listening to arguments in a case that challenges Barack Obama’s occupancy in the Oval Office with a ruling that gives special permission for an extra-long document to be filed in the case.
WND has reported on the case brought by attorney Mario Apuzzo in January 2009 on behalf of Charles F. Kerchner Jr., Lowell T. Patterson, Darrell James Lenormand and Donald H. Nelson Jr.
Named as defendants were Barack Hussein Obama II, the U.S., Congress, the Senate, House of Representatives, former Vice President Dick Cheney and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.
The case alleges Congress failed to follow the Constitution, which “provides that Congress must fully qualify the candidate ‘elected’ by the Electoral College Electors.”
The complaint also asserts “when Obama was born his father was a British subject/citizen and Obama himself was the same.” The case contends the framers of the U.S. Constitution, when they adopted the requirement that a president be a “natural born citizen,” excluded dual citizens.

Why don't they add a layer of criminal intent with an investigation into the fact that it is illegal to hold the office of the US Presidency AND an office at the UN….which is exactly what Barry holds, for now.
Why is everyone so afraid of Mr. Barrack Obama – he should be made to produce his birth certificate and all his college records for the people to see. What is he holding back. Pelosi committed fraud and perjury when she placed him on the ballot. It was all a set up and everyone was duped. I also wonder why at the the end of the Electoral Vote the question of whether there were any challenges was never asked. I remember writing to all my representatives and the Supreme Court to challenge him and not one person stood up and challenge his election. Why? He is a dual citizen and does not meet our Constitution to be in the Oval Office. He is a dictator and either communist or a socialist. We the people need to rise up and have him challenged and removed.

I am wondering the same thing. How long before this Judge tells they do not have any standing?.. It seems that every lawsuit that has been filed has been dismissed for lack of standing. I think the courts have been bought off by Mr. Obama and his legal teams…

Mr Apuzzo is a very well studied man and is respected internationally. When you read his work on this suit you will find that our justice system is quite hostile to the citizen when any challenge to the system is petitioned . Politics appears to outweigh the rule of law in quite a few courts and that isn't justice nor is it the intent of our system as founded to deny the people the right to petition when their government over steps its boundaries. That there are no less than fourteen grievances unheard at this time gives one great pause to think that this won't just be number fifteen. At some point a charge of despotism will be warranted.
The question of Obama's birth certificate and his attempts to keep many of his recoeds secret has become a symbol of his administrations lack of promised transparency. It is no longer just his eligibility that is in question. It is a question of whether he and his administration are honorable. Honor is the basis of all human interaction. Without honor there is no trust. Without trust in our government and especially or courts our society is in grave danger.

1. That "Certification of Live Birth" that Obama's campaign posted – why is the sequential number replaced with a filled black rectangle?
2. Why has Obama thousands to fight Messrs. Berg, Keyes, etc. in court? Why not just spend $20 or so and get a raised-seal copy? Instead, they go to great lengths to get rulings that the plaintiffs "lacked standing."
3. When reserve Major Stephon Page, challenged his deployment orders to Afghanistan, why were they suddenly cancelled? Obama couldn't say that Page "lacked standing" because he was affected by Obama's being "commancer in chief." When I was in the military, refusing a deployment order meant a general court-martial and time in the brig. In a court martial, Page could have asked for the actual birth certificate during the "discovery" process.
I'm not saying Obama was born in Kenya. Just want to know the facts. Obama could clear things up i a heartbeat by providing the certificate.
