A federal appeals court has tossed out a lawsuit challenging President Barack Obama’s U.S. citizenship and his eligibility to serve as commander in chief.
The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Thursday that none of the challengers had legal standing to file the lawsuit on Jan. 20, 2009, the day Obama was inaugurated. The unanimous three-judge panel cited various reasons for disqualifying six sets of plaintiffs, who included Obama’s political rivals, taxpayers and military personnel.
It’s the latest legal setback for the so-called birther movement, which has filed multiple lawsuits, so far with no success.
The U.S. Constitution says only “a natural born citizen” may serve as president. The challengers allege that Obama was born in Kenya, rather than Hawaii. They claim his Hawaii birth certificate is a forgery.
has caused me to think it is time for a review of facts on the case. Despite an unwillingness on the part of US Federal Courts to challenge Obama, the facts as the video below reviews are clear. Obama’s birth documents are forgeries, and until he proves otherwise shouldn’t be allowed to usurp power.

I expected no other ruling from the 9th Circus Court of Appeals. They have essentially stated that the President of The United States is above the law. And to that, I say BS! Obama’s so called birth documentation is obviously fraudulent as is his use of a Connecticut series SSID number. The citizens of the USA deserve to know the true origin’s of their President and to know that he legally holds his office. In my opinion, Obama is a fraud and should be impeached.
