Appeals briefs scheduled in Obama eligibility challenge
A briefing schedule has been announced by the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in a case alleging Congress failed in its constitutional duties by refusing to investigate the eligibility of Barack Obama to be president, according to an attorney handling the challenge.
Briefs are scheduled in a case before the 3rd District Court of Appeals
WND previously reported on the lawsuit filed by lead plaintiff Charles F. Kerchner Jr. and others against Congress.
Attorney Mario Apuzzo filed the action in January on behalf of Kerchner, Lowell T. Patterson, Darrell James Lenormand and Donald H. Nelson Jr. Named as defendants were Barack Hussein Obama II, the U.S., Congress, the Senate, House of Representatives and former Vice President Dick Cheney along with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.
The case focuses on the alleged failure of Congress to follow the Constitution. That document, the lawsuit states, “provides that Congress must fully qualify the candidate ‘elected’ by the Electoral College Electors.”
The case asserts “when Obama was born his father was a British subject/citizen and Obama himself was the same.”

He must be made to show his original birth certificate to prove he is an American. The "certificate" shown on the internet was fake – it did not show the basic information shown on official birth certificates. Somehow he has managed to hide all information, spending a lot of money to cover up the truth. Our country is in grave danger. We need to get the truth.

I just ordered birth cert.s and had real ones in 3 days. What about his passports, college records, medical records, ect. His records are sealed, but, everyone else has had to provide them.

HOW DID OBAMA FLY TO PAKISTIAN IN THE 1980`s? Americans could not get a passport to go there in the 1980`s. Did he travel with his adoptive name Barry Soetoro and get his pass port in Indonesia? If he did that then he gave, any rights up as a US Citizen. Obama also in 2006 campaigned for Odinga in Kenya in and raised over one million dollars to help a communist to run for Kenya`s president. Odinga did not get elected so he overthrew the Government there and Obama helped Odinga to get appointed as Prime Minister in 2008. Not sure if there was any help with funds on overthrowing the government.

With all the people I've seen, trying to prove Obama is not eligible to be President, no one has yet to have their case heard. I don't believe it will be heard, because of corrupt politicians in Congress. I would like nothing better, than to see Obama thrown out of office for violating the Constitution, but I don't think it will happen.
