When Washington Times reporter Kerry Pickett confronted Charlie Rangel last night about whether he received a lighter punishment than an ordinary citizen would have if found guilty of the same charges, the censured Democrat made a startling admission: “I don’t deal in average American citizens.”

REP. RANGEL: What is the question?
PICKET: I’m just asking what is your response to criticism that if the average American citizen. Someone who is not a congressman
REP. RANGEL:Please, I’m not a psychiatrist. I don’t deal in average American citizens. Citizens are diverse. They are broad. I don’t know what is average, and so I don’t really agree… I’ll come back to you when you think of a good question.

I think the scumbag Rangel is being honest; for he is below average in all aspects of life, and those who support him for public office are far below average in intelligence and accomplishment. With his failing eyesight, and I don't believe he can look high enough to see the average citizen. He is typical of the trash that fills the Democrat Party, and their similar attitudes about anyone but themselves. That may be one of the only honest things the criminal has said in his whole life. There is no one in his district that is anywhere near average, and most would require a long elevator ride to reach the average level.

I did notice that from the beginning each of my comments has started with a +1, and I've seen the same thing with other commenters (even those who disagree with me) who use their own names and links to real information about themselves. For whatever reason, most people here won't do that, of course–even when they're voicing what here are majority opinions.
The Congress in general believe they have an importance that outstrips their corruption and evil intentions. I think that the best situation is when they are deadlocked ,and cannot create legislation that makes average citizens criminals and increases their own power.

Rangel is definitely not an "average citizen." While the majority of citizens are honest, Rangel is a crook and believes that dishonesty is a virtue. He has lived lavishly at the expense of the taxpayers. It is way past time for him to go.
