Sheriff Joe said “MAY”? That’s scarey. Has the Regime’s thugs gotten to him too? The Obamunists are throwing the gloves off now, they claim a mandate to do as they please. Come on Arpaio what does ‘MAY’ mean? If I had lived in your county I would have voted for you but with a ‘may’ involved I would be kicking myself for doing it. More guts from Yavapai County than in Maricopa. Forget Coconino County the Sheriff there is ran by the Flagstaff Liberal Left. He would never jeopardize his job by honoring his office and Constitution which gives him a high authority.

Sheriff Arpaio’s name is on the list of sheriffs who will support the Constitution–although I agree he should clear up any ambiguity from his interview.

The list is from the Sheriff Macks organization, Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association. As of January 23rd, there were 90 sheriffs across the country that have drawn a line in the sand against Obama’s calculated attack on the Second Amendment. Sheriff Arpaio was mistakenly put on the list then removed. Sheriff Arpaio needs to clear up his ambiguous statements and set the example and lead the charge for freedom, not wait in the background hoping to get “more specific details” or label an attack on the Second Amendment by Obama and his Marxist followers as mere “fluff.”

But, as I’ve said before we need HUNDREDS, THOUSANDS maybe who will stand up and just say NO to the Obama-Feinstein-Reid-Globalist gun grab and trashing of the Constitution.
The military? As far as I can see they already have the uniform of the UN on. After visiting Phoenix I don’t see why it would give a rational person cause for concern that Sheriff Joe Arpaio has decided to issue certain weapons when one takes into consideration the actual warfare taking place a short distance over the Mexican border from the area under Sheriff Joe’s authority for which he takes responsibility. I am taking the chance at writing the word ‘responsibility’ fully out; often I am compelled to spell it out in capital letters with hyphens followed by the dictionary definition for liberals. I hesitate to be too harsh on you here because in the case of any other Sheriff who we were not familiar with I too would question their motives, but Sheriff Joe…c’mon now. He’s got a record–(that’s kind of funny, ‘…he’s got a record…,’ get it: a cop…, with a record! Hah!)–of–well, they may still have been catching bankrobbers on horseback when he started! (Hah! Only kidding Sheriff Joe!) Let’s be fair now; considering Sheriff Joe’s long, long record, the preponderance of evidence points to Sheriff Joe being entirely responsible with honoring the oath that he took to defend the Constitution.

I remember meeting you at the MCSO press conference in Phoenix, March 1, 2012. I have worked with Sheriff Joe in the past on the Cold Case Posse investigation. Arpaio has my utmost respect. With Sheriff Arpaio’s “long, long record” of support for the Constitution, it brings into question why he is not leading the charge along with 90 other sheriffs to cut Obama off at the pass. The position that Sheriff Arpaio has taken is very unusual, in my opinion, given his love for the U.S. Constitution. He has called the potential Obama federal gun confiscation “fluff.” He was reported to have said on KFYI that he “will wait for more specifics.” He has also stated on KFYI that he “may not enforce that federal law” when speaking about Obama gun confiscation. The posture that Sheriff Arpaio has taken on this issue, in my opinion, is totally contrary to his past record and his character. He has said he will purchase semi-automatic and fully automatic rifles to be used against the “bad guys.” In an Obama gun confiscation program, Obama will consider gun owners as the “bad guys.” We have a right to know where Sheriff Joe, unequivocally stands regarding federal gun bans and firearm confiscation. Sheriff Joe should be number 1 on the list of 90 sheriffs who have made their decision to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. A tip of the hat to the 90 sheriffs who have taken a stand. Sheriff Arpaio needs to quickly get on board.

They are all complicitous in the treasonous acts of lying, cheating, stealing and misrepresentation from/ to the general Natural Born Citizen Population, that would include every judge, bailiff, secretary, toilet cleaner, truck driver, mechanic and every single worker in the justice department nationwide is and has been committing crimes against the Natural Born American Citizens* of the United States of America and should be arrested, jailed without bond for 10 years until trial and convicted of the crimes they have committed. Upon conviction they should be sent to prison, general population, to serve not less than life without the possibility of parole. Well, they get a choice. Then we can go after the middlemen that were involved in defense procurement and all procurement process middlemen that were instrumental in ripping off the taxpayers for the last 75 years and we can prosecute the dead criminals posthumously. Then we can go after the lobbyists and major corporate executives that have run this country into the ground with their excessive salaries and extravagant lifestyles while laughing at their customers. Anyone that transfers their possessions, of any kind, to another person to avoid confiscation will be subject to additional consequences. Anyone that is caught with transferred personal property from another person, that is under this act will have all of their personal property and all bank accounts seized and forfeited to the general fund to help the Natural Born Citizens of the United States of America.

Americans are under no obligation to obey any law that is un-constitutional. Those exact words are also in the constitution. The states don’t have to enforce them and we don’t have to obey them. Obama-care is un-constitutional even if the Supreme Court fudged around the obvious to uphold the damn thing. A tax is a tax on something, like sales tax and income tax. Something that only happens if you don’t do something is a penalty and is un-constitutional. The constitution says we are to have guns to maintain a citizens militia, not just for hunting or personal protection. You can’t have a citizens militia with pea shooters! At 5:04 PM, Friday, January 25, I was notified by Sheriff Richard Max that he had a discussion with Sheriff Arpaio. Mack is satisfied with Sheriff Arpaio’s position and will add his name to the list of Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers who have taken an unequivocal stand against the Obama attack on the US Constitution and gun confiscation. It was also reported on WND.com that Sheriff Arpaio unequivocally stated that he would not confiscate guns no matter what Washington said. Thank you to Sheriff Arpaio for clarifying his position on this issue.
