A little over a year ago, I was perplexed that federal law-enforcement authorities, the media, the federal judiciary, the U.S. Senate, and the U.S. House of Representatives were ignoring what appeared to be a fraudulent Hawaiian Certificate of Live Birth that was posted on the White House website on April 27, 2011. The purported birth certificate was for President Barack Hussein Obama II. It became very obvious to me that there were many anomalies on the document that everyone on the federal level apparently wanted to ignore.
Arizona has fraud and forgery statutes and continues to uphold the rule of law, so I chose to download the Obama birth certificate from the White House website onto my computer here in Maricopa County to establish jurisdiction. I made an appointment with you, and we met on August 18, 2011 to discuss my concerns. Prior to our meeting, I wrote a petition requesting your assistance; and on August 17, 2011, two hundred and forty-two Maricopa residents signed the petition in a little over two hours. I gave you a copy of the petitions and a copy of the Arizona Revised Statutes that cover fraud and forgery. At that meeting, I said that you were “the last hope for America.” I still believe you are America’s last hope to know the truth about our President. I simply asked for you to investigate the authenticity of the document and take the appropriate actions.
You asked me to come back to your office on August 22, 2011 for another meeting. At that meeting, you said that you would investigate the document using your Cold Case Posse. I was assured that the investigation would be done with “the utmost diligence.” This became the first law-enforcement investigation in the nation of Barack Obama’s identification papers.
Six months later, on March 1, 2012, you held your first press conference to announce your findings. My wife Denise and I attended the news conference. It was announced that your office had developed probable cause that Barack Hussein Obama II’s Hawaiian Certificate of Live Birth and his Selective Service System Registration form were both forgeries. The Certificate of Live Birth was called a computer-generated file forgery. It was also announced that you had developed leads regarding a person or persons of interest. As was expected, the media attacked you the messenger and refused to discuss the specifics of your findings.
My wife and I were so impressed with your press conference that we decided that it was important for the general public to witness what we saw firsthand and expose what the media had censored. Denise and I put an event together in less than 10 days. We held it at the Church on the Green on March 31, 2012, charged no admission and asked for no donations, and gave you the stage as a public service. I wrote a petition to the Arizona legislature based on elements of your investigation, and Denise circulated it at the event. Nearly 1,200 people attended the standing room only event. Many video DVDs were made and circulated throughout the nation as well as displayed on the internet. I’m still amazed how well you and your presentation were received by the public.
It is now September 25, 2012, and the general election is fast approaching. America is running out of time regarding the enigma called Barack Hussein Obama II. America is depending on Arizona to act. There have been suggestions that a Congressional investigation needs to be conducted with the information that you have developed. I came to you over a year ago because Congress would not investigate this issue. Frankly, Congress is a waste of time, and there is very little time left.
I believe that it is time to turn your evidence over either to the Arizona Grand Jury or the Maricopa County Grand Jury for a determination of whether crimes of fraud and forgery have been committed against the citizens of Arizona and identify, if possible, the perpetrator of the crimes and who is the most likely beneficiary of these purported crimes. It’s time to let the jurors of the Grand Jury decide our future, not the politicians in Congress.
I have also made this request to Governor Jan Brewer, Attorney General Tom Horne, and Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery. Hopefully, you will, with their assistance, make a decision that is in the best interest of Arizona and America.
Sheriff Arpaio, I thank you for being a man of your word and investigating this issue at my request for the past year. You have been the subject of many personal attacks of ridicule and scorn, and you have responded with great poise and professionalism. You are an exceptional lawman with an enviable 51-year history in law-enforcement. We are very fortunate to have you as our Sheriff here in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Denise and I trust you will do what is best for Arizona and America with the evidence that you have developed.

It is truly ridiculous. Our country is under attack from within and no one is stepping forth now that we have proof that the person occupying the white house is not qualified to be POTUS. Now that congress has all the evidence, they don’t even look at it. They all have their heads burred in the sand. I have point blank asked Tom McClintock (R house) and he is “convinced” of obama’s qualification because his birth was listed in the newspapers. He is not putting any credence in Joe Arpaio’s evidence. I have phoned the FBI three times, letting them know that their Oath they took when they got the job said they would defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies. Do you think that matters to them? Hell no. Of course we cannot get the Attorney General to do a damn thing also. The media does not even have any of the evidence against obama to inform the people. About the only thing to hope for is that the “polls” the media have published are way off course and Romney and Ryan are well ahead. I am sure the two of them will be doing quite well in the upcoming debates. If the people do not see that Obama and Biden are idiots that are followed up by the actions they took over the previous 4 years. Hopefully the elections are not too corrupted by Obama, Biden and the many socialists and communists who have been backing them along with the sham company that will be tabulating the votes. Our only hope if obama steals the election is a revolution backed by the Declaration of Independence and Constitution. If obama declares martial law hopefully the military takes our side in the overthrow of the corrupt illegal people in government. I am sure most in the military are not happy with the illegal commander in chief and will be helping to take our country back.

My pleat to Sheriff Joe us get to Topeka, Ks where the real birth record is. Then there is concrete evidence to Hawaii one isn;t real That enables real questions to be asked. Who did the fake filings. I’m eyewitness to the birth events, but only assumed some of his now deceased relatives filed this since there was no witness protection program until 1971 in this country. If somebody did something even more recently a full blown criminal investigation should occur, But: President may still not know the truth! I thought Arizona dropped their investigation of this a month ago!!! I was shocked when I heard because of the hard evidence. Why on earth would our own government WANT a person to serve as leader of this GREAT nation if they are not legal?? It goes against our Constitution and all mthat we stand for. I do know he is a Muslim and wants to destroy this country from within. All these movies stars and millionaires supporting him have the same agenda. They thin they are immune to the disease he will spread because they have money. they will soon find out otherwise if he is re-elected. If it wasn’t true, why is Hillary cowering to him. I fear that the upcoming election will be the most corrupt yet to be held in this country. The debates will be a joke, as Obama will tell the media what questions they may ask, and will have his answers ready prior to the debate taking place.
More than 90% of our voting machines are made and serviced by Harry Reid’s family. These are the same machines that, in the last Senatorial election, changed votes for Sharon Angle to votes for Reid. Now, in addition to rigged machines, our ballots will be counted in Spain, with no evidence left in this country should the result be challenged.
We are going to be doomed to four more years of Obama unless our military will stand firm and refuse in its entirety to obey the orders of a president who holds the office unlawfully. We all know this will never happen, so the dictator in chief will simply declare martial law and disarm the loyal citizens, one family at a time. Those of us who refuse to yield will be forced into internment camps for reprogramming. That is, of course, if we survive the attempts to confiscate our weapons.

Well, it look as though if Romney/Ryan don`t manage to pull this out with the election, we the people will have it dumped in our laps to get something done. When you have an Att. Gen. that is as corrupt as Holder and our own elected officials don`t have the guts to stand up for our rights, which it`s clear none of them do, it will be left entirely up to us and just maybe the military or at least part of them to take the lead and let them know this won`t stand!!

Has a grand jury been impaneled, to which Sheriff Arpaio can turn over the evidence?
How can it be impaneled? Who has authority to ask a court to impanel a grand jury?
Must it be a federal grand jury, to have the desirable geographic scope of subpoena power? Will a state grand jury be able to subpoena the requisite documents and real evidence, such as DNA, required to prove Obama’s actual identity and relinquishment of American citizenship upon coming of age?
If a grand jury does nothing more than uncover Obama’s original birth certificate, it will verify Dr. Fukino’s finding in her press release of 27 July 2009 that AT BIRTH he was a natural born American citizen.
To determine whether Obama lost American citizenship, a grand jury must be able to subpoena evidence that he was naturalized a citizen of Indonesia and upon coming of age rejected American citizenship by refusing to register with Selective Service in 1979 and re-entering the United States as Barry Soetoro in 1981 on an Indonesian passport with student visa issued by the American Embassy in Jakarta. Would he have retained American citizenship to commit a federal felony of non-registration? Surely not. Would he have re-entered the United States on a visa had he intended to retain American citizenship in the face of his Indonesian naturalization? If he retained American citizenship, he would not need a visa. He also started using a Social Security number of a deceased American citizen in 1977, probably to get a driver’s license, rather than apply for one in the normal course on grounds of his American citizenship. Although he was still a minor in 1977, this conduct sheds light on the intent of his conduct after 4 August 1979, which was entirely consistent with his rejection of American citizenship in favor of his underlying Indonesian citizenship, and wholly inconsistent with his retention of American citizenship.
I don’t mean to exaggerate the difficulties of grand jury investigation. It should be used, wherever one can be impaneled. There may be ways to work around the difficulties of a state grand jury’s subpoenaing or otherwise obtaining evidence in another state. But the threshold is to get a grand jury to turn evidence over to. Sheriff Arpaio can’t turn evidence over to a grand jury that doesn’t exist, to be presented by a prosecutor afraid even to request a grand jury for fear of being called racist. It might be helpful if they could perceive that subpoenae of Obama’s DNA and ORIGINAL birth certificate would definitive disprove the “Dreams from My Father” hoax that Obama is the son of Barack Hussein Obama, alien Luo tribesman. Probably the forebears of his mother came out of Africa 100,000 years ago and migrated easterly to Hawai’i, while his father’s came out some 100,000 years ago and went westerly to Hawai’i. Both about as far from Negro as it’s possible to be. Their genes mutated separately from one another and from those of people who remained in Africa. A geneticist looking at an analysis of Obama’s DNA and asked, “Is this consistent with the genetic heritage of the son of a Negro father and a Caucasian mother?” would not say “No.” He would say, “Hell, no”.
By shedding his American citizenship, Obama shed his eligibility to the Office of President, his birthright, forever. He can not be a “natural born Citizen” because he is no longer a “Citizen” at all. He is not now President of the United States, has never been President of the United States, and can never be President of the United States. Even if he were to resume American citizenship, he would be a naturalized citizen, not a natural born American citizen, a status that can only be obtained at birth.
If a grand jury’s scope of inquiry is not properly framed, even if the grand jury has the requisite jurisdiction, it will be in vain, and the birthers will once again snatch defeat from the jaws of victory, as they have done in stipulating to the lie that Obama’s father was the alien black Luo tribesman Barack Hussein Obama.
I warned at the inception of Sheriff Joe’s investigation that he lacked the necessary authority to get the necessary evidence, and only now are people realizing, however dimly, that such is the case. I also warned that his acceptance of the stupid birther notion, that Obama had to be ineligible at birth to be ineligible, was a basic flaw in his analysis, which caused him to miss the real cause of Obama’s ineligibility, his LOSS of American citizenship by Indonesian naturalization and conduct proving his voluntary relinquishment – indeed, rejection – of his American citizenship, with the intent to relinquish American citizenship in favor of his underlying Indonesian citizenship.

naturalization, like conviction for treason, is expatriating if done
voluntarily and with intent to relinquish American citizenship.

POTENTIALLY EXPATRIATING ACTS
Section 349 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1481), as
amended, states that U.S. citizens are subject to loss of citizenship
if they perform certain specified acts voluntarily and with the
intention to relinquish U.S. citizenship. Briefly stated, these acts
include:
1. obtaining naturalization in a foreign state (Sec. 349
(a) (1) INA);

7. conviction for an act of treason (Sec. 349 (a) (7) INA).
ADMINISTRATIVE STANDARD OF EVIDENCE
As already noted, the actions listed above can cause loss of U.S.
citizenship only if performed voluntarily and with the intention of
relinquishing U.S. citizenship. The Department has a uniform
administrative standard of evidence based on the premise that U.S.
citizens intend to retain United States citizenship when they obtain
naturalization in a foreign state, subscribe to a declaration of
allegiance to a foreign state, serve in the armed forces of a foreign
state not engaged in hostilities with the United States, or accept
non-policy level employment with a foreign government.

The Department indulges itself in further administrative presumptions
against loss of citizenship, but these are not binding on anybody.
Obama’s non-registration with Selective Service in 1979, and obtaining
a student visa on his Indonesian passport in Indonesia in 1981, are
wholly inconsistent with his retention of American citizenship in the
face of Indonesian naturalization.
Investigation of Obama’s loss of American citizenship will also turn up evidence that Obama is a Comintern mole. His “official” actions, which seem stupid and irrational in an American President, start to make sense in the context of a Comintern mole, implementing among other things the use of Islam to destroy the West (to be rewarded by the communist powers with extirpation of Islam). Thus withholding protection from American diplomats abroad, to facilitate terrorist attacks on them, attacks Obama knew were coming, make perfect sense when you realize that Obama is a Comintern mole. Setting up a video as a pretext, and continuing the lie that it was a cause long after the lie has been exposed, is perfectly comprehensible in the context of Obama as an enemy agent.
I will be glad to work with anybody with standing to request the impaneling of a grand jury on the proper basis for inquiry. It’s liable to be counterproductive if not done right. In the past three to four years the birther boneheads have turned a blind eye and a blind ear to my offers to help, so enchanted are they with their fetishes, misconceptions and analytical fallacies. As a consequence, a non-citizen non-president, an enemy agent bent upon America’s destruction, is about to be re-elected by a gullible electorate that still erroneously believes that he is half Negro and a loyal American citizen.
I can’t criticize Obama’s patriotism. He hasn’t any.
You’re overlooking one main factor here, eingriff. Obama crossed his Rubicon when he authorized release of a forged document on his website. At that point, it ceased really to matter what the real long-form bc reveals about his parentage: that is a felony. A criminal can’t hold that office. Case closed.
It’s true that all the facts in this ugly matter should come out. Until then, Sheriff Joe should be enlisting all the nations’ county sheriffs in a determined push on their State governments to deal with the breaking of their contract with the federal government, i,e,, the Constitution, for Obama to have demonstrated that he is a criminal and a liar. Contract broken. The States no longer should engage with the federal government in any meaningful way – until the Constitution is restored. It’s up to We the People, and their State governments, to redress this grievance on the nation, and its rule of law.

There are some points where you all could be right and therein lies the mystery of just what. It seems that engrif has a leg up on his having gone to Harvard some 28 years before Obama and has vast insight. We all agree something is vastly wrong with Obama and he is not eligible to be where he is. How he got to that point is what is lacking. I cannot reasonably believe that 156 investigative professionals are going to be showing those birth certificates to be fake when they are not fake. I believe them, but it may have been another diversion put out to confuse and make it look like people are trying to set him up. Something is definitely wrong. If egrif has proof and can show all he has claimed to those investigators, then there is a way to track down why these documents are showing to be forged. I believe they do have reason to believe they are, but on the other hand I have to believe that Obama is some kind of agent. His actions have shown that he is working to destroy this country. This country is in a quandry either way, for what we are dealing with is a first, I imagine, anywhere. That is the only way they dared to attack this country, being from within. He just needs to be exposed and too many roads to the goal of that will be confusing, but then again, we are dealing with some mighty detailed thinkers. Just get together and compare notes.

Since Congress has washed its hands of this matter, it’s up to We the People to take charge, through our State governments. The federal Congress cannot just willy-nilly amend the Constitution this way, by inaction. The sitting Congress should be totally dissolved by The People, for dereliction of duty. Barring that specific step, Sheriff Arpaio should send his Posse’s findings to all the county sheriffs in the country, and they put pressure on their State governments to act in this constitutional-crisis matter. The States have a responsibility to respond to a breach of contract they signed with the federal government., i.e., the Constitution.
