Tracing the walking history of this mystery box of write in ballots Florida Election Board auditors found somewhere in or around Gertrude Walker’s St. Lucie County headquarters is proving to be quite daunting. And the Allen West-Patrick Murphy recount continued early this morning after being suspended late last night. These write in ballots of 306 early votes somehow missed being counted because machines “kicked them out.” With Election Supervisor Walker now hospitalized, we may never know what happened. Her administrative assistant Annie H. Clark told me, “They didn’t find no ballots,” but canvassing board member Tod Mowry said the auditors’ find “was noted.” Kathryn Nelson, canvassing board member who voted against the new recount,” told me, “Those ballots just were not included in the official count.”
Rumors on comment rolls began to surface about this mystery box late last week putting it in a high school gym somewhere. The Tradition Hall polling place computer came in late and even Allen West himself decried the chaos on election day, especially at the Minsky gym location. The machine under Walker’s supervision kicked out 306 write in ballots that had to be manually tallied, but somewhere along the process this box disappeared and later was found by Florida state auditors. “You color in a bullet” (bubble) some man in the audience of recount watchers told me.
But a retired school administrator who with his wife is driving 140 miles round trip from Wellington clearly is disgusted with everything going on. “I think it’s a mess; why is it a mess? Why can’t we get it right. . .we’ve been voting for hundreds of years. . .there’s got to be a better process than this,” he said. A Scottish born man said, “I’m here to make sure Allen West gets a fair shake.” West supporters were out in force all day Saturday.
Murphy attorney Liz Howard went up to a St. Lucie County attorney before counting began and showed her Murphy’s plea for injunctive relief seeking to halt the proceedings. I intervened and said, “Wait a minute; those papers are neither signed by a judge nor served. . .the count must go forward! Later in the day a new judge threw out the Murphy request saying it was lacking both procedurally and substantively.
The Walker sudden hospitalization curiously coincides with today’s noon deadline for election results certification. What happens next? Murphy’s attorneys say their next move will be to enter Leon County courts to seek remedy if he loses the recount. And Allen West is fighting another valiant battle to win fair and square! He took off his own body armor to give it to one of his men in the heat of battle. Beloved by his dedicated supporters who have marched for him all week, Congressman West is withstanding a towering onslaught of attacks from liberal left black politicians who traditionally vote color.
The brave American warrior just happens to be a Republican conservative that they cannot and never will control! He is his own man.

If the state of Florida is unable to conduct a fair election, it is time serious measures be taken. This is just pitiful. I think they should be barred from voting in National Elections. It appears there are no honest or decent people in the state of Florida….

Obviously the chain of custody with these “found” ballots is non existent, that in itself should be enough to make them toxic. Common sense also plays a big role here, to many new stories and questions for any objective person.

When people fight to stop something as simple and right as re-counting votes because there truly is something gone wrong in the counting, then they should count. What is the big deal? The only thing I can think of that would make people upset about the counting is they are scared something will be found out.
If the voting count was done honestly and above board, then what would they be afraid of? Clearly, Allen West has seen or knows something that has gone wrong and I don’t blame him for wanting them counted over.
We seem to have crooks trying to run the country. We need to stop them, and the only way to do that is to make them honest by doing what West is doing.

Well I was wrong, the “missing ballots” were not found in the back of a car of a poll worker, but the office of the elected democratic election supervisor. If military ballots are deemed uncountable because of date restrictions, those “missing ballots” should be rejected as well, I don’t think Mickey, Donald, or even Darth would care if their vote wasn’t counted.
Philadelphia, Cleveland, Virginia, Ohio, now Florida: early “voting” fraud, modems in electronic voting machines, suppression of the military vote, bussing in Somalis and hispanics who don’t speak English and are guided on how to vote (we’re supposed to believe they’re legal citizens on face value?), no photo ID required, voting day registration. How do we know for certain that Barack Obama actually won the election? Florida isn’t the only state that this happened. The presidential election was also stolen. I have been procrastinating about writing this letter. But here goes. I feel very, very used as a pawn in your attempt at grandstanding, or some may call it “theatre”. For two weeks, myself and many, many others have made the trip from South Florida to PSL or to WPB paying for our own gas, motel, or just sleeping in our cars, to stand with you and support you in “our” fight for honesty and voter integrity. But as we find out, to no avail. We gathered the proof you needed to expose the voter fraud. If you feel the fraud will go away because of your short stand, it will not. You had the opportunity to expose it, and you did not. You folded like a wet noodle because of what?………….Pressure. This I do not believe. Everyday for two weeks we, (your supporters) were asked to come together and rally. We did. I took a week off from my job to support you, as did many. The fraud we uncovered in WPB and PSL alone, I feel could have given you a strong case, as did your attorneys and the attorneys from the RNC. How many votes were missed in PBC, even though we stayed at the SOE office until 4:00am watching the votes being transferred to ballots. Sleeping in chairs, on tables. I am not asking for thanks or appreciation for what I did. You stated you would see this out to the end. Now we hear you do not want to waste the taxpayers money. Are we to believe “lets not waste the taxpayers money on rooting out voter fraud”, but lets waste it on free phone, free internet, free housing, foodstamps, green companies, automobile bailouts, treadmills for shrimp, I could fill up this page on what we are wasting money on, and voter fraud is not one of them! I am so dissapointed in you Col. West. Not necessarily for me personally, but for the voters who know they voted for you and their votes did not count.
