Actually Allen West is describing, correctly, COVERT HOSTILITY and BETRAYAL Of TRUST. All of us have fallen victim to smiling hand shakers who have concealed daggers behind their backs. Con men, adulterers, pedophiles, some car salesmen, and some politicians to name a few. Ted Bundy, Jeffrey Dahmer, John Wayne Gacy, Gary Ridgway, and Richard Ramirez, all did their deeds behind a smile. The more stellar would be Hitler and Stalin.
