Rep. Allen West, R-Fla., is not backing down from calling members of the Democrats’ Congressional Progressive Caucus “communists” at a recent fundraiser. The congressman told Red Alert Politics on April 17, 2012 that he stands by his comments.

Right on Colonel West! If anybody can identify the slimy rats, you can! You are a good American and worthy of respect of this country!
Yes, he has EARNED the right to be called Sir! God Bless you Sir, and keep you safe. You are needed!
Why should he back down even an inch? Progressivism IS Communism. These are two names for the same ideological Public Relations Scam. For those who are simply ignorant of Communism (Progressivism) it is not a form of government, nor is it anything useful in any way except to scam innocent (young) people into believing that a dictatorship is good for them and the world. Communism (Progressivism) preaches collectivism, (misery for all) and condemns individual freedom. Just remenber: when you give up your freedom, you will NEVER get it back. Give ‘em hell Col. There is no place in a freedom loving country for the likes of these Progressives (Communists).
Nor should you apologies, Congressman West. While there is a difference between Communists, Socialists, and Progressives, you’ve been a very rare conservative member of the Congressional Black Caucus. Nearly 90% of the Congressional Black Caucus are also members of the Congressional Progressive Caucus.
Even the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) acknowledge the true nature of the Congressional Progressive Caucus as the representing the left wing of the Democratic Party, who themselves are fairly far to the left.
FACT CHECK: Socialists in the United States Congress?

President Obama’s current Labor Secretary Hilda Solis was a co-chairperson of the Congressional Progressive Caucus. Ms. Solis was a featured speaker at the Democratic Socialists of America conference held in Los Angeles in 2005.

West epitomizes a saying we used to have in the Army (in fact, I think he’s even referred to it himself): If you poke me in the chest, expect to get punched in the face.
No more PC, no apologies, no more Mr. Nice Guy, no quarter. Let’s get it on!
God bless this man…I wish the RNC would have the stones to push this MAN for VP, but they don’t.
