Senate Republicans recently blocked cybersecurity legislation, but the issue might not be dead after all.
The White House hasn’t ruled out issuing an executive order to strengthen the nation’s defenses against cyber attacks if Congress refuses to act.
“In the wake of Congressional inaction and Republican stall tactics, unfortunately, we will continue to be hamstrung by outdated and inadequate statutory authorities that the legislation would have fixed,” White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said in an emailed response to whether the president is considering a cybersecurity order.
“Moving forward, the President is determined to do absolutely everything we can to better protect our nation against today’s cyber threats and we will do that,” Carney said.
The White House has emphasized that better protecting vital computer systems is a top priority.

How asinine! How lame!
I can see it now, a law or Executive Order is passed stating something to the effect, no one shall break into any computer under threat of fine and jail, to be specified. Ya’ll be good little chilluns and play nicely, while I check your computers to make sure ya’ll are playing purdy!
There aint never been any stinking law passed that stopped a criminal intent on committing bad, immoral or unlawful acts. The real criminals know the risks.
The ONLY way to stop real criminals is by having the necessary tools ready to protect whatever needs protecting, not by any law, but by real physical objects and checks and balances that actually stops something before it happens. In the case of the Internet cyber security it takes hardware and security software to stop sabotage, theft and other acts of mischief. No law will ever stop this from determined people. BUT the general public WILL suffer from such laws because they are then classed on the same level as the worst cyber terrorists. Plus we have NO idea at what limitations the government wishes to impose on the Independent Web operator in order to claim cyber security by any law. Same can be said of the casual user, except in more rare circumstances.
The whole thing concerning any EO or law from congress is the fact that the government wants to further control the Internet limiting what can be said and who can say it. And that is the bottom line of it!

The reason is real simple.
Most all of congress answers to the same elitists as does Obama, and that includes Romney.
Whenever you understand that the whole system is corrupt and covering for each other, only then can you start to repair it. Sadly it will take more than elections to do this.

Obama could care less about cyberesecurity! He and his cronies in the white house have leaked more security information than hackers could steal. There is a hidden bill way inside the so called ” cybersecurity ” bill that removes all guns from American citizens. The gun control law the Senate voted down last week ! This piece of crap with the big ears is going to take over this country, one executive order at a time !!! I don’t see why the military has not taken him down yet? Before too much longer – it will be too late . Then God help us !
Am I the only one who thinks that this man has always had an agenda to ruin the United States in every way. He is now beginning to get desperate as more and more of us are saying we are voting against him. He is the ONLY president that has been able to change laws (or make laws) without going through congress first. He just decides what he wants and does it . Why has No one in congress complain about him taking away their authority with these executive orders of him? Remember Bush couldn’t even go to war after 9/11 without congresses approval and now he does everything without their approval. He is taking away every right we have without anyone doing anything about it. This man scares this old granny a lot. Thank God I still have God on my side.

I think most all of you are NOT looking at the full picture.
YES, Obama is very bad, even horrible and worse.
He’s guilty of the things you accuse him of and I do not disagree.
HOWEVER, you need to consider the larger picture.
Obama is NOT doing this all on his own accord.
He has had many people help him along the way.
He has been GROOMED for the presidency for many years, at least since about the time of 9-11. Even before then someone was financially supporting him and setting him up for the future.
The mainstream media is ONLY a tool in which these people use to enhance and propagandise the public into accepting their versions of what they portray to people as excuses for the actions they wish taken and to justify any other actions they deem necessary.
Now think about this:
As bad as Obama is, of course he has his own thoughts and visions for what he wants from everyone, including and mainly the country. However he cannot accomplish these things without the help as mentioned above, as well as help from other various organisations. And he is ONLY allowed to impose his will, what he wants, onto the country by it being ACCEPTABLE to the people that groomed him and controls him! In other words, Obama can only do what he is allowed to do in accordance to his puppeteers. This means that there are people ABOVE Obama that is actually calling the shots, dictating to the country what their laws shall be! Obama is ONLY their mouthpiece and servant.
What does this tell you about the elections and who is running for president?
Have you not stopped and thought for a second that the same people who controls Obama also controls Romney? Have you ever thought that the differences portrayed by the two are done purpose? Would not these same people want similar things from Romney as they did Obama? Remember it is they who controls how their servants acts, portraying themselves. Have you ever stopped for 1/2 a second to consider that Romney is of the main group elite controlling everything? Afterall Romney is a banker businessman, belonging to every Globalist society known to exist.
Personally I think Romney is being groomed and setup for a much bigger role than Obama ever had, and he must be shown as being the nice guy in order to sway the fickle public into following him, similar as to what Obama done during his first campaign. Think about it….

If all the Chinese people freely were able to get on the internet and find out what the rest of the world is like, the people would revolt against the Government and demand they want what the rest of the world has. So best to keep the people ignorant, What they don’t know, won’t hurt them. Obama is doing the same thing.
When Chinese students peacefully protested in Tienanmen Square armed with nothing more than signs. The Chinese Government surrounded the the protesters with military because they were considered a national threat and the military was ordered to break up the protest by driving tanks through the square and were running over protesters that were sleeping. A real threat, a sleeping person that does not agree with your way of life. Obama and his liberals have the same mentality.
