Dear Sirs:
It is incomprehensible to me and thousands of others that your party or anyone in your party refuses to check out the eligibility of this President. I have heard people say that we have so much more important issues to contend with and that this one will never be dealt with. I understand that at first, there was no tangible evidence to suggest that this president was eligible to be the President of the USA. Now 4 years later, we have new information that was ferreted out by some very brave people who have always had questions about this President. There is some undeniable evidence that proves without a reasonable doubt that there is something amiss about this President.
First of all, let’s assume he was born in Hawaii, which is doubtful but believable. There is now so much more new evidence about this President that has proven to be true.
Why all the secrecy about his college records? What is in those records that would be so damning that this President chose to spend millions of dollars to keep his records secret?
Secondly, it has been proven beyond a reasonable doubt that his certificate of birth was a forgery and that fact has been attested to be true by at least 5 forensic scientists.
A brave Sheriff Joe Arpaio has worked tirelessly with his “posse” to find out the truth about Obama’s birth certificate.
This President’s selective service records are false and has many facets in it that were proven to be wrong and duly noted by the experts who agreed with this analysis.
Sheriff Joe also found out that this President has more than one social security card, and where they came from had nothing to do with where the President has resided. Sheriff Joe has always said that all he wanted to do was to prove that President Obama has legitimacy; and at every step of the way, he found out that all his records have been falsified.
Why the denials by your party to look into this matter? When President Nixon resigned, it was because the Democrats stood strong as a united front; and with a Republican Senate, they made him resign his Presidency.
If only the RNC had the fortitude to follow in their footsteps, you could have saved this once-great Republic.
I have called the head of the RNC, and I have received no satisfaction. I probably will get no satisfaction from this letter, and what a shame that would be.
I want my party to act like adults and take some responsibility for their actions before we lose the greatest country in the world, The United States of America.

Why don’t you also write a letter to Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid and the democrats who had the majority in the House and the Senate when Obama announced his candidacy for president. they are the ones that shouldhave betted him at the time. they are the ones who ignore the laws – not the republicans.
The DNC are the ones who know the truth about Obama, and colluded with other subversives to get Oabma elected. Writing to Nancy Pelosi or Harry Reid would do nothing to expose Barack Obama because they are the ones responsible for Obama lying his way into office.

I agree both Parties are in on the fix because my congresswoman (who lost her bid for re-election – thank goodness) said she believed in the process and the American voters voted Obama into office and that was good enough for her. This appeared to be a “canned” response that both Parties had agreed to send out if anyone questioned Obama’s eligibility. Both Parties are also complacent in ObamaCare because Boehner has gone along with Harry Reid in operating the government under a continuing resolution so that the implementation of ObamaCare will continue. Otherwise, he could just defund it and it would die. Why is it that our Representatives have good intentions until they get into office, then they become like all politicians and just try to get along and line their own pockets?
Last I knew it erquired the maojrity of the House to drrund anything or pass anything – not just the Speaker. Boehner is not in cahoots with Reid – anyone paying attention can figure that out. Reid tables every bill coming from the House and operates strictly all on his own. He is a loose cannon. How is that collusion? Why doesn’t anyone object to what he does and his idiocy? Why is all the blame heaped on the republicans when it is the democrats that are in charge and in the majority in the White House and the Senate and are the ones leading us down the path to communism? Not the republicans.

REDD, we all know Boehner can not do anything by himself. That said, he is the leader of the Republican Party in the House and usually what he says goes. Boehner is doing nothing to prevent ObamaCare from being initiated. As long as he and his leadership continues to agree to “continuing resolutions” ObamaCare will be fully funded. Simple, isn’t it? I agree, Reid never allows anything the House passes to be voted on in the Senate and he is a loose cannon. I say Boehner is accomadating Reid, and Obama by continuing to agree to the CR. Boehner is a weak Speaker and needs to be replaced by a strong conservative. Just watch what Boehner agrees to in the fiscal cliff legislature coming our way. Just because Obama won election by 51% does not give him the right to have his mandate to rule. However, with the thinking of people like Lindsay Graham, John McCain, Newt Gingrich, and many of the “old school” Republicans Obama will be allowed to get all his socialist policies passed. While it might be the Democrats who are socialists/communists/Marxists and are turning our country into a society that relies on the government for everything from craddle to grave, the Republicans are not doing their job in contesting these policies. The House has much power at its disposal in the power of the purse, but if they do not use it, what good are they? Republicans have for years wanted to cut Social Security and this is a huge mistake. Senior citizens will turn against them if they continue this venue. So if they want to remain the minority Party for eternity all they have to do is continue on this path. They need to address disability income, food stamps, welfare, housing assistance, unemployment compensation forever, illegal immigration, and giving the Executive Branch 1/3 of the budget to spend as Obama pleases.
Writing Letters to them is like Peeing into the Wind!!! They don’t listen anymore, or Care what we say!!! They have interns there where the Letters Go, and they pay them 100,000 a year to throw them away as they come off of the Fax machine!!! JUST SAYING!!!!

The only change I would suggest is in not referring to Obama as President. He is a fraudulent usurper intent on the final destruction of this country, its constitutional Rule of Law, and the sovereignty of the People.
Unfortunately, the RNC is totally complicit in this fraudulent government and the shredding of our Constitution. The three branches of government and BOTH political parties are determined to end constitutional oversight. Those who label it treason are absolutely correct.
It is also unfortunate that even a couple of generations will not help us restore consent of the governed unless we take back our universities and schools, our State governments (where we at least still have some say and influence,) and cut the legs off the mainstream (network) media by boycotting everything that supports them. It goes without saying, we MUST not give up our guns.
If we expect to retain our God-given unalienable rights including life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, if we expect to restore our Constitution and our guaranteed rights to liberty, we will now have to fight for them against the tyranny that is the federal government of the United States.

Good point. I refuse to refer to Obama as the President either, both because it hasn’t been proven to me that he’s eligible, and because he used massive voter fraud to steal both elections. This last so blatantly as to be laughable…if it wasn’t so criminal. But let’s face it, all 3 branches of government are now corrupt, imcompetant, and dysfunctional. They no longer answer to We the People. As THEY are supposed to work for and respond to US, this is not acceptable. Both parties have their own agenda which does not involve We the People. If we cannot “recapture the GOP very soon (which I believe unlikely), and then spend the next 50+ years repairing all the damage done by Liberals (especially in our schools), we only have one option left, and nobody wants to go there.
Nice letter Sheila, but it will fall on deaf ears @ the RNC and Congress. They are well aware of the “inconsistancies” regarding Obama’s eligibility, and have been since ’07 at least, when Hillary was harping on it during the ’07 Primaries. (Odd how she went silent on it after she lost.)
Good letter, Sheila, but like Florida-Patriot, I also refuse to refer to Obummer by the title he has usurped. I won’t put his name and the title in the same sentence, and I go one step further: I will not capitalize the title until he is gone, gone, gone!
Both parties have wimped out on this issue; they are both rife with criminal elements. My about to be former congress-critter (lost him both to redistricting and he got beaten in November) used to send me copies of the Constitution in the mail—I never quite had the courage to send them back with a statement that one of his letters to me clearly indicated he either had not read it himself or did not agree with hit—with the latter being a violation of his oath of office. The guy I will have as soon as they swear in is even worse.
The only encouraging sign is that I am a party activist, and I have seen a huge ground swell of bright young activists who were elected locally who seek to change at least one of the parties.

Those elected to office have either forgotten that they are there to serve the people (and not just by mediating individual problems with socialist insecurity or Mediscare, but in the legislation they propose and support), or they have all been severely threatened. I think there is more to the latter than we are aware of. I believe there is a huge campaign of threats against anyone—from Hillary down to local judges—who dares try to bring Obummer’s ineligibility out into the open. Only Sheriff Joe seems to have the courage to stand up to them. Met him a couple of months ago, and he’s quite a guy!
I’ve sent letters to the Party itself and to the speaker of the house in addition to my own Elected officials in DC. I recieved the Speakers form letter thanking me for my concern and little else. I have received nothing from anyone else as of today. (in those remaining cases it’s been between 3 and 6 months without responce)
I post on blogs, facebook, twitter, and elsewhere! I rattle the eardrums of anyone within hearing distance on a daily basis. It seems to me that nobody cares.

I have wrote letters to every darn person in the House and Senate telling them this Nightmare could end tomorrow if they would only ask to see his Forged Documents. I have been doing this since befoe election day in 2008 to no avail I know several Democrats died in 2008 just befor election day and Clinton did not shut up till they threatened to kill Chelsey but what does he hsve to scar the entire Republican Party with he can not kill that many people all at once at least not yet because he has not constructed our Gas Chambers

State legislatures have constitutional jurisdiction to investigate the constitutional eligibility of candidates for the Office of President, to determine, e.g., whether the election of electors pledged to them was procured by fraud.
It appears that state legislatures must do it, as Congress seems hopelessly corrupt.

At last, a cogent call for investigation of Obama. Official investigation, such as by Congress, a grand jury or pre-trial discovery, is long overdue. I and too few others have been calling for it for years.
The RNC does not deserve Sheila Charmak’s respect.
There are a number of reasons why the RINOs of the Republican leadership refuse to investigate Obama’s eligibility. None of them reflects favorably on the Republican leadership RINOs.
First, the RINOs fail to perceive the fundamental significance of Obama and his constitutional eligibility, out of ignorance. This egregiously bad judgment is exacerbated by their failure to investigate, which perpetuates and compounds the ignorance. To put it another way, the RINOs are profoundly stupid. But there is more. They are utterly dishonest. When I appealed to Senator Roy Blunt and Congressman Sam Graves of Missouri to investigate, they flat-out lied to me. Others ignore me. See the following extracts of a letter to the Honorable Lamar Seeligson Smith, which has gone unanswered.

Barack Hussein Obama got into Obama’s vital records by adopting him at birth. The “long form birth certificate” trotted out by Obama on 27 April 2011 is based on a picture of Obama’s amended birth certificate. Chairman Darrell Issa of House Oversight could have and should have debunked the “Dreams from My Father” hoax by subpoenaing Obama’s vital records, including his original Hawai’ian birth certificate, in January 2011, after the People gave him the power to do so in 2010. But, in addition to other reasons common to many RINOs, Issa, a native of Lebanon, is partial to Obama and his Islamist cohorts. Third, the RINOs failed to think things through. Hung up on the birther notions of ineligibility at birth, they ignored the real reason for Obama’s constitutional ineligibility, his relinquishment of American citizenship in favor of his underlying Indonesian naturalization. The birthers, including many Tea Party activists, contributed to this RINO misapprehension. The real basis for Obama’s constitutional ineligibility is his voluntary and intentional relinquishment of American citizenship, as an adult, in favor of his underlying Indonesian citizenship originally acquired as a minor.
Fourth, they made a corrupt bargain – if not express, then by knowing parallel conduct – not to pursue Obama’s ineligibility if Obama did not pursue Romney’s. Romney’s father was born in Mexico and might have failed to perfect his American citizenship. If Romney’s father George was not an American citizen when Mitt Romney was born, then Mitt was also constitutionally ineligible. The RINOs foolishly decided to put all their chips on the 2012 election, while letting the electorate believe, erroneously, that Obama is black, an American citizen, and constitutionally eligible. It is painfully apparent how that bet has worked out.
Fifth, there is a panoply of additional corrupt reasons why House RINOs (and other officials with jurisdiction, of which there are many) do not investigate Obama and his crimes. As pretender to the Office of President, Obama is able to reward and punish. Congressmen who displease him might find their districts starved for federal funds and projects. House RINOs might recall that Henry Hyde, after leading the impeachment of Bill Clinton, was targeted and defeated in the subsequent election. Federal criminal prosecutions – against Issa, for example – might be gentler if he restrains himself on eligibility, Fast and Furious, and the Benghazi massacre, which Obama probably orchestrated. Larry Klayman has been using grand jury proceedings, but he seems unaware of the real reason for Obama’s ineligibility, though I’ve tried to keep him apprised.
The People’s representatives have failed. Maybe the People should join in a general strike against the pass their officials have given and are giving to Obama. But beware: Obama might use direct action as a pretext to engineer a new constitutional convention to re-write the American Constitution on the model of the Soviet constitution of 1936, in which “rights” were granted by the government. But what government grants can be qualified, conditioned, honored in the breach and withdrawn altogether. Communism is a throwback to benevolent despotism – an oxymoron, for despotism is inherently malevolent, and the polar opposite of the American concepts of limited government and popular sovereignty. Lenin’s empire was held together by force; Obama is striving for the same through mass murder to disarm the American People. George Washington said that a free people should be armed. That is increasingly the case, if they wish to remain free.
Obama is assisted by a feckless RINO opposition, which refuses, out of stupidity and corrupt political expediency, to expose the definitive evidence of Obama’s true racial heritage, citizenship, constitutional eligibility and allegiance, and impeach him. Impeachment would not be a walk in the park, but the alternative is a one-party totalitarian dictatorship. Obama accidentally told the truth when he said, “I can’t dictate to Congress. I wish I could.” He is striving for that ability. We need some way to force Congress to investigate and impeach him, to strive for liberty.
The entire Republican leadership, including the Chairman of the RNC, should be replaced. J. C. Watts might make a good RNC Chairman. Not because he is a genuine Negro, but because he seems to be smart, honest, and a sound conservative who might stand up for liberty and expose the Obama minstrel show of a Polynesian-Caucasian posing as a half-Negro to garner votes, erect a carapace against investigation of his espionage and subversion, and foment racial strife to rend America’s social fabric. (Obama in furtherance of the lynching of George Zimmerman: “If I had a son, he would look just like Trayvon.” Yeah, right. And if I, a blue-eyed devil, had a son he might look a lot like Obama, if I had him by an obliging native Hawai’ian wahine.)
On 16 August 2012 a letter, spelling out extensively compelling grounds for investigating and impeaching Obama, was sent to Chairman Smith of the House Judiciary Committee, to be succeeded as of 1 January 2013 by Bob Goodlatte of the Sixth Congressional District of Virginia. A copy was sent to Chairman-designate Goodlatte on 7 December 2012, with the following comment: “Enclosed are two letters to Chairman Smith, dated 16 August and 15 November 2012, to which he has made no response and on which he has taken no action. I view his disregard of the Constitution and supine passivity as stupid, ignorant, unpatriotic, meretricious, otherwise reprehensible, and a grave danger to the United States.” As far as I know, this indictment applies to the entire leadership of the Republican Party.
A new RNC Chairman should send out a call for Libertarians and conservatives to join the Republican Party and demand enforcement of the United States Constitution, starting with a comprehensive investigation of Obama, his crimes, his eligibility, and his true allegiance..
