(Editor’s correction: This is a list of executive orders in force that outline Emergency Powers. Some of these were signed by prior US Presidents going back all the way to JFK. Obama specifically has signed executive orders starting with the number EO-13489 and forward. But these all reference powers Obama could use to limit your freedoms. There have been over 900 Executive orders put forth from Obama, and he is not even through his first term yet. He is creating a martial law ‘Disney Land’ of control covering everything imaginable. Some of the executive orders he has signed recently have been exposed thanks to ‘Friends of Conservative Action Alerts.’ They have compiled a choice list of ‘Emergency Powers, Martial law executive orders’: Get your headache medication out while you still can without a prescription.
* Executive Order 10990 allows the Government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.
* Executive Order 10995 allows the government to seize and control the communication media.
* Executive Order 10997 allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels, and minerals.
* Executive Order 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.
* Executive Order 11001 allows the government to take over all health education and welfare functions.
* Executive Order 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.
* Executive Order 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.
* Executive Order 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate and establish new locations for populations.
* Executive Order 11005 allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways, and public storage facilities.
* Executive Order 11049 assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issues over a fifteen-year period.
* Executive Order 11051 specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.
* Executive Order 11310 grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute Industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.
* Executive Order 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit, and the flow of money in U.S. financial institutions in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when the president declares a state of emergency, Congress cannot review the action for six months.
It is more than clear that Obama is planning for the total control and takeover of America via Martial Law. Food, energy, transportation, work, banking, and health…he has it covered.
While Obama is busy pulling executive orders out of the sky to control everything inside our country, he has been issuing executive orders to force us to submit to international regulations instead of our Constitution. Sher Zieve exposed this in one of her recent articles. Damn the U.S. Constitution, damn the American people and damn U.S. sovereignty.
We must send faxes, emails, and make calls to all congressman and demand they stop Obama’s perverted, extreme, and Unconstitutional abuse of Executive Orders. It is time to demand our elected leaders start protecting America, our sovereignty, and our Constitution. So far, they seem to be protecting the Obama – Marxist takeover plans…peppered with a little U.N. and Islam.

Obama’s first act as President EXECUTIVE ORDER 13489 banning release of any of his records.
If had not gotten away with that first one, non of the others would have come to fruition.

If you actually look at this executive order, it revokes Executive Order 13233 by GW Bush which limits access to records of former presidents. Bush’s EO revoked one by Reagan. Which is more misleading, to claim Obama banned access when he revoked an order banning access, or to publish an article claiming Obama issued 900 orders when most of them are from the 60s and Obama only issued 127?

The very fact that these Orders exist at all, clearly has given Obama all he needs to forcibly ATTEMPT to wrest control of this country from the hands of the general citizenry. We have been put into a very small box, wherein it would be difficult to resist without violence. Police agencies tasked with forcing citizens to comply, may just as well herd cats.
The one glimmer of hope that I can see is PERHAPS, Law Enforcement, DHS, The Military, and State Militias will understand and stand by the oath they took to defend the Constitution. They took the oath for the country not one man’s agenda. Many will not understand that they are not obliged to follow blatantly Constitutionally Illegal orders. Rather they ARE obligated to arrest, and detain those who issue them. What we say doesn’t really change much. What we do is vitally important.
At this point I strongly believe that OBAMA and most of his “czars”, and cabinet, as well as MANY in the Legislative Branch have broken their oaths and should be subject to the LAWS OF THE LAND, which would include removal from office and nullification of legislation passed during their tenure.
These were written after the NDAA was shot down by Federals judges….The NDAA accomplished the same thing……he goes around the Congress, Federal Judges,and the rule of law ….that should call for impeachment……PRONTO.

The very fact that no one in Congress is doing anything to rein in this nut case in the oval office almost gets you to thinking they are part of his plan.
How anyone can just keep looking the other way while he violates our Constitutional Laws repeatedly has got to be part of the problem.
If the people keep asking Congress to do something and they just keep ignoring our request what else is one to think?
Congress is in agreement with Obama and it appears they want to see him succeed in his plan to totally dismantle our system of government.
I’ve told everyone I know ( not on line) that Obama will declare martial law during his term in office! If he loses the upcoming election look for a false flag attack. So he can use these powers. to stay in the Presidency.
Without looking too closely there are two very ‘unfriendly’ scenarios that are not beyond possibility:
1. Obama wins reelection
He could (and probably would) consider he had a “mandate” (however that “victory” was achieved) that his policies were what the American people want and start cranking out Executive Orders himself and his underlings like Holder would commence rewriting, reinterpreting current laws and issue more and more oppressive edicts via the alphabet soup of Federal agencies. Any resistance to these edicts would be dealt with sternly – possibly as far as Martial Law!
2. Obama looses
He is STILL a nominal (lame duck) President until January 20th and he and his sycophants could, still, issue reams of Orders, regulations and such to continue to destroy America. AND his good buddies: Union goons, radical Muslims, La Raza, Black Panthers and all could begin a wave of terror in “protest to the stolen election” and, as President, he could, again, declare Martial Law and still have HIS way!”
Extremely possible WinstonSmith and quite frankly, very probable. America would eventually prevail but I shudder at the thought of just how much blood could be let in righting the obvious wrongs this utter maniac is causing and bringing about. But no matter what, good always prevails over evil and sometimes the cost is very very expensive, but worth every pint of blood lost.
I am with you both on that, our main foucus is prepardness in case of the inevitable, which my hope is, that he is not smart enough to do anything stupid. The other hand, he seem’s like the person who desires empowerment over the Freedom of others, it’s unfortunate that the worst will have to happen in order to keep this great Land of ours and the idea’s of our Forefathers to continue. America’s sons and daughters have sacrificed to much to allow one man to possibly take it all away. I’m afraid that, if this possiblity is correct, he could send his henchmen anytime to take away those like you two and myself away to those re-eduction camps that are already built so that HLS will have something to do instead of doing nothing except buying up all the ammunition and weapons, just for our housing until they can figure out what to do with Patriots of The United States of America.

You are correct. I wish more would wake up to this is in fact not just an election between two personalities. It is a ‘take over’. When corporations did not believe there could possibly be a ‘hostile’ take over, it happened. This is a take over of a country, OURS. Why Congress is not attacking these obvious control measures of EO’s is amazing to me. Why is judical branch not protecting us? How deep is this conspiracy and can that many in elected or appointd positions actually gain from this? Not that many people can be that naive. The conspirators have been ‘grooming’ this man for years and why obviously all his records are concealed. His very first EO! That has also obviously NOW included Michelle Obama. How did Congress allow that????

We are all aware of the problem, now, right? A solution is to overthrow this dictator at heart, and establish a constitutional government with new stewards. Thomas Jefferson knew this might happen as he was sure more people like Alexander Hamilton would try to head up the government to turn it into another dictatorship, so he wrote in the Declaration of Independence why and how to handle such abuses. 2nd paragraph.

President Obama has signed 900 Executive orders? I don’t even have to go to SNOPES to find out that one is false. To date, since he took office, he has signed 128 Executive orders.
For starters, Executive Order 10990 is there and on the books. It says exactly what the writer claims. The interesting fact is that it was signed by President John F Kennedy before Obama was even one year old.
President Obama’s first Executive order was 13489 signed just after he took office. Any Executive Orders with lower numbers were signed by past Presidents.
I am not happy with many of Obama’s Executive Orders, especially 13575. We all know that has to do with UN Agenda 21 but the first President to agree to Agenda 21 was Bush 41 in 1992. Similar Orders were also signed by Clinton and Bush 43. Makes you wonder who you can really trust. If Romney wins in November, how do we know he will not sign a similar Order? We don’t and I would bet the farm that is one question you will not hear asked at any of the debates.
No one wants to see Obama out of the White House more than I do but this kind of deception is not the way to do it. It only kills the credibility of the writer and brings that person down to the level of the person he wants to smear. I am amazed that the owners of this blog even allowed it. Don’t take my word for all this. If you can read this you have the ability to do your own research.

You need to be careful about writing such statements. That kind of statement can be taken as a potential threat on the life of the President. You can go to jail for that even if you don’t mean it. If an assassination attempt were to be made, and I was near, I would do my best to stop it. I want Obama out of the White House but assassination isn’t the way to do it. The last thing we need is a dead martyr. That would cause an uprising on a national scale that would make the LA and Detroit riots of the 60s look like a Sunday picnic.

I don’t get it Laurie; you say Obama’s first EO was 13489 then you list 13 of the EO’s that supposedly Obama has written, but the all start with in the 11 and 12000 number range, not 14000 as you say. Which is correct?

All that has been said is true! We cannot trust this congress or any congress for that matter – they are all into it! The congress has just about ceded all of their prerogatives over to the executive branch much as in antiquity when the once powerful Roman senate gave their powers over to the Caesars. We are seeing history repeat itself – just unbeliveable.
Appreciate the Western Center for Journalism blog putting this out there. You need to clarify better the “900 executive orders put forth by OBAMA” though. I’m no fan of his and feel I am in the fight of our lives to get him out and Amerika back to AMERICA, but gross misrepresentations only create confusion and make us lose credibility. He has issued a total of 130 EOs. I’m positive that there are enough bad ideas in just those 130 that we can use to raise the voice of alarm that saying 900 becomes overkill……it also dings our credibility…..just a word of caution. I want us to win this battle and communication. NoBAMA 2012.
Ummm . . . these are actually Executive Orders from the 60′s and 70′s and probably aren’t even in place anymore. They probably had a specific purpose for that specific time and then they were repealed. Although Executive Order 13603 kinda bugs me. Defense should be the last thing that’s cut from the budget.
