Radio talk show host Alex Jones has called for a second American Revolution, led by states who would secede from the federal government and reconstitute the Republic under the terms of the Declaration of Independence, the Bill of Rights, and the Constitution.
Americans have been asked to support the movement and to rally behind a restoration of the Republic and the Bill of Rights. This comes from a secessionist movement that has moved across the country with residents from all 50 states submitting petitions to the White House calling for states to withdraw from the Union and form their own independent Governments. The petitions have received a total of over a million signatures.
On Friday November 16th, 2012 during his nationwide broadcast, Alex Jones proposed his plan for secession, emphasizing that states must first secede from the Federal Government and then use the terms of the Declaration of Independence to restore the Republic, and Alex Jones’ intentions are NOT to create a new country.
Alex Jones stressed that he was calling for a “cultural restoration in the spirit of the bill of rights” – a newly unified America under The Constitution of the United States – and NOT asking for or wanting a violent overthrow of the Federal government.
Jones pointed out that the only course to restoring liberty was clear – “To follow the founding document of the Republic, The Declaration of Independence, wherein it is clearly stated that it is the right and the duty of the American people, when their Government becomes destructive and tyrannical, to abolish and reconstitute it in a form that protects our liberties.”
“We are NOT calling for secession to form new separate countries, we are calling for secession because the states created the Constitution, The Bill of Rights and the Federal Government. The Federal Government itself has been hijacked by mainly banking cartels,” Jones says.
This is NOT a plot to bring down America, but rather to restore it by truth and justice and our God-given rights as citizens of the United States. Unfortunately, the media feeds society with drama, and no one is unfamiliar with its habit of twisting things to create further drama. This helps to keep people on the edge of their seats out of fear of what will happen next. “I am calling for people to be educated about how we can secede to restore the Republic,” said Jones, warning that the media was attempting to characterize the movement as a plot to bring down America (when in fact America has already been taken over by the majority of the political and financial elite.)
“This is the states putting their foot down and saying we are going to reconstitute the Federal Government under the Bill of Rights and the Constitution; we’re going to kick out the bureaucrats, the lobbyists, the foreign criminals, and the Federal Reserve who have taken over,” explained Jones.
Alex Jones also asked Congressman Ron Paul to start the movement and utilize his network of liberty-loving activists to lead the charge, as well as using his contacts in each state to begin the process of secession in the legislature.
Harvard law scholar and adviser to Ron Paul Edwin Viera appeared on the syndicated radio broadcast and agreed with Alex Jones’ plan, with the Declaration of independence as the centerpiece of legal authority.
Ron Paul’s former chief of staff, Lew Rockwell, also appeared on the broadcast and agrees with Jones’ strategy that now is the time to restore the republic.
The right of the people to reconstitute their government if it becomes oppressive and onerous is clearly outlined in the Declaration of Independence:
That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.
The secessionist movement has now been portrayed as anti-American, unpatriotic, and even treasonous. Ron Paul emphasized greatly that “it is as American as apple pie and George Washington.”
Infowars is calling on those who love, support, and defend our country to start a movement to draft Ron Paul as the head of this effort to restore the Republic, restore the bill of rights, and opt out of the fake America that the banking elite has fashioned so that it can serve its own interests instead of the interests of the people.
Some of the media is already demonizing the secessionist movement as a group of crazy people and paranoid racists when in reality it is comprised of present and former Marines, parents, business owners, and ordinary mechanics.
Meanwhile, some Obama supporters have asked the Government to punish those putting their signatures to the secession petitions by having them stripped of their citizenship, deported, and exiled.

The ONLY reason there is a movement toward succession is that the Republican Party LOST the election in one of the largest landslides in the past 100 years, at least, by the Democrats. Our voting system is nothing but a laugh now and for people to be able to rig the machines, states to run out of ballots, people told they can’t vote in one area because they were not registered when they were, when the black panthers caused people to leave and not vote, the votes found that were not counted, the votes of the Military not getting here to be counted that too me is fraud and instead of breaking away from the United States wouldn’t it be a lot cheaper to have another election and have people count the votes that are not going to cheat or lie. The very first requirement for the right to vote should be: Literacy. (literacy meaning to know how to read and write IN ENGLISH the official language of the U.S.A.)

Budgets do not come from the White House. They come from Congress and the party that controlled Congress since January 2007 is the Democrat Party.
Furthermore, the Democrats controlled the budget process for 2008 & 2009 as well as 2010 & 2011.
In that first year, they had to contend with George Bush, which caused them to compromise on spending, when Bush somewhat belatedly got tough on spending increases.
For 2009 though, Nancy Pelosi & Harry Reid bypassed George Bush entirely, passing continuing resolutions to keep government running until Barack Obama could take office. At that time, they passed a massive omnibus spending bill to complete the 2009 budgets.
And where was Barack Obama during this time? He was a member of that very Congress that passed all of these massive spending bills, and he signed the omnibus bill as President to complete 2009.
If the Democrats inherited any deficit, it was the 2007 deficit, the last of the Republican budgets. That deficit was the lowest in five years, and the fourth straight decline in deficit spending. After that, Democrats in Congress took control of spending, and that includes Barack Obama, who voted for the budgets.
If Obama inherited anything, he inherited it from himself.
In a nutshell, what Obama is saying is I inherited a deficit that I voted for and then I voted to expand that deficit four-fold since January 20th. Who is obama going to blame for the mess he inherited this time?

Obama won by about 3 million votes. This is a far cry from a landslide as you put it. He won by over 3 times that in 2008. Even Axelrod said he didn’t have a mandate. All 50 states have now claimed voter fraud. How can a precinct win by 187%? or 152%, 140%, 133%, 104% etc. You get the point. One precinct had 5 registered voters but 987 people voted. He won by voter fraud and you know it.
That is right voter fraud but who will do anything about it. Obama will stop any chance to redo it and have another count of the votes or to me it would be cheaper to have another election and not break away from the United States. Have any of you checked this website for an article titled: DHS Ready For Massive Civil Unrest! When you actually see this you will know we must do something to preserve our country. We as a nation have put ourselves in this mess. We allowed immorality, abortion, kicking God out, lying and cheating customers through business, etc. We have disobeyed every Commandment God had asked us to keep. Now, it looks as if this nation is going to be brought down to its knees. It happened in biblical times and I fear its going to happen in our time. We have no one to blame but ourselves.
Can this be stopped…YES. But only if every head is bowed and forgiveness is asked and we start obeying those Commandments. This is no longer a joke…we are in serious trouble.

Even now the G.O.P. is grooming Rubio to run in 2016 so that they can increase their Latino vote as well as improve their numbers among women though Rubio is an ineligible candidate.
All that the G.O.P. needed to do to take out Obama–if they would have been willing to play hard ball–was nominate Rubio or even Bobby Jindal this year as Romney’s VP running mate, then have either one of them humbly decline due to the fact that they simply have too much respect for the Constitution to obfuscate the natural-born citizen clause. That would have opened the door for Romney to stand up and say, ‘Bye the way, Mr. Obama, you are not constitutionally eligible to be president either.
The Repbulican party never went after Obama when his forged birth certificate was investigated and revealed as an amateurish fabrication, a forgery, and collectively failed to honor their oaths to defend the Constitution.

At some point American patriots will have had enough of their constitutional right to redress of grievence being denied them and will resort to the only avenue available for them to stand in defense of the Constitution and liberty.

Barak Obama is a trespasser, a fraud, a criminal and a usurper into our White House. There is something amiss in Congress if they are not realizing this. They must have know this long before we did. The reasons for them not acting on this has got to be something horrific or they have individually been threatened. Why did Romney not make this an issue? Has he been threatened. If someone threatens you, then just kill them first. Is that not the sensible thing to do? if the law will not give recourse, then there must be remedy of some type. Just make sure the remedy falls to your advantage. Be wise in all that you do. America has been taken over by criminals, but we can beat them at their own game. They want ‘street,’ then give them street justice if that is all we have left. No man (person) has the right to take the liberty and life of a good and decent citizen and use it for their agendas.
