Judge Carter dismisses California eligibility challenge
A California judge has dismissed a complaint challenging President Obama’s eligibility to be president citing the “birth certificate from the state of Hawaii” that apparently refers to an Internet image of a “Certification of Live Birth” released during Obama’s campaign.
The ruling came this morning from Judge David Carter who as WND reported last night apparently recently hired a law clerk out of the law firm that has been paid nearly $1.7 million to defend Obama from such eligibility challenges.

A Wikipedia page has been cited by dozens of bloggers after it listed Siddarth Velamoor as one of the newest law clerks for Carter – who today released his ruling dismissing the complaint in the Barnett v. Obama case in the Central District, Southern Division Court in Santa Ana, Calif.
Velamoor is also listed in the Martindale lawyer database as an associate of international law firm Perkins Coie, the same law firm of Robert Bauer – top lawyer for Obama, Obama’s presidential campaign, the Democratic National Committee and Obama’s Organizing for America – and the same Washington, D.C., lawyer who defended President Obama in lawsuits challenging his eligibility to be president.
As WND has reported, Federal Election Commission records for “Obama for America” show that the lobby organization has paid Perkins Coie exactly $1,666,397.01 since the 2008 election.
“There may very well be a legitimate role for the judiciary to interpret whether the natural born citizen requirement has been satisfied in the case of a presidential candidate who has not already won the election and taken office. However, on the day that President Obama took the presidential oath and was sworn in, he became president of the United States. Any removal of him from the presidency must be accomplished through the Constitution’s mechanisms for the removal of a president, either through impeachment or the succession process set forth in the Twenty-Fifth Amendment.”

David Carter is a disgrace to the American judicial system, such as it is and has been since FDR. Even so, he has shown that corruption is ubiquitous and that no judge is beyond it's reaches. I wonder how much he is being paid. Miserable SOB..
Can you say hack? Has this Judge been bought and paid for? We should watch his career closely. I'd bet my life that he eventually gets a nice little promotion from the Oval Office for this act of judicial malfeasance.

Judge Carter affirms the usurpation and the great danger upon the US.
I say bring down the house of ill repute no matter what. Leaving it stand will enable them to secure themselves against any future prosecution thus removal by ballot will never occur. If we must turn to marshal law until fair paper ballot elections can be carried out so be it. There can not be any outside influence either and no news outlets currently in operation should be allowed to opine only report fact under penalty of treason. We in a state of war, the very survival of our system of law is at stake. Fear has taken precedence over justice and tyranny has now proven itself powerful enough to have subdued even the federal courts. Will the supremes even have a chance to weigh in or should they even matter since Obama and Biden have already privately engaged them?

Judge Carter admits the usurpation is beyond his powers to correct. We are in such grave danger that virtually all of the legislature would be found guilty of conspiracy to seat an ineligible POTUS thus leaving the country legislatively hamstrung until elections could be held. The idea that waiting for the next election cycle to seek removal is preposterous since at that point any prosecution for those same acts would commence and these people are in no way going to be held accountable. No election from here on will be able to be secure with the diebold machines already known to be compromised. Only a fool would cling to that hope.
Judge Carter wrote: “In order for Plaintiffs’ alleged injury to be fully addressed, Plaintiffs would have the Court intervene, upheave the results of a national election, declare the President illegitimate, shut down the functioning of the government of the United States, and leave this country defenseless."
Obviously we are already left to our own devices, thank you very much.

I thought , SURLY, a MARINE would stand up for our Country. Our boys are being made to fight with one hand tied behind their back I can't stand our Military being under O's control. He hates them. I guess we're on our own. I am so depressed by this Judges decision. I expect the worst now and am prepared !!!!! If the Marine judge won't stand up for our Country there are those of us who will. If the courts weren't hear our Constitutional concerns, they will leave We the People only the revolutionary option. Judge Carter is wrong. He was only being asked to permit discovery of Soetoro/Obama documentation – not to "remove a sitting president". If the documents prove that there are no eligibility problem, the issue goes away. If they prove there is a problem, then fraud has occurred, and there are not only criminal issues to be resolved, there are other political processes that will come into play. As a minimum, Obama would be forced to resign. We the People cannot permit a usurper to have presidential and commander-in-chief power! We will not!
Disgrace, hack, and corrupt, Judge Carter, you are certainly all that and more. It's hard to believe that this is happening in America. After the Republicans regain power, impeach Obama, and remove him from office, they need to ensure that these activist judges are put out to pasture. WAKE UP AMERICA!!

BUT, as the House of Representatives is the only body that can initiate impeachment, we should turn our attention to them. Right now they hold the house. We need to make a determined effort to replace the majority of them, with people who share our Constitutional beliefs.

Ok boys, lets not let our emotions run away with our good sense. At this point, the "blood of patriots" is not an option. Let us take a look at some successful revolutions. We should be taking clues from the civil rights playbook….peaceful demonstrations and civil disobedience. The demonstrations can take place at rush hour in major cities….just sit down in the street and let them haul you off. When you get out of the "hold" do it again. I'd like to take civil disobedience one step further and withhold the payment of all taxes, but that is a bit extreme. We can go into public buildings and take them over. If we get enough of us in there, nobody can enter or leave. Go to the airport and stop the traffic from entering or leaving. No guns, no knives, no clubs just a peaceful protest. Martin Luther King Jr was a master at this tactic and so was Ghandi. It worked for them it can work for us. What we need is a leader. Any suggestions?
When the majority of people in power are colluding to change the system, it looks like there is nothing we can do to stop it! This is why it is imperative that everyone pay very close attention to all the information available about each candidate up for election – from the President and members of Congress to your local neighborhood association board. That’s how we prevent this from happening! That is why a free press is invaluable in helping us make decisions about who we vote for. It is America’s fault we are in the predicament we are in now because the majority of people out there ignored the warning signs and overwhelming evidence against our current Administration and voted for them anyway. Vote, support, run and promote ONLY CONSERVATIVE CANDIDATES. Attending the 9/12 March in D.C. proved to me that WE THE PEOPLE can take our country back. Do your homework, find out about the candidates running in your local districts. Hell run for office yourselves. I know money is tight but send what you can to the Conservative candidates running for office. THEY AREN'T DEMS OR REPUBLICANS. Both have sold us out.

I wouldn't be surprised if Judge Carter didn't get a visit by some of good old George Soros 's guys of some of the one world order mafia. Or even some of Hussein's mafia homies in Chicago. I don;t know that he can be blamed entirely, although any loyal American citizen would be expected to stand up against any foe, foreign or domestic.
