The federal government specifies that employers are not allowed to pay less to employees than what the government has determined is a minimum wage.
At present, unemployment among teenagers in the USA is around 25%.
This is a major crisis. So, the government has responded. It has created a program to train teenagers in how to get a minimum wage job.
Such training does not come cheaply. It costs $76,000 per student.
These job training programs have been in operation for 18 months.

What a waste of government money! Ridiculous!
Well, since Obama has changed the unemployment from 26 weeks of payment to 2 years of payments, the KIDS of this administration have found out its better to set at home and just collect the money instead of finding a job and making it on their own. These things are what tears down a peoples will to go out and work. It also comes out of the pockets of the taxpayer and the amount is unheard of..thats what it cost to go to college. Not just train for a job. This administration has gone on the deep end with the spending and that is way we are in trouble as it is…We need to stop this type of spending and stop wasting money like it does..That way I say that Obama is trying to tear down America and then he can say OK, let try it another way, and then we see Socialism coming into play..then we lose all our rights and freedoms…And that how you lose a democrocy, …with thunderous applause. …that little last sentence was taken from a scene from Star Wars where Princes Amadala watched her government change over to a dictatorship in an instance…but there had been plans layed for a long time, just like it has with Obama, to change the government by misdirection and lies until the time came for them to make their move. And it worked….Think about it..seriously…think about it….
