New Jersey Education Association Executive Director Vincent Giordano, who according to tax returns makes $550,000, was asked about why poor families should not have school choice to move their kids from failing public schools. In response, he shrugged and said, “Well, life’s not always fair and I’m sorry about that.”

Hay, perhaps the poor people should be allowed to determine what his salary should be, wouldn’t that be a much fairer system then what we currently have now since it is the taxpayers poor, middle class as well as wealthy that pay his salary.
In Connecticut Democrat Gov. Dannell (don’t call me Dan) Malloy has just forced reluctant home health aids and childcare providers to unionize (including paying union dues) by executive order; no vote, nothing. He’s also in the process of authorizing three unwanted and unneeded major union projects down the taxpayers throats. He implemented or raised some 75 taxes and fees in the largest tax increase in CT’s history, then increased state expenditures by 5% and now there is still not enough money to balance the budget which he claimed he had balanced. The Democrat Party-Big Union alliance will destroy America one state at a time. How much education would $550,000 buy?
If the butt head gov. would get out of the way and let America do what it does best there would be no poor in this country.
I’m sorry he says… why poor families should not have school choice to move their kids from failing public schools. This should be a slam dunk. Just as getting rid of New Jersey’s Education Association Executive Director Vincent Giordano. I suppose he’s also for unionized teachers. Does he know what they are teaching? If he does he’s a Communist, if he doesn’t he should be out of there.
