10 Reasons Not To Vote For Mitt Romney

Mitt Romney with supporters 2 SC 10 Reasons Not to Vote for Mitt Romney

This came to me from an emailer. Think what you will of Mitt Romney; compare the following to Barack Obama, and vote accordingly in November. Don’t forget that there are House and Senate elections as well. One way to keep a president in line is to surround him with constitutionalists.

1. Drop-dead, collar-ad handsome with gracious, statesmanlike aura. Looks like every central casting’s #1 choice for Commander-in-Chief.

2. Been married to ONE woman his entire life and has been faithful to her,  including through her bouts with breast cancer and MS.

3. No scandals or skeletons in his closet. (How boring is that?)

4. Can’t speak in a fake, southern ” black preacher voice ” when up at the  podium.

5. Highly intelligent. Graduated cum laude from both Harvard Law School and  Harvard Business School . . . and by the way, his academic records are NOT  sealed.

6. Doesn’t smoke or drink alcohol and has never done drugs, not even in the counter-culture age when he went to college. Too square for today’s America?

7. Represents an America of “yesterday” where people believed in God, went to church, didn’t screw around, worked hard, and became a SUCCESS!

8. Has a family of five great sons …. and none of them have police records or are in drug rehab. But of course, they were raised by a stay-at-home mom, and that “choice” alone has prompted America’s scorn.

9. Oh yes . . . he’s a MORMON. We need to be very afraid of that very strange religion that teaches its members to be clean-living, patriotic, fiscally responsible, charitable, self-reliant, and honest. Compare Romney’s Mormonism with the rhetoric of Jeremiah Wright.

10. And one more point . . . pundits say because of his wealth, he can’t relate to ordinary Americans. I guess that’s because he made that money HIMSELF . . .  as opposed to marrying it or inheriting it from Dad. Apparently, he didn’t understand that actually working at a job and earning your own money made you un-relatable and offensive to Americans.

  1. I ain’t voting for the creep!
Deep down he’s just a bigga creep as Obama.
And I don’t care which way you spin him to be, for it only proves something else that both have in common. They both have very good spin doctors spreading you their propaganda!

NO MORE COMPROMISING BETWEEN THE LESSER OF TWO EVILS!
    Michael– Deo Vindicabamur

    • Mike360000 Who are you goinf to write-in when you vote?

    • I will vote for your so called creep. He is and will be a thousand times better than the garbage we have in there now. A vote for anybody else will be vote for Obummer and will be a vote against our America.

      • AMEN! I would vote for Mitt any day rather then for our present President who paid 3 million dollars to keep his college records sealed….WHY? What does Obama have to hide? Is it because his college applications will show where he REALLY was born?? Has anyone read ALL of Obama’s Executive Orders? Do you know that at any moment, Obama can call for, Martial Law and then none of us will have any freedoms to do or say anything? One of his orders is that he would have the right to control ALL communications, internet, radio, TV, cell phones, regular land lines. He also has an order that would control where we can travel. Does this sound like a country we want to live in? Obama is dangerous, and his hope is to turn this country into a Socialistic one where we ALL must live Sharia Law. Someone would have to shoot me before I’d wear a Burka, how about all you other women here, want to look like a freak and have to walk 10 paces behind your husband, eat last and not with your husband or any other male figure within your household? NOT ME!

        • We need to pray real hard that we even HAVE another election! Obama has been writing “Executive Orders” that give him the power to declare a “state of emergency”, take over all communications, call in the troops to quell the disturbances that his New Black Panthers will create at the pollling places, and declare himself President “for the duration” – which will probably be until he is somehow forcibly removed. His intent is to create a muslim monarchy. And, or course, he ridicules these ideas!

          • @Marvs2
You’re pretty close but quiet there in your reasoning.
Think about this for a moment…
            Obama claims to be muslim…
Yet he is openly for gays and has supported them at every turn.
It is also reported by many people that Obama is also bisexual and has had a gay lover.
Now get this…. According to the religion of Islam homosexuality is a capital offense upon which the sentence is death by stoning, or some other forms. There is no room for leeway concerning and muslim law. Yet this is Barack Insane Obama.
This begs the question; How can one reconcile the differences that Obama backs homosexuality while claiming to be muslim? You can’t! But there are other things that points to what Obama really is and it is not actually the religion of Islam, although he probably associates himself with it more than any other.

What Obama really supports, and all his actions backs this up without fail or raising any doubt. Obama is an elitist or a puppet for the elitist that is helping in their quest for a NWO and Globalization of the uSA. He was bought and paid for by the bankers and businessmen. The problem here is Romney is a BANKER and businessman. So the question becomes here; Who will the bankers support with two such dedicated people? Regardless, Obama works for the elitists first and then Islam….

            Michael– Deo Vindicabamur

    • If you’re not voting for a creep, why vote for Obama? You yourself said Romney is just as bad. We KNOW what Obama has done. We know what Romney would NEVER do: Ignore the Constitution; refuse to disclose his transcripts; forget which of his parents left the other [oh yeah: NEITHER!!], have a fundraising group exclusively for members of “his own race” [because he is bi-racial, though, he had to choose one and he chose African-American/Black]; and tell us that WE MUST FORM A COLLECTIVE DEPENDENT ON THE GOVERNMENT. Oh that last one may have gotten lost in the shuffle! If you want to be a BORG, GO AHEAD AND SUPPORT OBAMA. I choose INDIVIDUALISM and a continuation of our DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC rather than a developing socialist country. Watch the speed with which his agenda moves until November to make sure he achieves as many goals as possible in case he LOSES so he can get a big payoff from George Soros, and you’ll see that he is just a puppet.

      • You have the idea, but errantly made a mistake. The United States is not a Democratic Republic. We are a Constitutional Republic. We elect our head of state and representatives by a Democratic system (ie., majority popular vote, or ‘mob rule’). But once our head of state and representatives are elected democratically, they are bound by their oath of office to uphold, obey and defend the Constitution, so help them God, thus a Constitutional Republic. But that part seems to be overlooked lately.

Liberals have always thought of our system as a Democracy. They fundamentally believe that the government should control every aspect of the citizens. They throw the term around in schools and in their conversations so much that the public is believing that we are a Democracy.

“Remember, democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There never was a democracy yet that did not commit suicide.” – John Adams

Ron Paul best explains the difference here:
        http://www.dailypaul.com/1958/constitutional-republic-vs-democracy

        • I “post” corrected, and thanks for validating my comment in general. We need everyone to recognize the fallacious (note the spelling) nature of this president and put someone in the White House who is truly qualified, worthy and reliable. No one is perfect. We have only one alternative and he is quite satisfactory to me!

        • @Constitutional_Republican

Sorry you didn’t learn all your history in school and college.
On paper you are correct about the uS being a Constitutional Republic. However in real life, by the actions of the government and people themselves the uS is something far far removed from being a Constitutional Republic, or an even better description is a, Limited Democratic Republic.

In reality, in practice the uS is a Federal Democratic Union and the Republic is destroyed. Abraham Lincoln is quoted as saying, “In saving the union I have destroyed the Republic.” That is only the first and most obvious admission by any politician to date, but there are many easy to spot signs that the uS is NOT a Republic.

What does the term “Republic” stand for?
It stands for “Rule of Law” Meaning that no one even president are above the law. It also means that ALL laws must go through the process of, “Due Process”, including litigation. This must be met in order to maintain a Republican form of government. The uS hasn’t practiced this form of government since 1861! Although it is made to generally look so and it is taught as such.

          Michael– Deo Vindicabamur

          • “How many legs does a dog have if you call the tail a leg? Four. Calling a tail a leg doesn’t make it a leg.” – Abraham Lincoln

In “real life”, the way to control society and behavior is to put agendists in positions of power. Unions are the agendists and have put in place the teachers of our institutions and schools. The teachers become our principals and school board members. Our children are indoctrinated into believing that we are a Democracy instead of a Republic and it becomes understood as such over time because noone challenges what is being taught. We can see this today as we watch our children study about gay rights, abortion and other special interest topics while in grade school. Because you choose to believe the liberal lies that the United States is a Democracy, does not make it so.

“I am a firm believer in the people. If given the truth, they can be depended upon to meet any national crisis. The great point is to bring them the real facts.” – Abraham Lincoln

People need to stop spreading the lies and deal with the truth. The government is not the problem, nor is it the solution. The people we elect to represent us is the problem and can be the solution if they would fulfill their sworn duty to uphold the Constitution. When we hear statements like Nancy Pelosi’s “We have to pass it to see what’s in it”, or watch Harry Reid sit idle on passing a budget – we can only hope that their constituents give them the boot for not delivering.

“America will never be destroyed from the outside. If we falter and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves.” – Abraham Lincoln

It started with subtle alterations to our thinking and our way of life. Small things like the Democrats calling our Republic a Democracy, unchallenged by Republicans, and grew into what we see around us today. Everything anyone says or does is scrutinized by someone else with an agenda of their own. We need to get back to the Constitution and make certain that ALL people are covered by its words. Somehow it became commonplace for Liberals to be offended, but Republicans cannot be. Somehow, Liberals ‘know what’s best’ for Americans, while Republicans do not.

“Don’t interfere with anything in the Constitution. That must be maintained, for it is the only safeguard of our liberties.” – Abraham Lincoln

The Constitution is the guideline for our society. We are a Constitutional Republic. The Pledge of Allegiance still calls us a Republic. We must demand to our elected representatives that this, and nothing else, is what we are. Complacency from Republicans needs to end. A Democracy is a direct rule by the people. A Republic is a system where the will of the people is ruled by the representatives for the people. There is, and has always been, a clear difference between the two. It has been wrongfully taken for granted that we are a Democracy, because of the unchallenged, indoctrinated, self-imposed Liberal control of society.

Here is a good read: http://www.stopthenorthamericanunion.com/NotDemocracy.html

One point to make here is that, not all Republicans are Constitutional Republicans as some cannot be trusted to uphold the Constitution. Not all Democrats are Liberals, and some can be trusted to uphold the Constitution.

          • Hey, Mike, what’s “Deo Vindicabamur”? mean, or is it your full name? Just curious.

          • @Jimanddi
Near the end of Lincoln’s War of Northern Aggression the CSA saw the writing on the wall, so-to-speak. They knew they were right and they knew they had fought as gentleman with very few exceptions. Yet they were so heavily outgunned and out-manned it because a lost cause. As one of the final acts of defiance against Northern tyranny, they had embossed on their last flags the motto, “Deo Vindice” in Latin meaning, God will Vindicate us. All these years later, and with many quotes showing this conflict was not over, even today, God will have the last say regardless. “Deo Vindicabamur” is Latin meaning, God is now Vindicating us, or God is Vindicating us. For those principles that Lincoln was actually for, for the destruction of the Republic and in its’ place a Federal Democratic Union has emerged. The country is not run according to the same US Constitution that it was founded upon, and the stresses of running a FORCED Democratic Union is destroying every last principle of the old US Constitution. What we are seeing today is the very last signs of life from the old US Constitution being extinguished. This makes the prophecy of Jefferson Davis and many other Southern politicians and men of prominence all the more real and true, for their thoughts are now being proved true by the very actions you see coming form the US Government. In this sense, the Motto “Deo Vindice” is coming true, and can now be stated as “Deo Vindicabamur”.

The South will ultimately be proven right as the US Government falls and or changes over into a full oligarchy under the pretense of a mobocracy.

            Michael– Deo Vindicabamur

    • cloud dancer alert

    • Oh, so you are voting for Obama…

    • I agree with you, Mike. –And I have said it for years now, that I won’t vote for the lesser of two evils.

      Debra…

      • Debra, your stand, while seemingly principled, assumes that some day the perfect candidate will emerge and you will then be able to vote for him/her. Only Jesus can fit that category, and when His time comes, we won’t be voting anymore. Meanwhile, any and every candidate will be a flawed human being. So, by not voting for the “lesser of two evils”, you are casting at least half a vote for the greater of two evils. Therefore, in effect, you are supporting the greater of two evils. I fail to see the logic of this stand.

        • Charles Spurgeon: “Of two evils, choose neither”

        • @Jimdandi
I don’t think you’re portraying the right picture to Debra. Of course there is no such thing as the perfect candidate. As for the lesser of two evils, understanding there is no perfect candidate would mean that everyone has some evil about them in some way. There would be NO exceptions, no preacher and no saint excluded. But the reality of being born into sin doesn’t work that way for the true follower of Christ. A person who accepts Christ knows enough basics to understand that his sins are forgiven. That they are then commanded to sin no more, and at least these true followers of Christ will TRY and follow this.

It is one thing to for true Christians to sin, while trying NOT to sin, or at least to resist the temptation. It is quiet another thing for one to sin and NOT truly repent of it and continue doing the same sins. And this is where the evil is concerning the candidates. All candidates claim some form of Christianity while NOT showing themselves as being Christians in their daily lives. There is much proof concerning this when one considers all the secret societies as well as publicly stated groups they belong to. Their voting records also is a testimony to their deception.

We can compare the lesser of two evils and conclude they are equally evil when BOTH sides are blatantly NOT Christian, and actually works against Christian values. We can also compare the lesser of two evils when both sides are truly Christian, as we measure their past wrongs and put into perspective what those wrongs are and how they affect all of us. In this case a person may very well be the lesser of the other, their sin not affecting society as badly as anothers’. And we have the the true Christian verses the non true Christian, in which case there should be no hesitation as to which has the the lesser of two evils.

In the case of Obama vrs Romney, you have to non-Christians from ALL appearances and indications, and you know what this means. They are evil no matter what. Voting for either is still voting for evil and in ultimately their two evils are equally evil and wrong. I will not compromise on voting for which devil to rule over me next!

          Michael– Deo Vindicabamur

          • It might be helpful to know the context of Spurgeon’s statement. Since he was in England, I doubt he was referring to voting for a president. Perhaps, he was referring to moral choices which we all must make. In that context, his advice would be relevant.

          • @Jimdandi
In relation to moral choices; Isn’t it mandatory to elect and have a moral president as well as all members of congress? Does not morality have a direct bearing on everything around us, including the direction of the nation? In any event, the lack of morality or morals in general is the same as voting for the lesser of two evils. You get what you vote for….

            Michael– Deo Vindicabamur

          • I hear all that you are saying. I guess we will continue to have disagree on the issue. I do not look for the choice in voting to be between two Christians. That would be nice, but very unrealistic, unfortunately. We are not voting for a Pastor or Theologian, but a President. We’ve had those who claimed to be Christians (ex. Jimmy Carter), and many of them didn’t turn out too well. Often, they are just pandering to the evangelical vote. Anyway, you will have to vote (or not) in line with the dictates of your conscience before God, and I will have to do the same. God bless you.

          • @Jimdandi
“Anyway, you will have to vote (or not) in line with the dictates of your conscience before God, and I will have to do the same. God bless you.”

I whole heartedly agree with your statement above…

            Michael– Deo Vindicabamur

    • Mike, you’re the reason Obama got elected,….

    • hey Mike.. if you want 4 more years of this…. you can remain silent and you’ll get what you wish for

America’s sovereign debt rating has been downgraded for the first time in our nation’s history.
Federal spending is the highest it has been since World War II (25 percent of GDP).
The budget deficit is the highest it has been since World War II (10 percent of GDP).
Federal debt is the highest it has been since just after World War II (67 percent of GDP).
Employment as a percentage of the population is the lowest it has been since 1983 (just 58.1 percent of the population are working).
Long-term unemployment is the highest it has been since 1939 (45.9 percent of the total unemployed are now long-term unemployed).
Slowest recovery following a severe recession since World War II.
Lowest homeownership rate since 1965 (59.7 percent).
Lowest percentage of taxpayers paying income taxes in the modern era (49 percent).
Highest rate of government dependency in American history (47 percent of Americans receive one or more federal benefit payments).

    • if for no other reason I will vote for Romney because he will not turn our country over to the muslims. or make secret deals with Russia, remember he whispered ” after the election I can do more for you” or some such statement to Russia. At least Romney is an American. obama is just destroying us.

    • Michael– Deo Vindicabamur…. I.don’t need to watch your stupid video. You already embarrass me. And you probably embarrass most people on this earth with your ignorant, stupid remarks. No, “what’s your name” —you’ll never embarrass me.

  2. I can’t believe Romney is actually Human, and here I thought that he never made a mistake in his life, and all this time I thought he never made a mistake. I am so use to seeing the bottom of the garbage bin running for President, with the worst of the worst, winning, like Barack Obama. I wouldn’t know how to feel if someone decent and Intellegent won the Big House, we haven’t had a decent and Intellegent President In the White House since President Ronald Reagan. To have a Romney in the House, I could Dig that. He may not quite be a Reagan, but he a whole lot closer than an Obama is, that is for darn sure, Amen.

    • Hey Michael11 – - I started reading your post and thought (for a moment) “that guy is going to say something bad about Romney!”. I agree with everything you said. No, he’s not our hero, Ronald Reagan, but there will simply never be another Ronald Reagan. And do you remember how some laughed when he was first nominated? A MOVIE STAR for President? One that did a movie with a monkey????? He fooled them, didn’t he? I loved Ronald Reagan. I like Mitt Romney. Who knows, give him a chance. He might come close to Ronnie.

  3. @mudguy@mediacombb.net

That’s what the elitists wants you to think and do.
You’re playing right into their hands.

Congress is 98% certain to ALWAYS give the POTUS whatever he wants, or thereabouts, and vice-versa albeit the VETOs and over-rides. In the end the same results applies, except at a different level of timing and degree. Meaning you’re still heading down the same path, except at slightly different speeds. Obama has completed a lot of the dirty work setting precedents that is there for Romney to take advantage anytime he chooses, IF he makes it to the WH. You will NOT see Romney undoing much of anything Obama has done, except rewriting HealthCare. But the damage has already been done as the precedents have been set concerning it. All the while the Patriot Act, the NDAA and other EXO’s signed into law by Obama will remain intact and untouched. The budget may change a little, but not nearly as much as one would hope or it should be. All in all, Romney will just carry on the same ole same ole….. just waiting for the next bubble to pop…. That is if he gets elected and makes it to the WH.

    Michael– Deo Vindicabamur

    • I beg to differ. Romney has a lot of time to reveal more of his agenda. Without a change, there is NO hope that anything you listed COULD be overturned. This is a kind of insidious complacency that Obama is counting on to get 4 more years. After 4 more years of his presidency, even MORE damage will be done and the harder it will be for any president to mitigate or undo the results. By then we’ll probably have more dependents in the US than taxpayers. Wanna guess what will happen to our tax base then? Roads already going to hell; food prices already skyrocketing; more cities bankrupted; more businesses closing, cutting back or simply stagnating; unemployment approaching 25%; and NO help from anyone to reduce our debt or hold back inflation or save our pension plans or our 401Ks. To heck with “affordable” health insurance; there won’t be enough doctors to treat us even if we could afford it. They can’t stay in business in Obama’s world. I HOPE FOR CHANGE. HAVE COURAGE — TAKE AWAY HIS POWER and place it in the hands of someone who will be accountable, not protected by a Soros type with more money than God (he has much more than Romney!) and FIGHT FOR FREEDOM!!!

      • As I have posted and commented many times I believe there are too many people who have been bought, bribed, blackmailed or threatened and more on the list. If this statement is not true this illegal, phony, lying Muslim POTUS would not be in office.

BHO does not care about Congress, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the Supreme Court, nor we the people. I think BHO will remain in office until his big money string pulling puppet masters are finished with him. Then he will somehow be eliminated. Do not take my word for anything or anyone else’s for that matter. Do your own research.
Seek the truth! That is if you care enough!

    • Troll!!

    • cloud dancer in liberal fantasy land here

  4. MITT ROMNEY IS NOT A GENUINE CONSERVATIVE–BUT HE WILL BE BETTER THAN BARACK H. OBAMA–IF YOU DON’T VOTE FOR ROMNEY–THEN YOU ARE VOTING FOR OBAMA–ROMNEY IS THE ONLY CHOICE WHO HAS A CHANCE TO WIN!

  5. Obama is a joke. Let us know when he actually creates jobs, other than those where digging holes and refilling the same holes constitutes work? Really? Let us know when he stops giving away taxpayers hard earned money to finance his hairbrained “green” business ideas that go no where but bankrupt. Or when he can actually provide an original birth certificate other than the poorly manipulated one that had been proven a forgery. Shall I go on? Organizer? Right! I wouldn’t let him organize my toilet paper in my bathroom. And you dare to slam Romney? A natural born citizen? By the way that’s the first requirement to be eligible to run for President of the United States. As far as experience… Well let’s see… He is an experienced businessman , with a record go prove it. And he did it all on his own! Imagine that! He didn’t have anyone help him. He wasn’t led, taught, nor brainwashed by Marxist, Socialist, Communistic influences. He is a God fearing man who wants to put our country back together. We are Americans, we are not Europe, we are not socialists and we have rights. The Constitution of the United States , Bill of Rights – is the law of the land, and guarantees us that our rights are unalienable. We are not Haiti, we are big some third world hell hole.. We need to stop running this country like one .. We are a world power and I am amazed that a country so great and was once so rich would stoop so low as to elect such an unqualified inexperienced anti American. Have the citizens of this country grown so soft, so lazy? These are dark times in America… I pray that God steps in to rid America of the moral and financial drain we have had these past four years.

    • Good Post Texas Girl!!!! Everything you said is sooooo TRUE! This list is what EVERY American looks for in a President. Even JFK was not faithful, not Clinton. It is refreshing to know there are still men in this world that love, honor, cherish, and stand by their wives. It makes me PROUD to vote for a man who actually WORKED for a living and knows what it takes to run a business from the ground up. I can not imagine ANY American NOT voting for this man. He was not my first choice, but he will be my ONLY choice come November! Not just because ANYBODY will be better than Obama, but because he is what America NEEDS!!!!!

      • The adage is surly true, you get the government you deserve.
It’s also why not everyone should be allowed the right to vote.
For when everyone votes, ignorance rules, and greed can buy a country full of ignorance from people who can’t or won’t understand and accept the consequences of their actions.

You have your current president EXACTLY for the reasons above, and you’re trying to do the same thing with another one.

        Michael– Deo Vindicabamur

  6. I am not a Romney fan however I will vote for him simply because his name is not Obama. As for the House and Senate races – I am voting against anyone who voted for Obamacare without reading it. The voters of this country sent these people to Washington to represent them and voting for any bill without reading it is tantamont to Treason. None of them will get my vote no matter how good their record. I would suggest others do the same. If they voted for a bill without reading it then they will do it again. This is not representing my interests. CLEAN HOUSE IN 2012.

  7. If the congress actually did their job then we could have a huge fascist as president and it wouldn’t matter. Having a good conservative president is important but having a congress that fallows the constitution is more important. It pains me to say this but Romney is the lesser of two evils and with a good congress he could be a great president. As a businessman he does his best to compromise and make the best of whatever situation he is make to confront. The hard principled conservatives hate him for that but at least he does the best he can with the hand he is dealt. I don’t like it either but its 10 times better than what we have now. When it comes down to it; its all about getting Obama out of the White House.

    • @roncham
I am not trying to be argumentative, nor am I trying rain on your or anyone’s party knowing you mean well in trying to do what you think is the right and moral thing.

I’m just saying there is no right choices here.
As for your statements concerning congress, they are already gone so far as dong anything right, good or moral. They are only an extension of presidential powers now. They are not gonna do anything constructive to help the common American because it is not in their interests to do so, although they try and make you believe otherwise. Same now applies to the SCOTUS. There are NO MORE checks and balances against any of’em. All their obstacles have been removed. It only remains to finish consolidating power and finish subduing the American people, especially anyone who opposes them such as myself…

      Michael–Deo Vindicabamur

      • Everything you said is right and you are not in any way being argumentative. I’m just trying to not be a glass is half empty type of persona and would hope that with the help of conservative Americans we can start the turn back to what this republic should be. I know you agree that we half to continue the fight against tyranny and the true plans of the progressive movement. Romney may not be the best guy out there but he is the best we have at this moment and a good step in the right direction. I just pray that if he is elected that he would begin to turn back the power that this congress has given Obama. No one person should have what he has taken because he believes its the right thing to do totally going against the process put in place by one of the most fair and perfect documents ever created by man and you know that is our Constitution.

      • but you do not really want anything but cloud dancing

      • Michael – Deo Vindicabamur – You sound more and more like a paid Obama supporter, even though you say you’re not! You just continue to provide negative obfuscation and promote all the reasons for not voting at all! And that’s just what Obama needs to win this election (if he allows it to take place). The more people who don’t vote or who vote for write-ins, the better his chances of winning an election. Obfuscate! Obfuscate! Obfuscate!

        • @Marvs2
          You are kidding me; Right?
I never knew that one couldn’t like either of two choices.
All of a sudden, just because I won’t choose the lesser of two evils I am now all sorts of bad things to people. I am falsely accused of things that couldn’t be further form the truth. I suggest you read over all my posts here and even elsewhere and TRY educating yourself. Ignorance is NO longer an excuse to attack another just because they don’t believe as you do. Honestly I don’t care who wins the election because I absolutely know Romney is no better than Obama. Oh he may sound different and he may go about things in an easier way towards other people, but his end goal is the same as Obama’s. Don’t blame me for telling the truth…. People are in denial so badly they will do practically anything in defending their actions, and this goes for both sides, both democrat and republican, Liberal and so called conservative. You have much to learn about being truly open minded and seeing reality for what it really is.

          Michael– Deo Vindicabamur

          • So, Michael, exactly what is YOUR solution to the present situation? What exactly do you hope to accomplish by your “principled stand”?

          • @Jimdandi
Maybe you should read ALL my posts in the thread to get an idea of why Romney isn’t any better.

Honestly, with the way the campaign has went, and looking at Romney’s past record and associations with other people and organizations, he has no credibility. I’m also of the belief that much of this election is staged for hype and to gain wide public support for Romney. If you read all my posts here you will see the connection I am trying to make. It just doesn’t add up that through all these years of government, as bad as it was, Obama has made all previous years look like a rose garden. He’s so far to the left, so aggressive, so blatantly in the faces of people forcing himself on others, and the congress and courts are so lame against him, it’s as if the whole thing is orchestrated. Then Romney comes on the scene, and in contrast to Obama he appears to be some kind of saint. The catch is here, in looking over Romney’s records he is not all that far removed from Obama in his beliefs and actions, except nicer and twisting his past records around in making him appear so much better than Obama. This makes the odd distinguishment of how Romney and Obama is defining themselves as being so far apart politically. In reality they are NOT far apart. This to me also shows some type of outside controlling influence that is guiding the public towards Romney. The good cop bad cop ploy works best in this scenario.

There are powers of such wealth and influence in this country and world, they control your politics, and they are setting Romney up to be their main superstar. And why not, for Romney is a banker businessman himself, allied with the very same people that controls your politics. I think they planned to have Obama as president earlier all in efforts to bring in Romney. I think all Obama’s actions were coordinated in efforts to drive people to Romney.

I may appear to be far out in what I state, but I have more than enough evidence to establish connections and motives. Problem is though, it took nearly a lifetime of devoted study to sort this out and understand it. It’s something one can’t learn over-night. All I do is read and study history, philosophy, political sciences and theology. I do not look at TV, listen to radio, subscribe to magazines, no interest in sports…etc… I just read and study with ALL my available free time, which is a tremendous amount. So it becomes quiet odd to me that other people with “minimum” amounts of knowledge, study time and limited resources can call me a stooge or worse…. Walk in my shoes for 5 minutes and then say that! Know my mind for 30 seconds and then tell me that! Anyone!

Romney will be your next president, I assure you that…
Problem is, I can’t tell you how many problems will arise first that “may” hinder him from actually being president. You’ll definitely have a lot of civil strife in the times before Inauguration Day.

In ref. “So, Michael, exactly what is YOUR solution to the present situation? What exactly do you hope to accomplish by your “principled stand”?”

I wrote a fair response to your question shortly after you submitted it.
However many of my posts are now being screened by authorities. I am told I must wait for it pass inspection before it will be posted. At some point hopefully you can read it… It may answer part of your questions…

        • VOTE VOTE VOTE. All that’s necessary for evil to triumph is for GOOD men to do NOTHING.

    • Some presidents do come into office without perfect credentials and actually can adapt, select experienced advisors and become great leaders. Obama has shown he can’t. He is defiant, reactionary and selfish. Romney doesn’t have to try to become anything; he already IS what most people would be QUITE happy to have accomplished. Obama had to prove himself; with a lowly CV for a presidential candidate, he had to gather the troops to prop himself up. Romney was a governor, and doesn’t need the money or fame that the office would bring. He has a grown family, no skeletons (or destitute or illegally resident relatives), shady church leaders who performed his wedding ceremony and preached to him for 22 years then gets disowned) and – oh yeah – we KNOW where he was born – no subterfuge or reluctance there. We also know about his education and his drug (non)use. Choosing him is a no-brainer IMO. He puts Obama to shame as a quality individual, educated, successful, serious and a statesman who will not embarass us overseas because he knows he doesn’t know everything so he’ll look to experts as needed. Finally – he knows that INCOME has to be larger than OUTGO for ANY entity to survive! Obama wants to GIVE to everyone and doesn’t mind that it’s more than the government can GET from a shrinking pool of taxpayers! He doesn’t care because his income is guaranteed and he won’t have to live with the results of his actions, at least not too close for comfort. Wait till he drives around again and his tires blow out because of the deteriorating roads! Wait till his kids can’t find a decent neighborhood to live in!

  8. This election is not who you need to vote for, obummer or romney,it is to get obummer out of the WH.

    • So all this proves that this illegal, phony, lying, Muslim POTUS should remain in office??? We need to remember who is in Congress is more important than who is POTUS. Congress can override the POTUS, override his veto’s. If you have a POTUS of one Party and both sides of Congress are controled by the opposing Party. Congress rules. This election we are faced with the lesser of 2 evils. Our best hope is to get the people we need in control in Congress. People who will follow OUR Constitution, people who will LEAD us in the right diecstion and people who help bring the US back to being Republic!!! We need PEOPLE!

    • Is being a Mason worse than being a Koran quoting Muslim? An apologizer to the world for the USA? A promoter of Karl Marx and Frank (Daddy?) Marshall? A (denied) associate of convicted terrorists Bill Ayers (just “a guy in the neighborhood whom I see occasionally” and who happened to kick off my campaign in his home, and who happens to have ghost-written my autobiography, and whose parents supported me in college) and Bernardine Dohrn? Someone who carries fake Social Security and Selective Service cards? Someone who has to pay millions to hide his birth, travel, college and work records? Someone whose campaign purportedly threatened the Clintons’ daughter after Bill said BHO was not qualified to be POTUS (and right after Bill’s best friend Bill Guatney was murdered in his Arkansas office)? Etc. Etc. Etc. We MUST vote someone else into office, and at this time Mitt Romney is the only eligible candidate!

      • If you knew the real truth about Romney, he is just as bad or worse. Read that book “Can Mitt Romney Serve Two Masters” even if you vote for him. It’s better to know the devil you vote for so that you will know how to strategy if he gets in to POTUS and you will know what we are facing.

    • Very interesting.

  10. I would vote for Mickey or Minnie Mouse before I’d vote what’s in the White House right now. A person who had absolutely no credentials to be elected in the first place and the past 3 /12 yrs just proves how unqualified he was & is. Wake up, people!

    • @kash2
Actually it proves how unqualified the American public is in being allowed to vote in the first place! ONLY a LIMITED amount of US Citizens are qualified to vote. This was the way the US Constitution was originally meant, by giving the power to the states in allowing them to determine who they thought was qualified to vote.

Everyone seems to “conveniently” forget that the united States of America was NEVER meant to be a full democracy concerning the vote. The original definition of the political system of the united States was a,
“LIMITED Democratic Republic”. It means the votes are limited, but in limiting the votes it also limits the voters, and this left up to the states. Rightly or wrongly it is the reason all states had forms of Jim Crow Laws and Poll Taxes. It was a matter for each state to decide on how it qualified its’ voters.

But I digress, the united States in no longer a Republic but rather a Democratic Federal Union. (Abraham Lincoln said so himself!) Democracy rules from the standpoint everyone has a vote once they reach of age. Sadly there is no qualifications to exclude ignorance or the uneducated, or the greedy. So we have a system that is in effect the same thing has having 2 foxes and a chicken voting on what’s for supper….. and that is YOUR Democracy! You have the government YOU deserve!

Obama is fox no.1 and Romney is fox no. 2…..
      Michael– Deo Vindicabamur

      • If you wish to quote Abraham Lincoln, quote his better statements! He said, “Let every American, every lover of liberty, every well-wisher to his posterity swear by the blood of the Revolution never to violate in the least particular the laws of the country, and never to tolerate their violation by others. As the patriots of ’76 did to the support of the Declaration of Independence, so to the support of the Constitution and laws let every American pledge his life, his property, and his sacred honor. Let every man remember that to violate the law is to trample on the blood of his father and to tear the charter of his own and his children’s liberty.”

        • @Marvs2
In quoting Abraham Lincoln’s statements one must understand that Lincoln was a populist candidate and president much like Barack Insane Obama and Mitt Romney. What they claim campaigning is usually far far different than the actions they actually took while in office. You can look at Romney’s record while he was governor for his populist views.

If you want some memorial quotes from ole “Dishonest” Abe Lincoln, I can fix you right up! Don’t forget Lincoln is one of Barack Insane Obama’s favorite presidents and he quotes Lincoln often. Oddly it does seem they have quiet a lot in common.

          Michael– Deo Vindicabamur

          • michael- Deo Vindicabamur
If you believe that Barack Obama admired Lincoln, you need to study Obama more closely. Obama says he admires Lincoln when he needs votes in Illinois. Just like Obama tells the Gay community that he supports Gay Marriage and he tells the straight community that he supports the Defense of Marriage act. He tells the pro-life community that not a single dime of the taxpayers’ money will be spent on abortion – then he gets the pro-choice vote by funding abortions and requiring employers to pay for contraception. Obama is the liar-in-chief! He tells every interest group whatever they want to hear, then he does whatever’s on his own agenda. In the Illinois Senate he didn’t even have the courage to vote on issues – he voted “present” 129 times, including for bills he personally sponsored, because he didn’t want to lose the constituents on either side of any issue. He needs to be removed from office and thrown into jail! Not voting for either candidate and discouraging votes for Romney will guarantee Obama’s reelection. You may not like Romney’s politics, but he’s not in bed with the socialists, communists, terrorists who openly plan to destroy our constitution, our country and our way of life.

    • After reading most of the commentary, I believe anyone one of us addressing this article could very easily outdo Mr. Obama… Its not rocket science… However, Mitt Romney may just surprise us yet. He is just not showing all of his cards this early in the game. If any one of us love our country, and want to preserve it now is the time to act. If you are religious pray. I truly believe that if more than one person agree in prayer then God will answer our prayers.

      • This country has tossed God out of it it appears, o r has let the goverment do it. We all need God back in this country. Also, one point, on 0′s alleged birth certificate, it says he is African/American. That phrase was not used in th 60′s so, that shows it is not an “old” birth certificate.
He, 0(zero) wants us to give him our birthday, wedding, bar(t) mitzah gifts for his campaign. He wants everything.
If they would start teaching history in school again, history before Viet Nam, then theyoung folks could see that history is repeating itself and it is not the history of the US but the history of Germany and Italy in the USA.

        • @sheena
Thank you sheena, that was very good.
One thing though, our history is more closely paralleling that of Russia right at the time of the Russian Revolution. Most all the same propaganda and tools/ideologies of politics are being repeated. Sadly I see no way out, except a continuance, a restart of what is known as the Civil War. This time it will be a real Civil War, not just states and the Federal Government as it started, but will include groups of like people from all over the country opposing other groups, and the Federal Government pretending to play peace-maker all the while carrying out its’ own plans for further more complete subjugation of the people.

          Michael– Deo Vindicabamur

      • TexasGirl62 & Sheena: Amen to that! When our governments and the Rob Shermans of the world remove God from our schools, our public places, our speech, we end up with people like Obama and incidents like Aurora, CO.

  11. Romney believes in the one true and living God and Jesus Christ his son ,as opposed to what that other guy believes in .That is all the reason I need to vote for him.

  12. the article made mitt sound like a saint, i am sure if digging deep enough they could find something on him to, however , to me he is still the lesser evil , i pray i am right ..

    • I hope your faith is rewarded. The country will benefit, and the world as a consequence, if this fraud is removed from office.

    • @kati

You mean digging up dirt like this?

      Mitt Romney on gun control….
“In a losing Senate campaign in Massachusetts in 1994, Mitt Romney said, “I don’t line up with the NRA.” A decade later, as governor, he signed legislation making a state assault weapons ban permanent.

This year, bidding for support at the NRA convention, he said: “We need a president who will enforce current laws, not create new ones that only serve to burden lawful gun owners.”

I don’t trust the man no more than I do Barack Insane Obama!
People has a choice in the election for voting for,
      “Twiddle-Dee” or Twiddle-Dumb”.

      Michael– Deo Vindicabamur

      • There’s no contradiction there. Lawful gun owners don’t need to own assault weapons.

        • @Marvs2
Lawful gun ownership… no need to own “assault rifles”.

Huum, I wonder where in the 2nd Amendment it says that?
Strangely the muskets of 1776 were the ASSAULT Rifles of their day and they were much feared, as much as the assault rifles of today. The reason for the 2nd Amendment was the last ditch effort in society protecting itself from a government gone bad, a tyrannical government such as you have today. In which case you need ALL the assault rifles you can muster and in FULL automatic function also! They are NOT to be restricted over other
          firearms….

          Michael– Deo Vindicabamur

  13. One more thing. I just discovered the “It Gets Worse” anti-Mitt website. Are you kidding? There will always be a debate about LBGT rights. It won’t matter a bit – Obama himself only RECENTLY “evolved” enough to say he supports gay marriage. If our economy continues to decline, no one will “care” about whether gay people get married – I certainly don’t – Rommey happens to have a deep faith that makes it impossible for him to believe it is consistent with what he has been taught is right in God’s eyes. But he is certainly not interested in forbidding gay rights to civil unions; that is a far cry from being a “hater” or something. He is honest, and holds to his faith, unlike Obama, who jettisoned his 25-year pastor when he (“Reverend” Wright) became politically inconvenient. It would take a lot more than Mitt’s adherence to his faith to prevent gay people from exercising rights that are decided at the state level, not the federal level. The US is a large country and different regions have different laws. All one must do is go somewhere that has the laws that favor them, if they believe they are suffering from one of them. If they can’t afford to move, no one says that a civil ceremony is illegal, and legal rights are certainly available to them. Marriage as Mitt talks about it is a religious concept. Let’s keep our eye on the ball – get the country back on its feet, and then we’ll have the chance to debate all the social issues with the fervor they deserve.

  14. Mitt Romney certainly is not perfect, but he’s polar opposite of Obama and Romney truly loves America,
truly cares about American values, family values, American prosperity and beliefs.
    Obama don’t.

  15. Romney is a God loving American, his family is whole. Yes, he made a few mistakes in his life with his jobs, etc. But, let the first person who has never had that happen start throwing stones at him. 0 never had a business, he never really worked at anything except his muslim mafia deals. His autobiography tells his story of how he did a little “blow”, and such. Also, the other night they showed something on TV about those in office doing a kiss at a ball game. He got all hot and bothered, tore off h is shirt and went after michelle. It was sickening, whether real or not,it was not something anyone would want to see.
The man is sick and the person behind him, Valerie Randall(I believe that is her last name) is just as controlling and sick. She tells him and Michelle what to do.
I pray for this country every night and pray that the people, those still dreaming of 0, will wake up and change things.

    • Amen Sheena! I pray for our country as well. God Bless America! Everyone of us must pass all of these postings on to others. We must get the truth out!

      • @TexasGirl62
I’m afraid God doesn’t bless a country that doesn’t acknowledge Him. This country hasn’t truly acknowledge in many years, but ONLY paid lip service to Him at best, and then only by a limited number of people.

So you tell me, as inquiring minds wants to know….
How can one pray for God blessing a country that DISRESPECTS Him, through government and by the largest number of its’ people?
Just how is God gonna bless the uSA with all the ungodly acts it has committed against its’ own people as well as people ALL around the world? Looks more to me that God has sent a curse upon the uSA when it elects leaders such as Barack Insane Obama and gives you only the choice of electing someone like Romney to replace him. (Regardless to what you say and how hard you wanna believe anything good about Romney, he is a GLOBALIST! He has NOT God within him!

Yup the country has been cursed and ya’ll too ignorant to understand it.

        Michael– Deo Vindicabamur

    • Valerie Jarrett, right? Yes she and George Soros are the real presidents.

  16. Mitt Romney truly, unequivocally believes that he will become a real “god” in the next life & be given his own planet to Lord over, He will call his wife, Ann, onto to populate with spirit children. Would you truly vote for a man who truly believed he was going to become a REAL GOD AND BE GIVEN HIS OWN PLANET? Or, would you question his judgment?

I can’t vote for baby killer’s and gay marriagers Romney or Obama. I’m going to write in the name “Jesus Christ” on my ballot.

Read the book: CAN MITT ROMNEY SERVE TWO MASTERS? The Mormon Church Versus the Office Of The Presidency of the United States of America.

    • @CertainlyTruth
You’ve been sent almost as an angle to to help me “try” and educate these poor ignorant people in this topic about Romney! I Certainly do app recite the Truth! And yes that is just a little of the false teachings of the Mormon Church. Sadly in this day and age the salt has lost it savor. People have been so propagandised into “Dispensationalism” they haven’t a clue as to the real Lord Jesus Christ our God. Just any ole thought about god seems to qualify one into heaven these days, and it just ain’t so!

But I digress, you and I could spend the rest of our lives trying to teach these poor ignorant people here about Romney or about Christ and we would get nowhere! At least I have the satisfaction of knowing that there just a few people that truly knows Christ as well as Romney. Hopefully you know much more about how the country has deceived all of its’ people…. The uSA has become a farce, sadly… and has been for a very long time…

It may be that no GOOD deed goes unpunished by man, but surly I tell you, no bad deed goes unpunished by God! Even the misuse and mis-interpretation of His Word!

      Michael– Deo Vindicabamur
      Michael– Deo Vindicabamur

    • He can believe that if he likes. It has no impact on his ability to govern. It is a mark of faith that he states those beliefs. He does not say he is OUR God. Obama is more the dictator type.

    • @CertainlyTruth. It’s admirable to want to write in Jesus Christ, but sadly that will mean you are voting for Obama. EVERY vote for anyone except Romney will be giving that vote to Obama. You may as well save yourself the wait in line and just stay home.

No, Romney isn’t perfect and I know that the Mormons wrote their own kind of religion, but at least he’s not a Muslim and working directly with Islamists to take over America. Please do some research into just the bills he has signed recently ‘behiind closed doors’ that are leading him into total control of America and it’s people.

Please, please, please consider a vote for Romney so that we can get this tumour out of our midsts. I truly believe that God is testing us now to see if we really are a “Christian” nation, in spite of Obama’s declarations to the contrary.

      • Well, if you read that book “Can Mitt Romney Serve Two Masters?”, you will see that there is also a MORMON PLAN FOR AMERICA and it is very scary. The author documents her facts and she knows what Romney’s plans are for America. Not to mention that he beleives that he will become a literal “god”, equal to Jesus Christ and receive his own kingdom to populate. It’s very scary….so no, I will not vote for the lessor of two evils because in this case, the two evils are pretty much the same.

        • @CertainlyTruth
          EXACTLY!
I have read about the Mormon Church before, long ago, and yes it is very scary. They have their people stockpile food and weapons NOT just because it is wise thing for everyone to do, BUT they have an AGENDA behind their requests. The average IGNORANT American has NO clue and doesn’t care to inform themselves, of which they would rather remain ignorant and retain their prejudices. While as bad as that is, they get mad at anyone who doesn’t follow their prejudices and ignorance. This is pitiful.. and another reason why the country MUST fall…

What I personally don’t like about Romney, nor do any others like me that knows, is that Romney is strongly anti-Southern concerning our history, culture and heritage. He hates and despises anything originating of Southern values and morals. Even many reconstructed Southerners senses this aversion and hatred from Romney, those that know little about him. Myself and people who know as I do cannot in anyway support this demagogue Romney. At the same time we know that neither candidate supports anything we stand for, so it’s a no win proposition for us regardless to who wins. We say, let the Bull Chips fall where they may….. We’ll do as we’ve always done and try to pick up the pieces and manage best we can as we have always done….

          Michael– Deo Vindicabamur

    • Those comments of yours were made way out of context. It’s very ignorant to bash on a religion that you are so disgustingly unfamiliar with.

      • @jennah13
“Those comments of yours were made way out of context. It’s very ignorant to bash on a religion that you are so disgustingly unfamiliar with.”

Really? Come now…. me ignorant of religion?
        NOT when I’ve a degreed in theology….
NOT when anyone can sit at their computer and Google any religion of their choice and read ALL sides of its’ being and purpose, doctrines, tenets, faith…etc… And read what both members and former ex-members have to say about any religion in question. But of course you will now say that Google is lying with the results and that people aren’t telling the truth, that YOU are the one certified to tell the whole truth here; Right? All I ask for anyone who doubts what I say, is to just start Googling. Are they can go to a Christian bookstore where they will find many books on the subject. So maybe you can start putting everything I said out of context INTO context and explain it to the people. They are not all stupid, you know?

        Michael– Deo Vindicabamur

        • I don’t want to argue with you. But just because you have a “degree in theology” doesn’t mean that you know everything there is to know about every religion, and neither does the internet.

          • @jennah13
“I don’t want to argue with you. But just because you have a “degree in theology” doesn’t mean that you know everything there is to know about every religion, and neither does the internet.”

You made my point! Thank you!
Surly myself plus the readily available knowledge of entire Internet combines to know infinitely more than you do… Therefore you have no basis for your accusations… Let the people read and judge for themselves. Don’t take my word for it, nor especially yours, they just need to Google and start reading if their curiosity moves them to do so. I’m simply restating my points concerning Mormonism from what is readily available over the Internet, form MANY different websites and blogs….

    Mike,
    Please try the above link.
    I hope it is helpful

  18. I WILL VOTE FOR ROMNEY! I’D RATHER HAVE A MORMON THAN A MORON.

  19. Romney is just a liberal with an “R” by his name.

    Debra…

  20. Here’s one big reason to vote FOR Romney: Four more years of Obama.

  21. @Debra. The fact is that if you vote for a third party, that vote will be for Obama. Why don’t you just go ahead and vote for Obama and save the polls the problem of counting 3?

    • @cwdancer

Over and over again I keep hearing this from the neo-conservatives, a vote for anyone other than Romney is a vote for Obama. It’s to the point that the neo-conservatives are resentful and angry that they can’t get their way by forcing other people, by whatever means, to do as they say. This is getting more than a little irritating! It shows the break between neo-conservatives and “paleoconservatives”.

Here is a response I wrote to someone elsewhere:
“Look, I’m in way saying NOT to vote for Romney. What I am saying is; It is NOT gonna make any difference, and that by telling these things about Romney you are actually waking people up or at least making them aware of the dire and hopeless situation they are in. At the same time you are actually increasing your own merits and credibility for the future. Of course that wouldn’t be so if Romney turned out to be a decent president and I know that is impossible. He has way too many strikes against him.

I have been to quiet a few blogs and been reading and commenting about Romney, and a few other things. I notice and understand the deep resentments and outright hate towards Obama. I’m sure you remember this type attitude during the Clinton years, especially near his first re-election. Yet he was re-elected….

Barack Insane Obama and Romney are different from the Clinton years in that Obama is hated more than Clinton ever was. I’ve read where many people dislike Romney but will vote for him just to vote against Obama and I understand that. At this point people are so desperate to get rid of Obama I believe they would knowingly vote for the devil just in order to remove Obama. It is that bad….

It is also, concerning Scripture, the near perfect way to usher in the devil for his final conquest of this planet. (Not saying Romney is the devil, but I’m not saying he isn’t either. The irony would be, if he was! Think about it…)

And think about this scenario, though I’m in no way saying it’s gonna happen at this point. (Just studying the possibilities.)
Civil unrest, riots…etc… breaks out during the campaign and the election between the two sides. Romney wins the election but the unrest continues and the markets crash badly. Romney comes out as the peace maker trying to play a forgiver of the lawlessness committed if everyone just calms down. You figure out the rest, and figure out how this would play out if he lost the election…. –Just studying the possibilities.– regardless the country is gone— It is toast…..”

You wonder how I can make such statements concerning Romney?
If you are familiar with the Council of Foreign Relations, the Trilateral Commission, the Bilderbergs and Freemasonry you know what these groups stand for in various ways and how they address the political scene interacting within it. Know this, Mitt Romney is associated with all the above! Thus I can say it is impossible for a tiger to change his stripes! And this is not counting the cult of the Mormon Church he is a member of. Nor does this address the book about Mitt Romney that was mentioned here titled, “Can Mitt Romney Serve Two Masters?” Look at his record as governor, what he said campaigning and compare it with what he actually did.

Again I am NOT saying NOT to vote for Mitt Romney, you can do as you wish. However it is rude and downright IGNORANT for people to attack and accuse others of being less than honorable just because they won’t support or vote for Mitt Romney. You have NEVER once stopped to think that maybe, just maybe others may know things and have a better understanding of the situation than you and your kind does. No, you’re too busy dictating to everyone else what fulfills YOUR agenda regardless to the knowledge and faith of others. This shows ARROGANCE!

I am saying, and others agree with me, that Mitt Romney will NOT lead you to the promised land. He will NOT bring prosperity back to this country. He is NOTHING more than a demagogue, especially concerning his own prejudices that is playing a part, NOT for the benefit of the American People, but rather for the benefit of the people he is in association with, and I have named practically all of them in my previous posts with the Bilderbergs, CFR, TC and Masons being named here. The end result will be much the same as with Obama, except Romney will portray himself as a more sympathetic person. Romney will still lead the country down into the abyss. You can’t see that but others do, so don’t belittle them for your own ignorance and self-gratification in wanting what you do.

      • Slight correction that needs to be corrected.
        2nd paragraph, second sentence…
Where I state, “Here is a response I wrote to someone elsewhere:
“Look, I’m in way saying NOT to vote for Romney.”

It should read, “Look, I’m in NO way saying NOT to vote for Romney.”

        Michael– Deo Vindicabamur

  22. I always assumed that the Mormons were a cult along a similar lines to the scientologists. “Messiahs”, “Churches”, “preachers”, their own “bible”, etc, etc

    • @shockandawe
If you study much at all about Mormonism you’ll find out they are much much worse than what you listed. Matter of fact there are few more dangerous. Just read many topics concerning them, from different places.

      Michael– Deo Vindicabamur

      • michael- Deo Vindicabamur -

Ok, Mike, you’ve told us over and over again how bad both candidates are and how little we know about them. Do you have any POSITIVE suggestions on how to remedy this situation? What can we realistically do to get rid of the usurper-in-chief and end his plan to destroy this capitalistic nation that he so hates? One thing I do know is that encouraging people to not vote is not the solution.

        • @Marvs2
Thank you for at least being considerate enough to act gentlemanly….
That ALWAYS goes far in showing the character of a person, and it also shows that a person possesses at least some honor-ability.

Let me reiterate, it is NOT a matter of me being right or wrong, but rather the sum total of what I have learned though various ways as well as pertaining the same for any other has learned. This is ALWAYS an on going process in life if one wishes to be a knowledgeable person. It is only a matter of what we know at any given time, otherwise we are all ignorant to varying degrees, MYSELF included.

Assuming you have taken my posts at face value, which I am being honest, you would see the situation I have drawn out as being a no win situation regardless, and I believe this to be the case. Of course everyone wants answers and I am still looking and studying some answers/paths myself, as I also want a way out of this mess. Unfortunately I have no easy solutions, as I can’t see any regardless to who wins or loses and this includes ALL of congress, and it includes state governments. This is another reason I said it matters little who wins.

Notice I said there is no easy way, but there is a way out, and it is gonna happen regardless to what you or I or anyone does.

My point is this, it takes a moral society to make a moral and good government, and this is no longer the case for the uSA. There is NO shortcut in remedying this problem. People has to have morality, REAL and TRUTHFUL morality, a morality that is NON-Relative to the moment and that is ALWAYS true! And to do this many years of false and humanistic education MUST be undone! Sadly under today’s conditions I do not see this remotely happening.

Read the article and how it speaks of moral relativism. Understand what it means. Then read my comment below the article. Relativism has its’ deepest roots in Marxist philosophy, meaning that everything pertains to the moment, or everything is relative as to how each person understands it for themselves. Accordingly NO morality can exist and it be continuous, or always remain true. Humanism is the basis from which relativism comes, and accordingly humanists sees everything in a subjective form, nothing being total or absolute. A perfect example of this is the US Constitution, until 1860 the US Constitution was seen as being absolute, non-changing. Lincoln changed this by the way he interpreted it and later admitted in saving the union he had destroyed the Republic. A Republic cannot exist without absolutes and it remain a Republic. Since Lincoln’s time and the transforming of the Republic, the country has been on a downward spiral, bit by bit relativism ever encroaching more and more, taking over the understanding and interpretation of the US Constitution, until today there is nothing left of it worth calling it the US Constitution. It has now become a full bodied Living Document dependent upon the relativism of the of the day. (How one wishes to interpret it for that day, and for what they want from it.) You can ONLY change this understanding by educating and changing the morality of society.

But there is one other way to change the morality of a nation. It is the most common, default way to accomplish this through history as history itself bears this out. It takes deprivation, suffering, blood sweat and tears to instill morality among a society. People actually learn much through war, much more than we realize at first thoughts. They learn from their hardships what it takes to be all the things society is NOT today. And in most cases they learn there really is a God whose Word is absolute, whose morals never ever changes. Rightly or wrongly I see your country as having to learn morality all over again, just as every other country has had to learn similar. Then the process of devolution starts all over again.

I refer you to this site for much more detailed analysis:
          http://www.canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/2181/

And this page for interest in how thie thought process of the preceding came about:
          http://www.lorencollins.net/tytler.html

Now it is up to you to see if you can think of a way out of this mess that I have missed. Voting is absolutely useless according to the reference websites BECAUSE the uS is now a Democracy as the Republic no longer exists.

If you still have doubts about what I’ve wrote, read my many posts to Western Journalism under my name. There are many references covering these same topics.

          Michael– Deo Vindicabamur

  23. Mike. I NEVER said anything that was attacking or accusing “others of being less than honorable just because they won’t support or vote for Mitt Romney.” You seem to use thousands of words to try to belittle others into doing what you want. I’m only stating facts.

Consider this: at the moment Romney and Obama are neck and neck at the polls. There is still about 6-8% who are undecided or definitely voting for someone else. When the day of election comes and, hypothetically, Obama has 48% and Romney has 46% of the vote and the rest of the votes go to Ron Paul or whomever people write into this, that would be 6% of the vote. If that 6% voted for Romney in spite of the fact that they don’t like him, Romney would win. If that 6% does vote for “someone else”, then Obama will win. How do you justify saying that this statement is bullying or putting down people or anything else negative??? That was only a statement and if you don’t understand the mathematics, you really aren’t as smart as you continually try to come across. Lots of your grammar and punctuation indicate that anyway.

    • @cwdancer
Wasn’t trying to directly implicate you as being belligerent. I was just trying to pay you a compliment for posting in such a nice manner.

Sorry for the grammar, punctuation, spelling, while I admit I’m not very good in English, I do not proof my writing, which is also why I sometimes have to add a separate post correcting a mistake that is too important to ignore. I usually catch these if I’m having to reread one of my posts in relation to answering another. It can make for a bad combination at times, but I stress substance over style any time.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but I stand by my thoughts and statements. What is going to happen will happen regardless to what you think or the actions you take, and that also applies to me. It makes no difference who wins the election.

      Michael– Deo Vindicabamur

  24. Mike – that is a totally defeatist attitude – one that does justice only to a person who is a coward or just doesn’t care. If our forefathers had that attitude about King George we would still be paying taxes to the Queen of England! IF WE CARE about what’s happening to our country we need to take a stand! And the only way we can do that at present, without actually taking up arms, is at the ballot box. We MUST VOTE, and we must vote to change the status quo. We must vote to remove every incumbant politician from office. Throw them all out! If we start fresh, GET RID OF ALL THE CAREER POLITICIANS, and let this be an example to the newbies we elect, we have a good chance of turning things around. Too many of our politicians have come to view the benefts as their reason to hold office. We need to fight for our right to representation, just as the Wisconsin voters did when they stood up against the unions and RETAINED Governor Walker in the face of recall by the union members who had their feelings hurt by his cost-cutting measures. Not voting does nothing for us! Voting all the challengers into office gives us a chance!

    • @Marvs2
Read the attached link concerning the 14th Amendment.
I use this as just ONE example as to why voting is now USELESS.
It’s rather long and you need to read the whole thing in order to understand the futility of the whole process. It started in 1861 and has NOT ended to this very day. If you want to make a difference, then prepare yourself by stockpiling food, weapons and other essentials. Then you stand a better chance of actually installing a moral and just government. By reading the article I linked you too, it should become obvious, you can’t win playing the other man’s game! You can’t even break even.

I will predict the Romney will win the election by a large margin. I think there will be many Obama supporters that will cause civil unrest and may even affect the money markets. Obama may even declare martial law. By Romney winning he will call for peace and offer an olive branch to the one’s causing the civil strife. By swearing in day Romney will be seen as another Abraham Lincoln or close to it. Romney saves the union from collapse and people will practically worship him. Yet Romney has the country under martial law and no one will object to anything he does, for he has become their savior, YOU included. (People have come to despise Obama so badly they would vote for Satan just to replace Obama, and Satan can give the prettiest speeches you ever heard. Let Eve tell you how Satan seduced her into partaking of the forbidden fruit!)

You can follow Romney to hell if you choose, I won’t!

      Michael– Deo Vindicabamur

      • Dog gone it, I forgot to add the blooming link…. drats!
        Here it is….
        http://www.sweetliberty.org/fourteenth.amend.htm

        Michael– Deo Vindicabamur

      • Michael, You say, “You can follow Romney to hell if you choose”. What is that supposed to mean? Seems you are confusing politics with faith (or lack thereof) in Jesus Christ. You seem to suggest that a vote for Romney will result in a person going to hell. Would you care to clarify your remarks?

        • @Jimdandi
Follow to hell is in reference to the final destruction of your country.
But of course no one can see this connection, nor that Romney is part of it.
in relation to this, during the Roman era, no one saw the fall of Rome coming either. They didn’t see Julius Caesar other-throwing the Republic, nor did they see or fear the Visigoths sweeping down upon them. While may educated and learned men of that did see this, they were quickly killed, exiled or shut up, and the public supported the suppression of such dissidents. It is NO different in the uS today…. Matter of fact the uS Republic was destroyed 150 years ago. This is the second time for the uS also… But of course you can’t see these similarities either, and you would question the smallest discrepancy in trying to prove it wrong..

          Michael– Deo Vindicabamur

          • What I am trying to understand is if you are saying that a vote for Romney is going to send someone to hell. I am referring to the biblical hell. I am now understanding that you didn’t mean that hell, but simply the destruction of our country. OK, you may be right. As a Christian, I believe that our country is self-destructing from within morally and due to our rejection of God and His Word. Thankfully, my ultimate hope is not in America or Romney, or any other man, but in Jesus Christ who died and rose again for my justification. However, I believe it is my responsibility to pray for our govt leaders, and to vote for the best available candidate. We are not voting for a Messiah or a pastor-in-chief. We are voting for people to lead our country. The Israelites were told that even in captivity, they were to seek the welfare of the city were they lived. That is what I seek to do as well.

  25. Maybe you should go to the Whitehouse yourself Mike360000 and just have yourself a little sit down with mr. O. He is such a man of the people and all. Maybe you can convince him of how he is the lesser of the two evils. Just go right on up there knock on the front door. Yep, I think that would work out real well for you. Then come back here, we’ll be waiting and you can tell us how it went for you. Meanwhile we’ll be working on our strategy of how we are going to get.the word out to as many people as we can about how we loose more and more of our rights on a daily basis. Anybody else have anything to add?

    • @TexasGirl63
Just think about and remember this.
If I am wrong, you and everyone like you gains and it proves me the fool. That I am the uneducated ignorant and arrogant person I am made out to be. You are out nothing…

However if I am right, it will be the opposite, PLUS you will lose everything that you claim to fight for, your lively-hood, the rest of your country, your retirements, the rest of your freedoms, even your families. Not only will you be wrong and the ultimate fool, you will have believed and followed the devil, your destruction is thus guaranteed.

As I said, Obama and Romney are both wrong. They BOTH serve the same master. I sorry you have no better understanding than to think one is better than the other. They are both equally wrong according to God’s Scripture that I read, the Holy Bible. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure that out. But God has to be in the person for them to be able to figure it out. Otherwise one is blind.

      Michael– Deo Vindicabamur

  26. Michael – I like to think of Jesus finding the money-changers and merchants in the temple – commercializing the place and violating its sacred atmosphere. He didn’t just sit back and wait for them to go away when they felt like it. The Bibe tells us that he got his hackles up and drove them from the temple! Jesus could have just wussed out and said, “why bother? Why get all worked up about something you can’t do anything about? Just be patient – eventually they’ll leave!” No, he decided to act! and he got the job done! That’s just what we need to do to Obama and his crew – drive them from our sacred temple!

  27. Time for a quote from L. Neil Smith’s recent essay “Why I Won’t Vote for Romney”:

In the first place, I’m not a Republican and I don’t regard a Republican win as a victory for anything that I care about. I’m a lifelong libertarian, and since my own party has long since deserted the principles it was founded on, I won’t be voting Libertarian, either.

As for Mitt Romney, the man is a store-dummy who has failed to raise a single issue in which I’m interested, and even if he did, given his background and record, I’m confident he’d be on the wrong side.

He is a known enemy to private gun ownership and he would fold like an origami pussy cat if the slightest pressure were brought to bear on his ethically delicate structure. At best, he sees your rights and mine as mere bargaining chips in some other, “higher” political cause.

He is a father of Marxified medicine in this country.

He wants to run the multi-continental empire that the United Nations will hand him. And even if he understood the mechanics of the mess that his cohorts and colleagues have dumped us into — which he does not — he wouldn’t raise an expensively manicured pinky to fix it.

How do I know all that? Because I’m old. I’ve been around in politics for a long, long time. It’s altogether too easy to recognize Romney for what he is, a spoiled preppie who, exactly like George w. Bush, William Jefferson Clinton, and shaky old George Bush Senior, never earned an honest, free-market dollar in his life, but was basically a “money-monkey”, skittering around on a leash, doing the bidding of his masters, trading on connections with his family and semilicit business cronyships instead of toiling at the real work of the market. Barack Obama, at least, dealt out ice cream cones in Hawaii, and Ron Paul brought 4000 babies into the world, while Mitt Romney was standing around looking cute and letting others do the drudgery.

    Reason enough, and then some.

The Etch-A-Sketch represents the same old “establishment” Republican oligarchy that’s been sneeringly indifferent to the real desires of their core (and most loyal) voting constituencies. He’s just the latest clothes dummy put forward to prevent the American people from choosing a real conservative to enforce the U.S. Constitution in the White House.

To say that Willard the Wussy is the better alternative to our Marxist Mystery Mulatto is certainly true, but it’s also true that contracting cholera is better than developing bowel cancer.

Either disease, left to run its course, will kill you.

  28. Amen, Marvs2…we must all stand up and act!

    • Obama has spent nearly four years hiding his identity, governing with executive orders while ignoring Congress, and promoting policies contrary to his campaign promises. He is definitely allied with the Muslim jihad intent on destroying our Constitution and our world leadership position. He is now ignoring his own 2008 prediction that if he couldn’t resolve our problems in three years he would be a one term President, and the fact is that he never intended to resolve our economic problems but to drive us into a Marxist state. His intent is to be the 21st century’s Mohammed and the leader of the new World Government.

I too am old and have been watching politics since FDR. Since Obama’s election I have read many enlightening books, including: “Conduct Unbecoming” by Robert Patterson; “Crimes Against Liberty” by David Limbaugh; “Demonic” by Ann Coulter; “Gangster Government” by David Freddoso; “Muslim Mafia” by Gaubatz & Sperry; “The 5000 Year Leap…” by W. Cleon Skousen; “The Manchurian President” by Aaron Klein; “The Roots of Obama’s Rage” by Dinesh D’Souza; “The Shadow Party” by Horowitz & Poe; “Throw Them All Out” by Peter Schweizer; “Where’s the Birth Certificate” & “Where’s the Real Birth Certificate”, by Jerome Corsi. And an excellent video, tracing current socialist activities back to the American Communist Party at Berkeley, CA, is “Agenda: Grinding American Down” by Curtis Bowers And this material only skims the surface of what Obama’s all about. After four years of this undocumented userper’s traitorous efforts to take Amerca down, there is NO WAY I can in good conscience return Obama to office for another four (or more) years.

Romney may be a question mark in many ways, but at least he is a documented Christian and, even if he – as Michael36000 and some others would have us believe – would be no better than Obama – Romney’s election and the voting-out of ALL THE OTHER ESTABLISHED POLITICIANS would break the momentum of the Muslim Brotherhood, George Soros, and a good portion of our current Gangster Government. At present there is no other viable candidate available. Voting for third party candidates and candates such as Ron Paul, as good as they might be, will unfortunately be wasted votes. So we MUST put Romney in the office of POTUS, get rid of ALL the career politicians who are up for reelection, and then we’ll have four more years to evaluate the results. If we don’t like his progress or lack thereof, we can take another positive action to remove him from office and try another new candidate. But to just sit back and watch Obama become the Grand Imam of the American Sharia Muslims would be unconscionable!

      • I agree with you wholeheartedly except for Romney being a Christian. But, that is another discussion. I tell my friends, “We’re not electing a Pastor, we’re electing a President”. I believe Romney loves our country which is more that we can say about the present ineligible occupant of the WH. As for the quote from the “insider”, those were his words, not mine. We pretty much know why O. doesn’t care because he’s on another team.

  29. They can butter Romney up all they want to – I will still vote for the ONLY eligible man running and the ONLY one who wants to regain our freedom and restore the Constitution. The ONLY man that has not been touched by DC greed and power ! The only one with a truly AMERICAN voting background ! RON PAUL
I will write him in on a paper only ballot – use an absentee ballot if you have those fixed machines in your area. Never vote by machine if you want your vote to go where YOU put it.
Do your homework people. Don’t listen to the usual campaign rhetoric that we hear every 4 years. They all make promises with no intention of keeping any of them – so far NONE of them have ! For example –
Romney is NOT pro-life – look at his voting record ! He has backed every Obama policy so far – that is fact ! THAT is the REAL him, not the fake garbage he is feeding us just to get elected. There is no difference between Obama and Romney. both are CFR Communists One Worlders and THAT is all they care about – getting us all into their OWG ! Neither want the Constitution – the Law of the Land. Just keep your ears and eyes OPEN and do your own homework ! Romney’s record in Massachusetts is enough to turn anyone off ! Business ? He bankrupted every business he ever touched yet HE walked away with like $92 million in each case whole the others all starved. He is NOT a good businessman ! And he is the one who had ObamaCare first – It was RomneyCare in Massachusetts ! He also wants amnesty – look at his voting record ! He is Obama in different skin ! Plus he also is not eligible to run for office – his father was born in Mexico ! Romney is not a natural born citizen ! Do your homework people !

    • Sounds like the usual Paulbot talking points. Thanks in advance for a wasted vote.

      • @Jimdandi
“Sounds like the usual Paulbot talking points. Thanks in advance for a wasted vote.”

I dunno what kind of Christian you claim to be as there many self-professed Christians. Even the Mormons consider themselves christians as does the Jehovah’s Witnesses. Claiming something is easy, it is done all the time by everyone. However actually being what one claims is an entirely different matter. One can talk the talk, but can’t walk the walk…. It’s God place to sort you folks out not mine, so you can skip any associations and simply let your life walk the walk for you. (In case you didn’t know that is your testimony.) Personally I don’t buy your talk, so your walk is subject to scrutiny as well. (Meaning anyone can claim anything, but I’m not capable of verifying the claims by what I see in comparison to what is claimed.)

        Michael– Deo Vindicabamur

        • Michael, just a simple question: (Please leave politics out of this). If you were to die today and God would ask you why He should let you into His heaven, what would your answer be?

          • Maybe he’d say “neither sounds so great cuz I’d be dead.” For pete’s sake, we only have 2 candidates to choose from for president.

          • @Jimdandi
“Michael, just a simple question: (Please leave politics out of this). If you were to die today and God would ask you why He should let you into His heaven, what would your answer be?”

You take a strawman position in presenting a question that has no relevance to the reality of what would be the actual results.
I can’t give ANY answer to your question because my life as man would be over, my testimony already made, given and proven. It matters NOT would I would say in reference to your question because the results, my judgement has already been determined. Thus you present a null and void question not relevant to what I mite think, but my life’s story, my testimony speaks for itself and God already knows this… All I can do is hope for His Grace on me, for I know I am unworthy as a man.

            Michael

          • Michael, thank you for your reply. You are right in the sense that my question is not how our eternal destiny will be determined. IOW, entrance into heaven will not be determined upon any answer given to God at the judgment. However, our title to heaven is dependent upon faith in Jesus Christ alone for salvation. It is not dependent upon your “life’s story”, or your “testimony”. These would be evidence before men of the reality of your faith, but they are not what makes you righteous in God’s eyes. I assume you own a Bible. Perhaps you would be able to look up some verses which speak to this issue. May I suggest John 1:112,13; 3:16-18; Romans 5:1; 10:9,10; Ephesians 2:8-10; I John 5:10-13. From your statement “All I can do is hope for His Grace on me, for I know I am unworthy as a man”, I perceive that you are not sure of Heaven. All of us are unworthy sinners, but God is still in the business of saving sinners; and the Bible indicates that we can have assurance of that salvation now thru faith in Christ.

          • @Jimdandi
“….However, our title to heaven is dependent upon faith in Jesus Christ alone for salvation. It is not dependent upon your “life’s story”,…”

So then, it doesn’t matter how I live my life, and it’s ok if I vote for Obama or Romney or the Devil or no one? Regardless it’s all in my salvation; right?
OK I’ll bite; A testimony isn’t needed then?

And who is to testify against the accuser, Satan and his demons?
Of course one could say that God needs no one to testify, giving any testimony, but if that’s true, then there would be no need in separating the wheat from the chaff, the good from the bad. Matter of fact, being here as humans wouldn’t matter because God could just force everyone and everything to do as He pleased. Fortunately God is just and He doesn’t do things just to be doing them. We are here for a reason, not just to have a good time. For whatever His reasons, only some of His people are capable of understanding, and then not fully. While you are saved by Grace, it is also by Grace you are able to give a testimony on behalf of God.

            –Michael–

  30. Look, all you “naysayer” bloggers! We need to pull our heads out of the political “sand” that the news media keeps throwing in our eyes! Remember this first and foremost: The next President will have to replace four (4) Supreme Court Judges for United States of America! Which President will uphold our kids and our own Constitution, our freedom of religion, right to bear arms, morality of the family, respect for our Flag, respect for the unborn, respect for old people, respect for gays and lesbians, security of our country – while balancing a happy medium for every American, including our home best? Now, if you say Obama, you have got to be crazy! Just read “The Amateur” written by Ed Klein which contains over 200 personal interviews of people around Obama! Then read, Mitt Romney’s book, “No Apology” in the Epilogue in back, listing 64 endeavors he will do. He is the most worthy American man, is Obama a “worthy American”? Is he even American??

    • @Jean
You don’t read and comprehend very well. Try reading Romney’s past political record, and try reading what he campaigned on before he established his record. I posted among many things, specifically Romney’s “ANTI- 2nd Amendment” record. This video should “EMBARRASS” gun owners who are supporting Romney..
      http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=bj8Nk3p1wyY

I’ve listed many other things in this thread about Romney, and I gave some links. Maybe you should take my suggestion from the top of the post here and try reading this entire thread. Only YOU can educate yourself!

While you at any of Romney’s campaign rallies, you should ask him if he is going to do away with any of the many EXO’s Obama has signed… chances are most likely he’ll skirt that issue! I think Obama is past a hundred now…

  31. All You Naysayers:

    • Jean, I watched the 2 videos. Anita is a real trooper. I read “The Amateur”. I am not thrilled with Romney, but will vote for him in a heartbeat. Ultimately, my hope is in God to have mercy on our nation. Someone (an insider) who knows what is going on in our govt. said recently, “If you knew what was going on in our govt. especially as it relates to the influence of the Muslim Brotherhood, we would be on or faces crying out to God. And, the President doesn’t care.”

      • Jimdandi – I would dispute your very last statement, that “the President doesn’t care.”" I believe that our undocumented President/Usurper very much cares. Obama strongly supports and is a part of the actions of the Muslim Brotherhood. As they gain in power Obama gains in his own glory!

  32. One major reason to vote FOR Romney, he is NOT obama. We can’t survive anothewr 4 years.

  33. Michael, you did not cite any Scripture for your response. Question: What is your authority for your response? And, are you telling me that a vote for Romney will negate a person’s salvation?

    • @Jimdandi
First I didn’t quote Scripture, yet I’m Scripturally correct.
If you read the Bible over a few times, you’ll learn that it’s more important to take Scriptural verses and apply them to the topic as everyday language. there are many advantages to this. If you want to start reading how I arrived at my statements, you can start by reading the Book of Job. Pay more attention to where it mentions that God knew Job before he was ever born, but you need to know most of the rest of the Book also.

I’m not say a vote for Romney will negate a person’s salvation. Yet by the same qualifications I will say it doesn’t negate one’s salvation for voting for Obama either. Ultimately one will just have to vote as they understand things for themself. Mainly what I am saying is, DO NOT be surprised, not at all surprised, if Romney is as bad as Obama or even worse. Remember Satan can make evil and sin appear to be some of the most things on earth. To the point that two things equally evil, one can openly look it while the other is portrayed to look good.

I’m just saying things are not as rosy as they appear, and don’t be fooled if things comes out worse than before. otoh if things comes out better, then you’ve still done ok by at least acknowledging and trying to prepare for the worst, just in case. And that would be the proper thing to do anyways.

Just consider in my other posts where I stated, Mormonism is cult.
      Unless you’re a Mormon, that is…

      Michael

      • Michael, Thank you for clarifying some things. OK, we agree that how we vote or for whom we vote has nothing to do with our eternal salvation. As for the book of Job, I have read it many times. Great book about the purpose if human suffering, God’s greatness and Satan’s role in events. Not so much a book about how we are saved from our sins, though, as that is not the book’s purpose. Also, I’ll give you this: I might be fooled with Romney. He may turn out to be worse than O. We certainly pray not, but we have no guarantees. I just see that O. does not love this country and is deliberately trying to destroy. I believe Romney loves this country and will seek its good. Yes, I see Mormonism as a cult. We don’t need to discuss that issue.

Now, if we can, I would like to go back to the issue of salvation from sin. I did not say that how we live our lives, or that we maintain a good testimony or walk does not matter (2 Corinthians 5:17). What I tried to say was that it is not our way of life or testimony that saves us. It is Christ who saves the sinner because He died and rose again to save us. We come into a relationship with Him by acknowledging we are sinners and putting our faith in
Him. The testimony and the good works will follow after we have been saved. IOW, the works or
testimony is the fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23) Who indwells us upon accepting Christ as our Savior. So, my question to you is: In what or in whom are you trusting for your eternal salvation? Are you trusting in your “life’s story” or in Jesus Christ and His death, burial and resurrection? (1 Corinthians 15:1-5) What is my authority for asking this? I have none. You can ignore me if you wish. I’m just an old sinner saved by grace. My question about “authority” goes to the issue of what we base our beliefs upon. IOW, I see the Holy Bible, the 66 books as authoritative in all matters pertaining to salvation and Christian living. If we do not believe that, then we are just building on a foundation of sand.

        • @Jimdandi (Note: You can copy this and paste it to Wordpad or word program, and each paragraph will be separated by 5 hyphens. i.e. —– Separate them in your word program for easier reading.) —–

Thank you for your patience and persistence in “TRYING” the Spirits. I think you are progressing in your studies and understanding much the same way as I have done over the years. To gain just a little wisdom can be very trying on the spirit causing a great vexing of it. I’ll share something I wrote of this at the end. —–

None of us exactly knows what tomorrow brings, but we must try and prepare ourselves for it. Fore in preparing for tomorrow we also prepare for our progeny and our eternity. I am not perfect, nor is any other human in understanding tomorrow or anything else. However each of us tries to understand according to the abilities, knowledge and understanding given us, which gives us the acquired wisdom in looking at tomorrow. Each of us sees tomorrow in a slightly different reality which is directly related to their total aquired knowledge and wisdom. So we must be able to forgive each other for “slight” differences in our interpretations. (Do wiki the word “Wisdom” for its’ full understanding. Use wiki and not just a dictionary for there is much understanding in just knowing the fuller meaning of wisdom itself.) —–

You mentioned by whose authority I state my assertions. I said by the same answer as you give I will also give. I can accept your answer, but I am going to add to it, and it relates to the above I just wrote. I receive my authority by my acquired wisdom. I acquired wisdom through much study and discernment by testing the spirits, seeing if they be of God. I could not accomplish this without first accepting Christ as my Savior, and as you mentioned in your response concerning salvation. In conclusion, my authority comes from the wisdom God granted me, bestowing it through Grace for my good works and my testimony. Everyone of God’s chosen children will receive this gift in kind and in consideration of the good works of each. Some more some less, and it is not a requirement for one’s salvation, but a gift. —–

In the book of Job it is shown that God knew Job before he was ever born to man, thus showing the fore knowledge and predestination of each of us. It shows the long suffering of Job and that God knew the final outcome. And it shows the extent man must go to in acquiring his wisdom, even looking upon the animals and how they live in order to gain the fullest understanding of life around you, all in order to increase your wisdom. —–

There is no need to pray for my salvation, fore God already knows me and where I stand. But do pray this, that I may better serve God and His people for there are perilous times now among us. That I do His will on your behalf, that our suffering be less fore we have long suffered in our endeavors on His behalf. Our combined testimony is the proof. —–

I leave this for your thoughts and consideration for prayers… —–

Surly the more I think I learn, the more I understand how little I really know. But I do know that some of us here know more than many who think they do and claim they know so much. —–

From one of my favorite books Books of Scripture:
“For in much wisdom is much grief: and he that increaseth knowledge increaseth sorrow.” —–

For my sorrow has multiplied as I learned just a little wisdom: and my increased knowledge brought much grief. —–

I find that increased knowledge causes a irritation of the spirit, afflicting my spirit to discern the wisdom out of the increased knowledge. —–

From this I saw the madness and folly of the men of the world, and all their vanity….. Their knowledge increased, but their wisdom did not….—–

We now live in a world that has exponentially increased itself with knowledge, but has not the wisdom or good sense to use it! —–

          Michael

          • Thank you for your reply, Michael. Happy to hear there is no need to pray for your salvation, “For God already knows me and where I stand”. Yes, “the Lord knows them that are His”. Having said that, I have to say that your testimony or confession of faith still appears to be somewhat muddled. You cite your wisdom (as you say, God-given), etc. I sincerely hope you are taking your stand on the written Word of God alone (sola Scriptura). Remember when Jesus was tempted by the Devil (Matt. 4), He three times over referenced Scripture by saying, “It is written”. If the Son of God did that, how much more do we need to take our stand on His promises and not rely on anything we have done or will do for Him. I leave you with this to ponder upon. “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them”. (Eph. 2:8-10) God bless, Jim

          • @Jimdandi
“I sincerely hope you are taking your stand on the written Word of God alone (sola Scriptura)”
EXACTLY! That is the correct way! There is but the KJV Bible as the sole Truth concerning God’s Word. If one uses something other, it can only be for comparison in study.

As for testimony, I can’t see your confusion over it? It’s actually pretty simple, the basics anyways. It’s simply a record of one’s life, saved or condemned. It can be used at the Great White Throne Judgement against those who reject Christ. In combination to this we have the testimony of the saints, all of God’s chosen testifying to the evils of the men of this earth and how they rejected God, Christ and the Holy Spirit and how they persecuted God’s children. While one’s testimony as a Christian is more than just the above. One’s testimony is still basically their life’s story, their good works and bad, their faith and the Grace they received, and how they conducted themselves through life. Sure, one can use the standard practice of giving their testimony of how one come to be saved, but that is only a small part of the totality of one’s testimony. Simply put, it’s how you lived your life…

            Michael

          • Michael, two points: 1) KJV only? What about people who don’t speak/read English? Don’t they have access to the “sole Truth”? Only the original manuscripts of the Bible are inerrant. They do not exist. We have copies of them and translations of them. There is no perfect translation, though textual research indicates there are no errors that would change any doctrines. KJV is not the only good and reliable translation. 2) What I haven’t heard you say concerning your salvation is something like this: “I am a sinner saved by God’s grace through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. He took my place on the cross and bore my sins. He is my Substitute and my Savior.” You keep going around the bush about your life’s story and testimony. THAT AIN’T WHAT SAVES YOU. If you think it is, then you are believing in a Works Salvation. That is the evidence that someone is saved, but that is not the BASIS of our salvation.

          • @Jimdandi
I thought I had stated that only through Grace am I saved? That is the basis of what you are asking of me, and I agree with that. I stated I am a sinner and unworthy and practically all that you mentioned in other posts. Maybe you didn’t get a chance to read it… I have no disagreement with you there.

As for the KJV. It is perfect from the standpoint, there are no errors in it and it can be used to translate and reproof any other bible in any other language. Yes there are many manuscripts and other interpretations that are acceptable and can be used for study. Personally I have at least two different versions of the Bible and the original KJV Bible which was written in Gothic. I’m just saying that for the final authority in any contradictions that one may encounter reading any other manuscripts, the KJV would prevail and take authority over those contradictions.

            Michael

  34. Ok, Mike360000 we all have sat here and bantered back and forth for several days while you for the most part negate anything having to do with voting for Romney. A few have commented/inquired as to your being on this site as a paid Obama blogger. You have made the Mormon religion out to be evil. You have made Romney out to be anti-guns. What next? Are Catholics evil? Where do you stand on the Jews? You have also stated that God is angry at the United States and there is no going back..really? Well whether you believe this or not, mist of us here have a vested interest one way or another. We have children, families, we care about our communities, and we love our country. Our forefathers fought for our independence from tyrannical rule, freedom of speech, press, to bear arms, etc. Where do you fit in all this? You can either sit there and DO NOTHING… AND LET THE PIECES FALL WHERE THEY MAY OR YOU CAN TAKE YOUR DESTINY INTO YOUR HANDS AND VOTE. OH BY THE WAY, THATS WHY GOD GAVE US FREE WILL. AS A COUNTRY WE NEED TO PRAY FOR FORGIVENESS AND PRAY FOR OUR LEADERS. GOD WILL LISTEN. WE CAN CHANGE THINGS. So, with that being said, I think that you should call your boss and let him know you have failed your task. And by the way, you were very insulting to Jean, rudeness and negativity will get you no where.

    • @TexasGirl62
I find it quiet odd that NOW I am the one being rude.
Maybe you should just read a few comments that were directed to me!
btw- You’re not so nice yourself.
Just because I won’t play your game you see me as the evil guilty party.
Did YOU ever stop for one second to think and consider what I may or may not know? Sure you did and you answered your own question about me with ignorance and prejudice. You’ve already determined who I am, what I am up to and most everything else about me. Sounds to me as if it is you who has the ego problem and YOU need to call and pray to your boss. Your knowledge is so so limited, and your wisdom so so lacking, you can only rely on your prejudice and ignorance of facts and history in justifying your attitude towards me. When you’ve spent of your lifetime, 40 years or more, devoted to history, political sciences, philosophy and theology, then you come back and we’ll chat on a more equal basis. Remember those 40 some years requires that you do not look at TV, play sports, listen to your favorite radio stations and run around with the guys and gals shopping having a high ole time. In the process try accumulating a few hundred good books on the subjects I listed and then start reading them. Oh yeah, go to college for a few years, but still be sure and use your native dialect while speaking and writing. Learn Latin while you’re at it also. In the process you may actually learn something. That is IF you can read, study, comprehend and judge all you read with a fair and open mind. Scripture tells you that YOU must try the Spirits to see if they are of God. You’re not doing a good job of it, not at all….

      Michael

    • @TexasGirl62
btw–One of our forefathers you mentioned just happened to be a president that I am related too. Matter of fact I received a small part of the inheritance that had been handed down through the generations. My ancestry goes back to almost the very beginning in this country. (Another reason I have a good education, one you cannot fully understand nor appreciate.)

If you knew your theology and faith, you would know that Mormonism is a cult. But of course you’re one of the modern day “Politically Correct” Christians. Therefore no such cult exists……

      Michael

  35. Michael, if that is the case then why do you bother. As far as education, that is really none of your business. I myself do not feel the need to set out to demean or insult anyone by using my education or business experience to assert my importance as an individual. I simply stated that from previous posts it appears as if you are the almighty O’s payroll. Further my belief in the Almighty God is unwavering. If we want to mention cults, well Obama’s following seems to fit that bill. Now on the subject of being politically correct, I try to be sensitive… My political views regarding Obama are unwavering. Now on the subject of our breeding, really? I am a descendant of a French king, so what. It appears I have touched a nerve.

    • Hey TexasGirl, Seems like you and Michael are going ’round and ’round, too. Anyway, talking about ancestry, I, too am of French descent, though not a king as far as I know. We all are descended from Adam, who was a real original. However, he and Eve didn’t listen to God’s command, and the result was and is the mess we’re in. Thank God for Jesus and the cross which makes personal salvation possible. And, as you say above, we all need to pray for God’s mercy upon our nation. Here’s a quote from an insider in D.C., “If we knew what was going on in our govt, especially regarding the influence of the Muslim Brotherhood, we would be on our faces crying out to God; and the Pres doesn’t care”.

  36. @Jimdandi
Yes it seems some people cannot take any other answer from anyone else other than what they wish that person to think say and do. Anything otherwise and that person is lacking in some way., and they are attacked for it. TexasGirl62 has set her limits and her limits does not include increasing her wisdom at this point. She has closed off her mind to new understandings and knowledge, thus she is stuck in the reality considering only the present day and cannot go forward in addressing new problems. She can’t increase her wisdom because she can’t or don’t understand how to TRY the spirits to see if they are of God or of Satan. Some people live their life off of milk and some can grow and include the meat. I’m afraid many people will always be stuck at the nipple only taking milk. I’m NOT saying this makes her or anyone a bad person or that it questions their salvation. I’m just saying regardless to that fact, whichever it may be, they cannot increase their ability to better understand the world about them, except in their same old repetitive way. And they can be extremely dogmatic with their limited knowledge and wisdom. They can’t see the lesser of two evils is still evil…

    Michael

  37. @Mike and Jimdandi,
WOW!!! Talk about the pot calling the kettle black!! Mike says, “Yes it seems some people cannot take any other answer from anyone else other than what they wish that person to think say and do. Anything otherwise and that person is lacking in some way., and they are attacked for it.”
For ten days now I’ve been reading most of these and for ten days all I have heard you say is anyone who disagrees with you has no education and needs some; and if they don’t change their minds and agree with you then they are attacked and in your own suttle way you call them all stupid. I, for one, am not stupid. I just read my Bible and pray and listen to what’s been done by the candidates and do some research. I have an education, probably as good as yours, but I’m not stuck in one spot all of my life. I have voted both ways, and found that neither is going to be perfect. Romney is not perfect. We all know that. But he’s far and above what Obama is. Obama proves what he is every time there is no teleprompter and/or dialogue in front of him.
I have way better things to do than continue with this. You could never change my mind about voting for anyone other than Romney, because I WON’T cast a vote for Obama. If you vote for anyone else, that is what you will do – whether you like the idea or not. I guess all of us will know who is responsible if Obama stays in the White House.
I am now signing out of these blogs in order to get to the important things in my life and can’t bear another 20 messages saying all of the same thing. So don’t bother to respond because I won’t be hearing it.

    • @cwdancer
      Yup, you’re stuck too!
My point IS, you can vote for anyone or no one, and one can ONLY vote as they understand, what lies within them. Your understanding carries you to the point of what you wish to do concerning the election, and that’s perfectly fine. If you vote for Romney, then that is what you have inside yourself to do, and it is all you can do. I can’t fault you for that, as that wouldn’t be right on my part. But for anyone to claim I am wrong for not voting for Romney based on their UNDERSTANDING, then they would be wrong! I specifically detest and take offense to anyone telling me I am being arrogant, sinful, unpatriotic, unchristian, and down right wrong just because I see something differently than they do. Sure some things are obvious that are wrong and the more obvious the wrong the more likely criticism is to come. But the more complex the wrong, the more shaded the sin is covered, the more knowledge and wisdom it takes to discern it, and the more study it takes. It takes more moral and Godly guidance in understanding to conclude the deeper aspects of what’s in question, what is being put to the test. One can ONLY try and judge something according to the knowledge wisdom that one already has. Those who have less can only judge to a lesser extent, and those who have more can judge to a greater extent. Of course the problem arises as to WHO has the authority to judge what and to what extent? Let’s just say I understand your situation and judgement to the point I can let you vote your conscience and not condemn you over it, but you cannot do me the same, because you feel your knowledge and judgement superior. So I am again guilty of being all those bad things above and more. This applies to everyone that criticizes another over such and similar matters.

      Michael

    • Thank you cwdancer and jimdandi. I myself am not here to go round and round. I just do not like bullying. I will not stand for it.
